DONT USE THERE CREDIT / FINANCE DEPARTMENT, I just purchased a new 2018 F750, from them and mike memos was in charge of the financing. They used Isuzu for financing company for the balance, We were promised there were no early termination fees or any hidden fees if we wished to payoff truck early. So we paid it off early and there were all kinds of extra fees that they could not help us and nobody is calling me back from isuzu as promised. We got $300.00 admin fees, $331.00 early termination fee, plus others . Therefore we can recommend them, the salesman Peter however was a pleasure to work with .

Silly me. I felt if I went to the newly opened Ford Truck dealer, I would receive better service than the one in Queens. It is just as bad, if not worse. I brought my truck into the place for repairs and service. 6 weeks later they still have the pick up truck. Ford makes a really bad product. If you are going to buy a pick up or any other truck, I would look at other options before buying a Ford, or using Gabriellli. I am definitely going to do so. Staff not friendly.
