This location is trying to be something it isn’t supposed to be. It is drastically higher priced than any other Restore location I’ve visited. It’s honestly prohibitively expensive. The target clientele is definitely priced out of shopping here. Come on, $35 for a damaged, used hollow core interior door? A tiny ceiling fan for $100 that I can get at a big box store for $50? Someone’s headboard from the 70s for $80? This just comes off as greedy. That said, they do seem to have lots of inventory. It’s tidy and nicely laid out. Staff was pleasant.
Great place to find items for the home; found a mirror for a great price (upcycled it for the living room), a really cute chair that was $10 (retails for $80), a brand new chimney topper that we needed for half the price of retail stores and a few odds and ends at greatprices. Store is well organized and everyone is super friendly and helpful.
All of the staff & volunteers are friendly and helpful. They have a huge selection of gently used & new furniture and houseware items each week. You won’t be disappointed when you shop here!
Found exactly what I was looking for.
Prices are getting too high for being donated
I think the person who is in charge thinks he/she is in charge of Lowes because 95% of the store is the same price or .15 cents cheaper than Lowes... He/she does know that people donated there inventory.... And speaking of inventory theres a ton of it........ Lower the prices you would make more $ turn and burn.. FYI everything was donated and most of the store employees are VOLUNTEERS.... If you ever get to Wayne county Habitat in Wooster go and look at there prices there half of Medinas.. That place should be ashamed of there selves.. Its for low income people that are in need of these things.. People just go to Lowes at least there they get a warranty...
This is the place to buy furniture. High quality, low prices, charitable cause. No brainer.
Been shopping here for years. Office furniture, fixtures etc. Love the cause too! Staff always friendly.
Good selection of stuff. Very nice and helpful people. Gotta watch prices. There are some great deals if you know what youre looking for, but some stuff is not that much cheaper than new.
If you have some time on the weekend, its worth the trip. You will save a ton of money if you shop carefully.I was remodeling my bathroom recently. Got brass sinkfixture for $25. (It was a store model) but was able tofind the guts at a place in the Industrial Park in Medina.Total deal about $60. On the internet, same item pricedat over $225.They have windows, doors, sinks, lighting fixtures...a lot of it new, a lot recycled. It pays to show up earlyand come often. And it is fun! Nice people run thisplace and it helps build more homes for those who need them.
Visited for the first time today! Love this store!
Can find some good deals if you look. Ive bought doors, trim and light fixtures. I like supporting H for H.🙄
This is where I got my hardwood flooring for my sisters room. I have always found somet hing useful here and all the workers are very helpful. I wish they were open more then just Saturday.
I love the fact that they now carry Eco-paint, I use it on my beehives. Eco-paint is paint that has been filtered and remixed professionally.VERY affordable for projects, were color isnt a big factor.
This is a great place to donate the things you can’t use yourself.
I have found a great number of items at reasonable prices. Just wish they had later hours 1 or 2 days a week
I am impressed with the amount of items in the store and the cleanliness of the store. Some of the prices are unbeatable but you really have to watch. They wanted $5 for a broken hummingbird feeder, when I seen the same one new at Lowes for $7. I also found edging with the original store sticker on it and it was $5 CHEAPER than the restore price. I had to look at it mulfiple times to see if i was looking at it correctly. Now, on the opposite end of that, we got a brand new pedestal sink for $25. So ya just gotta watch and know what your buying is worth ahead of time. Very nice lady that was working the front door and cant forget the awesome free popcorn.
Love this place. I find prices are sometimes kind of on the high side. All things considered, I love it.
Really cool place and its huge too.. get there early cause it gets busy. Really great prices and alot on the shelfs too
Well stocked store. Great prices. Good cause!!
Love this place. But be informed on prices, sometimes they are not the most inexpensive, but typically the best bang for your buck
This is my favorite saturday stop. If you like to DIY, this is your store. Great home improvements for a great budget.
I love places that give back to the community great little store with some very good deals
Some of the staff/volunteers can he a bit rude most weeks. At my visit today no one was rude to me or my wife.
I been to several Habitat for Humanities in the past few months. This one is big and they have a lot of different things to choose from. Thats about the only thing they had really going for them. I get that they are a business that is giving back to the community and creating stability, and a home for those in need and the proceeds go to help with making families dreams come true. But really come on. The items you are selling have been donated to you. I seen a VCR priced at $30 yesterday. $30 for a used VHS player? I agree with the person who posted above me that she can find the items in Home Depot, Menards and Lowes for half the cost. Just because its new when it comes to you does not mean you should price it at or above the price that it actually sold for. I was in about 5 weeks ago and much to my surprise not much had changed in the store. Same things at the same prices not being sold because they are asking way to much. You would think instead of over pricing the items you have in the store you would try to price them to move. So that new things can come out. I am very disappointed in this Habitat. Will stick to Canton or Wooster. The Staff are much more polite and welcoming. BTW the lady who checked me out today was a bit rude.
Quite a variety of home remodeling fixtures, tools and supplies. Fair prices.
Very well organized store compared to the West 110th location.
Nice place, plenty of choices. Good location.
Habitat has always been great; however, under the management of Tom OConnell, it is spectacular. I am a frequent customer.
Great resource for stuff, a little more expensive than other Habitat for Humanity stores, but the work they do in Medina makes it worth the price!
Great place to find nice things at a good price.
This restore has a lot of items but it’s very pricey compared to Lorain, Sandusky and Akron. The hours are also awful.
I come up here to find out your closed youre only open two days a week that sad
Great place to find Everything you need for the DIYOURSELFER
Think of it like a Goodwill with tons of furniture, tools, kitchen appliances, and so much more. Volunteers are extremely friendly and always happy to help.
Has a great selection of new materials and used materials.
Would like to give a zero, this is nothing like it was intended... high priced etc. I will get it cheaper in stores and donate it those in need.. sad, and disappointed. Just found same item brand new at home depot 20.00 cheaper than restor
Resue, recycle things that were made better than things made today.
Prices went up, and pricing were different for same tools
Everyone is so kind, friendly and helpful.
Excellent service great selection
Over priced compared to Summit County Restore
Fun place to shop.
Great selection, awesome prices.
Lots of good stuff and a good value
Fair selection of new and used merchandise. Prices very.
A little high priced
Rip off home depot is cheaper
Very high price on most of the items in the store. The one lady who works the cash register, is not the very polite. She even uses bad language.
