My fiancé and I went ring shopping together and picked out a beautiful engagement ring. I thought on it and realized I wanted something bigger. We went back and I got a round halo diamond with a simple diamond band and I loved it! My fiancé proposed with this ring and as I was wearing it more and more the diamonds starting falling out and the prongs became loose with only having it for 3 months. I was upset and frustrated. I told one of the workers that I want a new engagement ring. I was looking at the lab created brand and fell in love with a round diamond with an infinity band which was the first ring I originally wanted but I kept settling for less until a few weeks ago. My fiancé and I got my dream ring from the lab created brand and it is so beautiful and sparkly. We also picked out our wedding bands that day too! I am so in love with it. I can’t imagine having a different engagement ring and wedding band! If I could leave a 1000 star review on these ladies I would (I wish I could remember their names). Thank you for taking the time to listen to my concerns and helped me get my dream ring. I can’t be any happier!

Never buy anything le vian horrible customer service. And apparently they cant read things that need to be done... i just told 2 weeks, which changed to 6 which turned out to be 11 with my husband calling and calling and I didnt get everything done with my ring.

I recently went into this store to purchase some items. I was helped by the manager, Brenda, who was very nice and pleasant to deal with. Unfortunately, I will not spend another dime with Kay Jewelers or any store owned by Signet. As I approached the front door I couldnt help but notice a very large sign on the door indicating no weapons permitted inside. I asked Brenda what the purpose was for the no gun sign. Brenda stated it was company policy, she also encouraged me to contact the customer service line to voice my complaint. So I made contact with Kayla, in customer service who stated the sign was posted due to the nature of the merchandise. I informed Kayla that the nature of the merchandise is all the more reason not disarm the law abiding citizen. I also requested that Kayla escalate my complaint to somebody higher. Kayla stated she would not escalate my complaint. No problem Kayla, I will honor your policy and not return to your gun free zone. Gun free zones will not prevent someone who intends to cause harm or to commit a crime from entering your store. It will however ensure that you will not receive my business going forward.

Very helpful staff and an easy store to shop at. No pressure here and a good selection make this a good spot to purchase jewelry. They have been very helpful with resizing (send it out for work) and even great at helping me find some discontinued items. Excellent store, great warranty, and the best employees make this my go-to spot for finer jewelery.

Typical chain jewelry store, high priced low quality jewelry.i do not know why the spent the money to build a new store, it will close within 2 years max.if you want good high quality jewelry go to your local jewelers. kay, commercial quality scrap.the markup on their jewelry is 1000% .

Walked in with no welcome and walked out about 10 minutes later with no one to help me with what I was looking for. Lost my business. Was looking to spend about 3000 dollars on a ring. Maybe I should have dressed up a little more to show I have some money.hmmm

Do yourself a favor, and DO NOT COME HERE FOR A REPAIR!!!These ladies were so helpful, however my repair/resizing experience has been absolutely aweful. I brought in my brand new engagement ring that was custom made for me to be resized, and it came back missing gold, kinked and sharp. So I sent it back to be repaired. Aaaaand it came back again, still missing gold and with uneven prongs around the center stone. Sparing the rest of the details, I have now sent my ring out with Kay a total of FIVE TIMES and am still waiting. This once brand new, cast setting has now had heat and force applied five times, I still havent announced my engagement months later because I dont have the ring for photos, and Im scared that it still wont come back right.
