Fantastic experience! Craig was not only knowledgeable, he was patient. He took the time to explain all of the options to my mom and I to ensure we were well informed in our decision. He was also very caring for my moms situation. With her physical condition, trying out beds is difficult. Craig accommodated her every need and went out of his way to make sure she could try out the adjustable base. Im sure our visit took longer than normal but he didnt make us feel that way at all. He was attentive the entire time and gave us his full attention. We felt comfortable and confident in our purchase. He provided such wonderful service that even though there are stores nearer to where I live, Ill be going back to this location for when Im ready to get a new bed for myself. Highly recommended!

I went to 4 mattress stores on North Court street in Medina Ohio, this was by far the best. They were incredibly friendly, and knowledgeable, and had a vast amount of high quality product. I was able to order my mattress for delivery to Columbus on the day of my choice. Craig and Megan were the best!

Craig, the manager, helped my wife and I select a mattress that would work for our different sleep styles and another that would stand up to the heavy abuse of an active young child. I came in looking to purchase a new mattress set for my guest room and occasionally for our son when he came home from the military. I explained this to the gentleman Steve. I asked for an inexpensive set as it wouldnt get that much usage. He showed me a $199 set, I explained not a cheap set, to that level. However something in a higher quality, just a good price. I did want him to be comfortable when he was here. Steve seemed as if I was bothering him. I found a mattress I might be interested in and asked if he could lay it down so I could lay on it and try it out. He stated if you want cheap and its not going to be used why do you need to lay on it I was immediately turned off, how disrespectful! I dont know if its the store or just this gentleman but I definitely would not hire him in my practice. Our bedroom sets average between $3000-$4000 that we have in our home. What a shame, I actually came to purchase and go. Terrible customer service!

Jonathan, the regional manager for this and other stores, pushed profit aside to expedite what we thought was a lost cause for warranty coverage. He got our 10 year old mattress replaced for free, when other salespeople werent concerned at all with anything but making a sale. Honest man, and honest store.
