Great customer service! I came in right before closing without realizing and they were able to hold my console overnight to update and test it in the morning. They called before the store even opened the next day to let me know my offer was ready and to come in anytime. Rob and the rest of the staff were very friendly and helpful. A great place to get music, games, DVDs, game systems, select Apple products, and more! This location surprisingly still has the cheap game bins that the other locations had several years ago. These game bins always contain games that are usually worth either $1, $3, $4, or $5. I’m not sure if there are any $2.50 games left in there. If i had a list of places i prefer to buy video games, consoles, and accessories, this place would be the only place on the list. Never had a single issue with anything i’ve bought here including multiple consoles, nothing is over-priced and they don’t rip you off when you trade something in.

I love the store, its selection, and the staff. I am trying to rebuild my CD collection and I am always able to find whatever I am looking for. Lastly, I travel quite a distance to visit the store, but its worth it and I always look forward to it. Highly recommended!

Bought a “mystery pack” of Pokémon cards from them for $10 ... opened it ... not a single holo or reverse holo. Also the cards they give u 80% are absolutely destroyed on the back. While I was buying it the employee ensured me at least 1 holo and that they looked at the cards for damage and ensured me no major damage... Also employee blatantly told me and my friend he cherry picked through all the cards before they put any packs out.... amazing

BEST PLACE EVER!! JUST WENT HERE WITH MY MOM AND THEY GAVE ME 3 BRAND NEW GAMES, STILL IN THE PLASTIC, FOR $9. My mom first told me about the Exchange 2 years ago. Been going ever since. Better prices for a brand new CD than Wal-Mart. Will suggest to friends!!!!!!

This place is amazing. I didnt read the website properly and didnt know they were only doing curbside so I ran at the store like a psycho to get in right at open. The worker was super nice and took my order at the door even though he didnt have to and even gave me a few options as he talked to me through the door. Im a huge fan of this store and now even more so after how nicely they treated the crazy girl running at the store.

I was stopped at the door yesterday and told that I was not permitted inside without a mask even though I had a full medical packet from the VA saying not to cover my face from injuries I sustained while serving in the Army, eventually she got a manager who was able to remove her from the situation and let me into the store, disabled people especially veterans should not be treated like this and humiliated in such a manner.

Today is a new day. The day I walked into the exchange. I saw vinyls, retro games, toys, and many others. It was the best day of my life. It was a life changing event! I hope you consider visiting the exchange, as it changed my life forever, and I believe it will change yours too!

Was a sold a bootleg version of Pokémon Leaf Green, tried to resell it at the same store later on and was told about its inauthenticity, and that they wouldnt take it. Why did the person before me get to rip you off, and then you get to rip me off? Unbelievable.

The have all the new music, movies and gaming. They also have the vintage gaming and Records that are getting harder to find. 99% of all my purchases have worked perfectly. They have even ordered me items from there other stores. Im a 100% satisfied customer for life! I shop there once a week on my day off.

I practically grew up at this record store. I would spend hours In here looking through the vast selection of music they offer, and 90% of the time they had what I was looking for. The staff was always super friendly to me. And the overall vibe was positive. This is a great record store.

I loved it! I usually buy games (not always from there) and then only play them for about a month. Then I never play them. I first tried gamestop, and they said $0.75 for my call of duty. I went here, and they gave me $5! Lastly, they have great service. When I came in I was very confused with a lot of questions, but they were still fine with it and answered all of them! Sorry for the long read, but I absolutely love it there!

The vast majority of my visits here have been awesome. The staff is helpful and friendly. I’ve enjoyed all but one late visit. The night staff was unfamiliar to me. They still had about an hour before closing, but the employee felt like he was rushing me out even though I came prepared with a list of what I wanted. When I chose a game he would reach for the most expensive copy until I requested the cheaper copies and when I checked out, the game I shipped from another store was marked with a new tag for $10, when I was originally told it was $2 + $6 for shipping.

I was a kid in a candy store! I just popped in just to check it out and was still stumbling around the store an hour later gaping at the pure splendour! Games they got em... Classic and modern. Movies theyve a plethora! Audio devices... Record players, surround sound systems, headphones, etc. Seriously pop in and check out their geek! I was dumbfounded with the amount of action figures, statues, and collectables!If youre searching for something particular feel free to ask as well! Theyre wonderful people and love answering questions too.

Very nice costumer service. I was looking for Double Dare by Waterparks, and the man that helped me was very energetic and knowledgeable. We had a nice conversation about memes. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience

Great place to get used products! Games for the N64, Sega Genesis, and NES are available. There are also other console games. With games are movies and records. To top it off, old game consoles and handhelds are sold, as well as other hardware like speakers. The Exchange is a great place and I would highly recommend it.

This is THE best Exchange store. I work close to the Parma store and visit it from time and I often hit the Montrose location as well as the North Olmsted store, but this place is my go to. Came here to exchange some games I didn’t play anymore. They gave me a good amount for the stuff I exchanged and they also have a good selection of video games, dvds, cds, records, and collectible merchandise.

Great store my only issue is the lack of certain retro systems and games including some bad deals but its a hell of a lot better than gamestop

You can find any and everything here. The staff is always really awesome and the merchandise selection is top notch. I dont like the music choice all that much, but other than that, I recommend spending time here if you want to get a game, console, or shop for CDs.

I bought a copy of Fallout 3 here and it didnt work the first time, so I went back and they replaced it immediately. Super nice and super cool and I also got a copy of Friday the 13th part 8 where Jason goes to new work city and rides on a boat. The movies wasnt very good but its worked so that was cool

Usually rude, the music had multiple curse words while I was shopping with my two year old. Every time I’ve seen a general manager or district manager. They’re either super unfocused or on their phones. They will avoid customers like the plague. I wouldn’t expect anything more though, considering the owners John and marina are rude and very uneducated. Will be happy to see this business closed.

2/12/19 I was sold a chinese bootleg 250 gb Xbox 360 HDD. Couldnt figure out why my official xbox hard drive I got from the exchange wasnt working with backwards compatibility and it turns out it was the exchange screwing me.

Went there today to trade in 10+ movies and was only offered $4. Wasnt even worth the gas I used to drive there. I felt insulted, and refused that offer. You have lost my future business.

I was in the beginning of November 2018, i bought 2 movies and one game the store stated i had a discount for my birthday this month; i have to walk 2 miles to get there so i used my discount for my birthday and when i got home i tryed to play the game i bought and it would not work, so i had to walk all the way back down to the store to get an different game which i had the invoice for my purchases, the store stated to find another game if i could, when i found another game i brought it up to the register to check out and the an arguement was started about me using my discount more than once because it was used on the game i had to return because it didnt work and i could not use it again it didnt matter the game didnt i had to pay full price for the other game but they would charge full price for both game in the return arguement continued so i stated give me a refund. And i will pass on this information if u get any discount for ur birthday and it dont work they will becharge full price for both the exchange and the game or what ever you get because thats the way it works there in medina ohio the employees will give you an extremely hard time over the return even more if its the same day you bought it, but Ill never be back there because the employees are always right over the customers so be careful you could have a similar transactionI livingly hate that store now after 20 years of shopping there!The one star is only so i can post this experience

Super good help always has the games I need and when they dont there still nice but they need to keep there consoles fully stocked thats the only thing they need to do. Then I will make a 5 star rating .

Great place for records, movies, and CDs. The workers are pretty nice people.However, I bought a copy of Skyrim from here and I took it home to play it and it glitched. When I went back trade copies, the girl working said Ill do it this one time, but just so you know we dont take glitched games. Your Xbox broke it,not us. I just thought that was a bit rude to throw accusations, especially when Im certain it wasnt my xbox. That was the only bad experiemce i had there though.
