I played here for the first time last month at a memorial tournament for my late father-in-law. It was a wonderful facility and a really fun course. The staff was helpful and friendly and i will definitely be playing there again.

This place was amazing, the course was beautifully kept. The holes were challenging, yet reasonable. The staff was super friendly and they all did a great job hosting our event. If I had one knock on the place it would be that its pro shop is seriously lacking.

Absolutely gorgeous course. The prices are great. Staff is pretty friendly. The only thing Im taking a star off is because when I tried to tip the girl for the greens and the drink she ended up with nothing. When I asked why I signed for what she told me as the price rather than what I added for a tip as well she said it happened a lot so its OK. That needs fixed.Other than that it was a fantastic experience. Will definitely go back soon here.

Not terrible. Very nice staff. Played back 9. Started off with great conditions but got progressively worse. Nice facility with a huge deck.

What an amazing place. Even for me the non golfer! Food is excellent and everyone is so friendly. My golfer friends always enjoy themselves & they love the simulators in the off season!!! Keep up the great work Chad you are doing amazing things!!!!

The course condition was great. Tee boxes were maintained, fairways had grass, (you know what I mean) and the greens ok. They are working to improve the course every year but the price is not in line with the quality.

Course is in great shape. Pace of play was horrible. In front of us was 3 beginners. In front of them was 3 three year olds and their parents. We waited 10-15 minutes on every tee box. On top of that the rangers ( there were three of them) watched us at every tee box, basically, instead of doing their job which is to enforce the pace of play. I mentioned to the one that they should do that and nothing was done. Either quit over booking the course or have your rangers do their job!

Over booked, rangers are clueless. Plan on 6+ Hour Round. Tried it 3 times, never again. Course is nice though

It was nice playing at somewhere other then ridge top, and it was a very nice course, but I have some minor criticism for it. It didnt have many yard markers, and a little too much water for me. But other then that, it is a great place to golf!

Would be a 5 star but there replacing number 18 green ! All in all great condition !

Lack of communication till on course about an outing. Tried this course for 3rd time and after that plus the starter is just a grumpy old man. Go to shale creek down the road, It’s a better experience.

Nice course. Challenging in some areas and a little forgiving in others. Greens were fast (today) for it being so early in the day. For the first time on this course (front 9) it was fun for an inexperienced golfer. Will definitely be heading back to see if I get any better.

The course is beautiful. Price is too expensive. The real reason for the 3 stars is the lack of yardage markers. How hard is it to put some stakes out there. I saw zero yardage markers and was guessing the wholeround. I payed $56 for my 14 year old and myself to play 9. I can play 18 for that price at many Medina courses. Why would you wait until May to put the yardage stakes out? How are you using covid as an excuse for not putting yardage markers out? In my 30 years of golf, I have never touched a yardage markers. Never again!

Best course in NE Ohio to AVOID !!! Very very slow !!!! They need to enforce the pace of play. Not a single Marshall monitoring pace on a Sunday afternoon. Never again at any price. Awful experience if you’re about playing golf ....

The course should be in great shape once it stops raining. There are recent upgrades which enhance the course!

Great course. Challenging but not too long. All the greens were in great shape, same with most tee boxes. Club house had nice beer selection. Only complaint which is possibly just a course rule was the amount of holes with cart path only with no rain for a few days before. Otherwise its a good course with a good atmosphere.

Course is in excellent condition, thanks to Supt. Scott Brickley and his crew (of which Im one of). Many players Ive talked to have said its one of, if not, the best maintained courses in the area.

Good bang for the buck. Greens are nice and the fairways are decent. Great prices too.

Good experience need to have yardages on cart path if they are going to require cart path only. Ie 200 150 100 so you dont go out in the fairway to find markers.

My third time going to this course and each time has been a 6 hour round. You wait at least 20 minutes per hole and they pack in tee times like no other.

It is a beautiful course that is well maintained. You can see that they are continuing to put more into the course. The course runs specials. There is great food available.

Bunker Hill takes pride in their course as well as customer satisfaction. My group had an issue, but that was resolved beyond our expectations. Stop in, hit some balls and grab a hot dog. Great course, great staff!

Always think this is a great course. Hard enough for amateur golfers but also not too penal, greens always in good condition.

This review is not about the course or the people who work there. This is about the golfers that golf there. 1st time I have ever played this course. It will be the last time. Payed for 18 with cart. Sent me out as a single. As a single you would expect me to play fast. 4 somes on course accusing me of pushing them. While I’m waiting. Ask to play through. Response was “No, We got here first.” Then was physically threatened by 3 golfers because I hit a good tee shot and it landed 20ft from them. The final straw was I was made fun of for being a Navy Veteran. (I play with a US Navy golf bag). Only played 9 holes and left. 9 holes took me 1 1/2 hrs. Complained to starter and Pro shop. They both apologized and said they would send a ranger out. Fellow golfers, we play to have fun. None of us are on the PGA. We should all treat each other with respect.

It took 6.5 hours to play 18 today. Course told us there was an outing that started at 730 and I am confident the last group didnt finish until dusk. We had to skip a hole to get around the outing.Dont over book your course...it isnt fun for anyone.

Fun course and staff is very accommodating

I was only there as a visitor, I did not play. I drove our HS boys team to play.It was a very clean clubhouse. Both the clubhouse attentat and the girl at the snack bar were very friendly. Both acknowledged and welcomed me as I walked through. ( Not all course employees do that) The course itself looked to be in very good shape. As I said I can only comment on how the course looked.

Definitely liked this course. Ive played most of the courses around Cleveland and the hills on at Bunker Hill made this course slightly more challenging.The course was much more picturesque then Big Met, lots of flowers, newly repaved cart path, etcCovid precautions were also in place both by course employees and most players

They always keep the course in prime shape. It was path only the day I played. No complaints. Thats HOW they keep it nice for the drier times. Wet, but very nice and playable. Top notch, Chadly!

We have golfed at Bunker Hill - and its always a blast. The drink cart that rolls by to keep you refreshed is quite convenient - love it! Weve dined on the patio, and its so relaxing and refreshing. Weve dined in the restaurant and really enjoyed that, too. Weve also been part of special events upstairs - and the food is always GREAT! Next on our list is to try out the simulators. The staff is consistently friendly and welcoming, Chad is amazing with the fundraisers and events, and its always a pleasant, enjoyable experience. You can count on us returning time and time again as well as referring Bunker Hill to our friends, family, business associates, and anyone else who has missed out on this hidden gem of Medina County.

I was looking for somewhere different to play golf when I discovered Bunker Hill Golf Course. Their website gives great information and details about the course. My wife and I decided to on a whim drive up from Columbus and try the course. When we arrived they were about to have a scramble tournament starting. Chad and the staff were very helpful and found a way for me to play ahead of the tournament. The course was awesome. It was in great shape and very challenging. Came here with some buddies for the first time this weekend. Let me say, the course is well kept and a fun ride. Plenty of challenging holes due to varying elevations. Several holes bait you into shots you probably shouldnt take but thats the game within the game. Definitely coming back.

Always a favorite. Usually too busy to play a quick round. Groundskeeper does really good work.

Let me tell you... If youre looking for a relaxing morning 18 PLEASE go somewhere else. We finished 18 in a cool 4 hours (with 15 mins at the turn) and we got called out by someone who worked there for being to slow. Since when is 4 hours for 18 slow!? No were not the best but we played quick and the league behind us complained the whole time when THEY WERE THE ONES HOLDING THE LEAGUE UP. the course is fine but the staff was just disrespectful and acted like we shouldnt be there when we PAID to be there. At one point the employee picked up my ball and THREW IT AT ME. WHAT! The worst customer service, especially when we were playing at pace and just trying to have a good time. I guess if youre 65+ in a league this is the course for you but if youre trying to have a good time with the boys without getting yelled at there are so many other courses to go to. Never again.

Came back to change my 5 star review to 0. Had a 6:06 am tee time on a Saturday. Found out after paying they had an outing shotgun starting at 730 am. It took us 5.5 hrs to play 18 from 6am-1130am waiting on the outing. Worst part I contacted the manager and told me essentially oh well we made alot of money on the outing. Well I wont be coming back paying $50+ for golf to be told my round doesnt matter as much as another customers.

Love this place, theyve made many changes over the past few years that have improved the experience a ton!! Chad Gibson who manages it is one of the most friendly and personable people you will ever meet cant say enough good things about this place or their team!

Ive been driving by this course for 15 years. Always wanted to play a round. Today I went out. The course is well taken care of. Greens are in a great shape. Great elevation. I would definitely recommend playing this course.

This is quite a nice course and the people are fantastic. We played a charity outing here and had a great time. The clubhouse and the picnic shelter were good. The fairways and greens were in good shape, which was surprising as hot as it had been. One complaint: fix the cart paths. I need a new kidney after that experience. Grind up the asphalt and go to gravel if that saves money, but do something! Ill be back though as the course was fun and the staff was great.

Fun course layout, but this morning was CPO, resulting in slower play (than normal).

Our event was on April 29, 2017 for 85people. Chad and his staff were AMAZING!! The facility was clean and ready for us exactly the way we expected. The food was wonderful. Hot, ready and plenty of it. We received many compliments! All of our guests were completely comfortable and well fed. Every staff member was knowledgeable and helpful, and we never had to ask for anything twice. Chad was very accommodating, even with a very picky client. Luxuries such as a DJ, valet for older folks to get to the door, and the fun door man in knickers, were all surprising extras!!We will ABSOLUTELY use Bunker Hill for future events. Thank you guys for a great experience!

Not a warm welcome at all. Went there with friends, they delayed my slot time and all of the older men working were rude and had wandering eyes, would not recommend females to go into this place. They were rude to our Spanish friend as well.

Chad Gipson and his staff have made every event Ive attended a great experience. The food and activities offered by Bunker Hill are top notch.

Course is in great shape...

Use to be a nice place to golf until they reconstructed a few holes and have the golf course sheriff breathing down your neck to speed up play. Their rates are ridiculous for the course....its not a country club people. I have played this course for 30 years and have a lot of fond memories, but unless they drop their price or have a really good special....i wont be back.

Its such a popular place, its hard to get a tee time sometimes, otherwise I would have given it 5 stars. Great course, great staff, great food and the indoor simulators are fun! We always have an awesome time here.

Bunker Hill Golf Course has a beautiful golf range and a sophisticated state of the Art Indoor Range. Also, these guys have mastered the art of catering & fundraising for schools, work, family, and more. The food and bar is awesome, the staff is wonderful and the scenery is amazing. Call Chad Gibson if your planning something big or small. He has exceeded all of our expectations.

This course was in great shape. The fairways are plush, not much water or trees in play and we finished in just over four hours so the pace was decent. We went to lager Heads Brewing Company just down the street for our beer and lunch which was very reasonable.

Our local run club held an event here. The food and drinks were fantastic and the gaming upstairs, including the simulators were a lot of fun. I have played golf here as well and this is another reason to rate Bunker Hill as a fantastic place for your golf outings, meetings, or team building events.

Good track, good people great value

I have played this course since 2000. We had our travel league(24 player) played there Monday. Surprise cart path only!!!!It was over 90 degree on the course plus we our ages range from 62 to 72. My shoes never got wet on the course or I never saw standing water. The course must be another pleasant valley.

The indoor golf simulators are very good. Had fun with the couples indoor scotch doubles league.

The golf course charged 10$ for separated cart. l think it selfish during the COVID time.

Amazing food!! Had the barbecue beef sandwich special and it was absolutely phenomenal. Would highly suggest stopping in for a meal!

I play a lot of golf; been playing for 33 years. When you have an outing, and put two outings on the same course at the same time? No good. The course is nice enough. The way they manage it - and they always have - leaves a lot to be desired. You can’t run such tight tee times and jam the course. Or, run two outings at once. I just finished an outing and it took 5.5 hours +. Not because the people were below average players. It’s because you have two outings on the same course at the same time. That’s unacceptable. I, along with many in my group, will not be back. There are plenty of good options in the area that won’t do the same thing.
