I ordered a cake online, went to pick it up today. They told me they had to cancel the order because of the inventory. A lady behind the counter said they just got some in and she would decorate for me and I can pick it up after work! She did an amazing job! I wish I would have got her name, she was very helpful!

They were very nice. I have asked several people for a couple of different things in various parts of the store and they were more than willing to help me find them. Thanks for your help

Walmart literally put every other competition out of business with corporate tactics. Now that they have no competition they close by 10pm. Why would walmart go back to 24 hours when they make the same amount in 12? Im putting my foot down and am not purchasing products from walmart. They have taken full advantage during a pandemic.

I prefer going through check-out at register run by a live human other than myself. There were no cashiers working this evening, only the self-check were available.

My boyfriend and I went shopping today and are regular customers at this Walmart. One of your staff members was very rude when I accidentally exited through the enter door as others I saw were exiting out I wasn’t paying attention. It was an accident. However one of the staff members yelled at me and said “That’s the enter door you exited through it SAYS ENTER NOT EXIT” and then I said “ I’m sorry I didn’t see the sign” and she said “Yeah ok we’ll it’s not an exit door”. The lady was an older lady I didn’t catch her name tag. However this isn’t appropriate way to address your customers, she could have said “Please exit out the exit door” there is no need to use a tone. That wasn’t professional.

Love this Walmart. Went here to print some photos out about 2 years ago and this guy named Adam was so helpful and friendly with me and asked if I needed help. Very clean store and well shocked. Great store

I found what I was looking for in Christmas decorations but the toy department is minimally stocked. So sad.

I just wanted to put this out there after my visit today, Be aware that theres a product in the freezer a new variety of outshine bars the register added tax to this food product and a family members EBT card would not pay. I called for assistance and instead of correcting the error he pulled the boxes out of there bag and attempted to take them, and I intervened and once again questioned why a food product was being taxed and his response was becauseits supposed to be and I again corrected him and took the boxes and payed for them with.49 tax added to a food item. What is Walmart doing collecting tax on this. I guess Ill have to take up with the department of taxation. And how many other food items are they collecting tax on

Ive been gone from Medina for 20 years, living in Las Vegas. Id been to at least six Walmart stores there and was extremely surprised to find the store in Medina is completely opposite those out west. Its clean, organized, and nothing is locked up; in Vegas so much merchandise was under lock and key. I thoroughly enjoyed my shopping experience instead of dreading it!

The Pharmacy is great! The store is mostly helpful and was glad NOT to have to self checkout in store. Just do please do NOT bring back mask requirements!

Typical Walmart experience. Crowded isles, not enough cashiers, but its what I expect, so no biggie. Wish Walmart would expand their local produce purchasing, but being a giant world wide leader, I get why it doesnt work like that.

Not enough cashiers for big grocery orders being bought. Self check out is nice for a few items bought but not a weeks full.

This location is poorly stocked when compared to the Wadsworth location. Additionally, for those items that are stocked, if theres too much back stock they cram it all on the shelves leaving you to sort through items in disarray to find what you need.

NEVER get your car worked on here. EVER! Even a routine oil change is far beyond their skill level. Stripped bolts on multiple oil trays and they cant even manage to put the dip stick back in! I was spewing oil all the way from Ohio to New York! Offered me a free oil change. Why? Why would I EVER let them touch my cars ever again!? Also, waited in line for service for 15 minutes and pressed the button for service on three seperate occasions. Absolutely awful.

Waited 45 minutes for a fitting room because the person with the key was on a one hour break. No one else could let you in. Starting a new job and needed work pants and had to try them on or I would have left. Also only two cashiers, if i worked there i would use the self check out but i dont. What a poorly run store. Cant wait for Mejier to open.

I love shopping at Walmart. Just went today to get my daughter new clothes and got a lot for a low price.

This Walmart Supercenter has to be the worst in the area as far as stocking is concerned. This Walmart is consistently out of stock on numerous items and empty shelves can be seen all over. Either it serves too large of a population or their ordering practices need to be revamped. Strongsville, Wadsworth, North Olmsted, Fairlawn, Elyria and Brooklyn Walmarts are all stocked much better. The staff here are quite polite, helpful and nice so that bumps this to a three star review.

Employees are usually always nice! Mike in electronics is always stellar and informative, unlike others. Amanda at registers is stellar at her job too. My first time there at night a very nice man in self check out, hes very tall was super nice and curtious and I love the guy who sprays the carts who wears grimacing pumpkin mask w goth/steam punk clothes. He is stellar nice too! Makes a world of difference when society has lost its mind!

Nothing to complain about because the store was clean, the service was very friendly, and the self checkout had no waiting.

This location used to be stocked way better, I find theyre frequently out of what Im looking for. The employees are really friendly though, which helps to make up for it.

Was there with my young granddaughter. The toy section was subpar. We were able to find other items we were looking for.

Typical wallyworld. No overnight parking for semi trucks. I guess people think the products on the shelves just magically appear. That is some fine looking out. So drivers dont show up low on hours.

Nice Walmart super center. Easy in and out. Night parking is qustionable but my shopping experience was extreamly positive.

Not the best day. Only one who was very helpful was Mr Wally and he was a senior citizen like me.

In store experiences were better than using the grocery delivery service but that really doesnt say much. For in store, it is really hard to find anyone to help when you need it. For their delivery service, I have had missing or damaged items numerous times. Once my year is up I will not be renewing.

I used the grocery pick up service because i take care of my terminal mother with respiratory failure at home. I have to pay a nurse to watch her so i thought it would be a time saver as well as try to stay safe from covid. My experience was awful! I didn’t like a few of my substitutions because they were not even close to what i wanted and called the pick up counter 4 times and it transfers me to customer service because it rings too long & customer service doesn’t answer either and it hangs up on me after so long. Very disappointing it is such a hassle to reach someone in store regarding my order. I still wanted my items, just not the substitutions they chose.After 20 minutes of repeat calling, the girl that answered my call refused to help me and said i can get a refund for the items i don’t want. She would not go get the items i wanted to substitute. I explained im home with my dying mother and don’t have time to come in the store which is why im using order pick up. Now i have to go in the store to get refunds when i called beforehand to say i dont like what they chose and to tell them which substitutions to use. And then i have to go get the substitutions myself. I don’t have someone to watch my mom that long. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!!After not receiving help from the store associates or walmart chat, i find the items in store and the associates were just being lazy. I also contacted email customer service. They keep bouncing me from person to person & they tried lying and saying ordering groceries from pick up was a different inventory than what is in store. Although the last person finally admitted it was in store inventory. After i said i know it is store inventory because it says it when you order! I will not be using this service or recommending it. They wasted my time, cost me money, were rude, lied, & in the end did not help at all. I could have saved much more time and aggravation using uber or instacart. And my county has high spread of covid, so i did not want to put myself at risk because i care for my mom and she is so fragile. But i had to get the items myself… you know… the ones that were “out of stock”. Then picked up the order. The cheesecake was open and is now garbage. And i paid the nurse for the extra time i was gone. Also, if you are going to keep passing my issue to new people, inform them of the issues. I would give zero stars if i could!

Place was a hot mess. Shelves were stocked with the wrong items.

Typical Walmart. Pretty much have the most consistent cheapest prices. Need more consistency in some of the things they stock from store to store. One store will carry a lot of RV items thenext store hardly any. Same with motorcycle accessories, other sporting goods, etc.

What The Heck!!! Three times in the last 2 weeks Ive left my cart out of the way in an aisle only to come back and it was GONE! Say I want to grab an item a couple of aisles away vs. taking my cart over there. Then coming back to find or NOT to find my cart. Most employees could care less that my cart magically disappeared. Especially the front line people.I found out the last time this happened that employees are told not to leave abandoned carts around. IT WAS NOT ABANDONED! I just went to get something. I could understand if it was there a long time with perishables in it but come one. So much for customer service Wally World!

I will never go back to this store again. I’ve had it. Staffing after 5PM as well as stock on the shelves is pathetic. As a disabled shopper I need to go through regular check out line instead of self checkout. Tonight at 6PM there was no one to check me out, with staff members standing around. No manager? Nobody capable? Somebody else will get my money. You lose, Walmart.

Our trip today was a huge hit!! They had O Cedar spin mops priced at $2.98 instead of $29.98 so we got one for the $2.98 price since it was marked that much!! Needless to say they fixed that display real quick!!

It was good, really no issues. But there have been issues that have prevented me from buying clothes. Mainly trying them on Covid has nothing to do with trying on clothes. So if I have to shop blindly I use Amazon at least there I can choose my measurements to purchase items.

Store was very clean. The consistency of store layouts in the area makes stopping in for something quickly, easy to find and check out.

I enjoy Walmart, but since the pandemic I have basically been using online shopping. Walmart has a fairly decent selection of items, but sometimes they can be cheaply made so I’m careful at what I select.

Went to get curtain brackets and not one in the store, all pulled from the shelves and associates had no clue why, Unbelievable

Walmart has started to get to be more hassle than helpful. Every check out station is self serve (which Ive accepted); however, why are all but 2 check-out stations open? I never waste the time to post on something like this, but this is about the 15th time Ive visited Walmart and theres been some form of problem in the store. Im looking at making a change anywhere else.

Online pickup would be way easier if youd actually PICK UP YOUR PHONE when customers are waiting in the parking lot! Like seriously?!

I have a major issue with MY property being searched leaving the store. After I pay for my merchandise I own it and you do not have the right to check my receipt and or touch my things. You are opening a civil rights can of worms.

I would give a five star but they always seem to be short-handed and lately the shelves are pretty empty. Im not talking about all the stuff for covid-19 or even toilet paper Im talking about pretty much the entire grocery section of the store. Even with being short-handed I intend to keep coming back. They also seem to be abiding by the covid-19 guidelines. I really appreciate that they sanitize the shopping carts after each use. The staff is very friendly as well
