The 1 star is for the manufacturer. Every peice of equipment ive had my hands on has the worst design flaws. When an expensive part goes out” it cant be rebuilt” leads to very expensive replacement parts that are Clearly rebuilt. I am a mechanic. And it doesnt take a rocket scientist to see the signs. However, it all starts with engineering flaws. Very simple and cheap processes can easily rectify these flaws. Collectively, i am aquainted with over a million dollars worth in Vermeer equipment. And very frustrated with all of it. Heres a clue, landscape products, weed barrier, for one(which is what the majority of your products are used for) is your worst nightmare........
