Did a good job in the time they said they would and came in below estimate. Also polished my headlights (they needed it) as an extra service.

I brought my vehicle here for a repair and I was not impressed.The work I brought it there for was okay but they also promised to touch up some scrapes around the car and that work was a little sloppy.The worst part of doing business with them is they forced me to take part in shady business practices.Upon completing the deal I was advised it was a cash deal and that I had to take out the money for the repair from the ATM (they wouldnt take the check I offered them). I was told they needed to do this because they regularly get screwed by insurance companies (as if its my responsibility to be part of the balancing this out for them).While Im confident that is true, this wasnt an insurance job (I was paying out of pocket). I dont appreciate being looped into something shady.I should have known better. They didnt provide a written estimate and their estimate was less than half of what I was quoted at another local body shop. They also didnt provide any paperwork at the completion of the job and I was told to just trust them if the work had any issues down the road (they would take care of me). Im left with the impression they wanted to completely avoid a paper trail.The next time I need body work Im taking my vehicle to the place where I received an estimate which was more than twice as much, because I think that estimate was from an honest broker.While I appreciate the financial pressures of owning a business and trust that the insurance companies do their best to beat down the cost of work, I dont believe two wrongs make a right. If you cant survive due to the way insurance companies treat you then dont take on insurance work.

Had an issue with closing the car door after crashing on the garage steps, he fixed it for me at no cost as a temporary solution and I am going back later for permanent fix.
