We are traveling from Maryland to Alaska, taking scenic routes when we can. So the maps AAA have us are a mess. We stopped and received new ones. But the best part was when asked about crossing the boarder, where could we get tested? They sent us to the small clinic and we were in and out in 10 minutes. TestCovid test finished and we are on the way to Alaska. Thank you AAA!

Employees must be really trashy here. I called they talked to me and forward my call to voice mail and next 2 call just straight hung up. I am glad to know if I had insurance from them what kind of service I would get. TRASH SERVICE.

Ive had to have my cars towed a few times. Believe me calling AAA Roadside Assistance and having that peace of mind that a reputable tow truck driver will show up and help me is worth every dollar I have spent on memberships. AAA customer for 15 years and never had a problem with this company.

Im from out of state and needed to get my son insurance because he was going to be living in Oregon for a while, I checked on AAA here in California and they dont insure in Oregon different guidelines up there I think they said, I called AAA in Medford and they got him insurance in Oregon, had no problems what so ever I wish I could remember the womans name that helped me but I cant she was awesome though, Id highly recommend AAA Medford Service Center to anyone, they got me taken care of on the phone from Ca. without a hitch, call them if you need insurance, AAA has been very good to me

Go there for all my travel needs. From Maps to hotel and car reservations. Even have guests who come in and have classes on the best ways to pack more in your suit cases.Such adorable kids luggage as well. Already bought my eldest a characters 2 pack ( suit case & back pack) it gets used alot.

I called to inquire about the International Driving Permit. The lady who answered the phone was courteous and thorough. Per her instructions, I submitted my application. Before the weeks over, they already processed my request and sent my Permit. THEY ARE THE BEST!! Thank you.

New to area. Unaware of AAAs differences between California and Oregon. For instance, AAA here in beautiful Oregon does not conduct DMV business, Calif. does.. Now me not knowing this, the young lady behind the counter kinda cought me off guard a bit when she told me, but, she was nice while she did. She told me what I needed to do and where I needed to go. She helped quite a bit actually. So thank you.😊 The place was nice and clean with plenty of seating. Nice place.

I went down to the Medford AAA office and met with Patricia Aitken about the best way to get from Medford to Ottawa Canada. It wasnt easy, there were a number of stops and transfers. Pat took care of everything, very friendly and she knew her stuff. For the small price you have to pay... its a bargain. Thanks again for your help.

We spent several hours at triple A. Plan- ining a trip. Ranee spent much of her time accommodating us and getting us the best possible scheduling and price. Everyone was nice and friendly at Triple A. I can not sat how great the service is. Kevin Wideman was also very helpfull. I have gone to triple A many times and would not hesitate to recommend them for travel services.

Never have been happy with customer service with travel agents. Rude and impatient.We useTravel Leaders for our bookings.But we love the store, luggage, books, and towing services.

The travel agent was less than enthusiastic. She tossed a blank form at us and blew us off. Then she proceeded to tell us to book our trip ourselves online and transfer the reservation to her so she could get the credit!

I had arrived in Medford the week before, having driven there from Maine. I asked the woman at the desk if I could please get a Triptik to Mexico, and was told, it would be at least 2 weeks before I could get something like that. I was very disappointed, as I was ready to leave Medford in 2 days. I feel as if AAA is not service oriented and decided to cancel my membership because of this. When a person is traveling across the country, they often do not have 2 weeks to wait. So whats the point of AAA?

Called them and was rerouted to the gubernational number. Made my claim waited 45 min for EMERGENCY SERVICE and they never came. Called the gubernational number again and they dropped my service request and had to wait another 45min.. Not my drivers fault! Just really bad customer service and coordination on AAA as a whole.

I was disappointed with the travel agent we had. I told her clearly we did not want long days in flight. That we would rather break up the trip; however, I did not realize it until we were on the trip we had one day that was about 12 hours. I was ticked.
