When my mechanic stopped having Saturday hours, I tried Tire Source because of its high ratings. It lived up to my expectations. The service people are friendly and respectful, and the prices are reasonable. Its a chain, but it has a owner-operated feel and quality.

My first visit to this location was an excellent experience. They were able to get me scheduled same-day to repair my tire, and even shuttled me back to my home office while they worked on it. Joseph was extremely kind and helpful. I was genuinely shocked at the reasonable cost of repair as well. This will be our go-to tire and maintenance shop going forward.

The guys there were great. I had a flat tire in the morning that needed replaced befor I headed to work. I tried another place first and was told would have to drop it off and it would be all day, not an option since I had to go to work. These guys got me right in tire replaced and back on the road to work.

They are always able to get my car in quickly. They explain everything well and are so kind.

Efficient for being a moderately busy Saturday that I went. Guy at the front counter was cool and polite. Only complaint is I now have 0 wheel weights left, they all flew off while driving.

I received excellent service at Tire Source, Medina Ohio. I purchased 4 Michelin tires for my CTS. I called for a quote on Pilot MXM4 HX tires. The price was great. I dropped off the car that evening for a Saturday installation. I also agreed to a 4 wheel alignment. Car was finished as promised. However the tires I got are Pilot Sport A/S 4, not the tires I asked for! Checking I discovered these tires are about 2 to 3 hundred dollars cheaper depending on where you check! But they are new and have better specs than what I asked for. I have not contacted them about this, maybe they will contact me.

We dropped off our Ford Escape for an oil change, tire rotation and to look at another issue. We got a call about 90 minutes later that everything was done. The cost was extremely reasonable. We were very happy with this service and will definitely go back.

$26 to take a nail out and plug the hole.. and I thought $13 was too much in Brunswick. Good service.. but had I known that before hand Id have done it myself.

I must say, this was probably the best experience I’ve had with my car and a tire shop. I ordered my tires online and they were shipped for free to the store that week. I made an appointment also online for later that week and it was confirmed by the shop. That whole process was super easy and quick. I went the day of my appointment, dropped off my car, gave them a few details and info and I was on my way. About an hour later, Brent texted and called me letting me know the condition of my car brakes, fluids, etc. he advised I should replace my brakes and pads and did not pressure me at all. Although, I did end up getting my brakes replaced, which turned out to be a pretty decent price. All in all, getting my tires, new brakes and pads was a breeze and only took about 5-6 hours! Brent and his team did an excellent job and I will be back for all of my car needs!

Tristan got me in for a same day tire replacement, luckily they put the exact tires I needed on order that morning. Customer service that everybody should see for themselves as they are truly there for their customers. Competitive pricing and quality service all-around. Highly recommend!

Im not sure how this place is even in business!!I stopped in to get a quote on tires. As Im waiting to be helped, you can hear (who Im assuming is the manager) yelling at his employee. Who wants to work for someone so arrogant?!NO ONE deserves that and not only should every employee walk TF out of there, they need to report this place!!

I have been coming to Tire Source for the last two years for tires and routine maintenance. They were able to repair my engine light issue on my 2008 VW Rabbit, even after the VW dealership failed to resolve the problem. They have always been helpful.

If it wasn’t for the super helpful guy that was helping price some tires for me, I would love to leave zero stars.Scheduled the appointment for an oil change, tires rotated and headlight out. Without even discussing anything with me, someone else walked in and told me I was good to go. I could see my car the entire time they had it up, my tires were never touched.I also, specifically mentioned my headlights while scheduling the appointment. When I asked about them while paying because nothing was said to me, I was told they don’t have them in stock and if there is something more going on like I believe there is, they just don’t have time to look. That I can understand, but if I scheduled the appointment stating my headlight was out, you’ve worked on my car many times in the past, you know exactly what car it is, then WHY wouldn’t you have that on hand for the appointment???Thank you to the wonderful guy that helped me price a couple tires, but I left so upset, I will be taking it elsewhere for those.

These guys are great! I called last minute fore tires brakes and an oil change and they had me in and out by the end of the day. I was quite surprised when they told me the brakes were still good and to wait a little while as they could have just taken my money and sent me on my way. Brent, Tristan, and Paul took great care of my intermediate steering shaft. My vehicle has never been in more capable hands. From the moment I stepped into Tire Source on 9/7, I was treated like a King. Paul took my beast for a test drive and noticed the steering column was hitching on hard left turns. The culprit? A rusty shaft. The boys sat me down, shaft in hand, to deliver the news - its not easy to hear your intermediate shaft is no longer operable. A single tear rolled down my cheek, but before I could wipe it, a new shiny intermediate shaft had been ordered, delivered, and installed. Brent had driven to Beijing that evening to get the part himself, direct from the factory. As if that wasnt enough to win me over for life, Tristan complimented me for my recent weight loss (I had lost well over 0.5 lbs since 9/6 when I last visited).Boys, youre my everything.-----------Brent and his crew at Tire Source in Medina are the best in the business - their customer service is unparalleled. I enjoy spending time there so much that I have been known to purposely break components on my Ford Expedition just so I can hire these guys to fix it. Excellent service. Had damage to tire and rim due to pothole. Brent and Tristan ordered replacement wheel and tire quickly and notified me as soon as it was repaired. Brent suggested have alignment checked which they did free of charge in an extremely timely fashion.

In 17 years of driving a company car, this is the first place that has known how to deal with the fleet company for approval/payment. Not only did they have me in and out in a few hours with new tires, they told me I didn’t need the brake replacement I thought I did. Most places would’ve jumped on the chance to include new brakes knowing I wasn’t paying out of pocket. They were honest, friendly, and waiting area was clean.Update: just came here again for a tire repair. Once again the service was excellent. Quick, honest, good communication, and know how to deal with fleet company.

This place is my go to place whenever I have to do maintenance or have my car repaired. The people who work here are always friendly and knowledgeable. They never try to sell me anything I dont need. I have taken my car at the last minute without an appointment, no problem. Recently, I noticed my tire going flat; it was raining outside. I was driving by Tiresource and called them; David answered the phone. I said, Do you guys have time to put air in one of my tires? David said, No problem. I pulled in the bay, and they checked the psi in all 4 tires. Boom, I was on my way. I am back today (4 days later), because that tire was leaking air again- They found a nail inside the the tire and are repairing it. Dependable service, extremely courteous!

On completion, Brent was thorough and explained in detail what has been done to the vehicle. Tire Source always takes excellent care of us.On Oct 12 we spotted an oil puddle under our truck in Virginia. I found the leak was from the oil filter which was loose. It took a half turn to be hand tight. Never happened before. Hope our transmission service wont give us any problems.
