The store has a lot of great products, Ive been coming here for years and everyones always been so helpful except for the last few times Ive gone up there. Staff was unprofessional, the one girl was sitting up front with her shoes off and feed up on a stool and I had a hard time even hearing what she was saying when I asked a question and I had the same issue with her last time. Seems like she didnt have the time to look up from her phone to answer my question. Like I said this is the second time this has happened, I get everyone has their off days but theres got to be some level of professionalism brought to every industry.

Very helpful staff. I stopped in to get new clippers and Brandi was able to fix them as opposed to me scrapping them and buying new ones. She went above and beyond. Thank you very much.

Dont E V E R order something to be shipped! It started in Columbus, 3 hours away, got shipped to Indiana. Stayed there 2 days. Got shipped to Akron, 40 min away. Got shipped to Michigan, a day away. Got shipped BACK to Akron. Got shipped to Medina, 5 min away. Now is sitting there waiting to be delivered to me. Its taken a week to travel the initial 3 hours.This is the opitomy of why I LOATHE online shopping!
