Had a great experience with Medway Oil installing temporary propane tanks to get through the winter. Good people to work with - from sales, to installation and service.

Nothing to do with service as we don’t use this company and now we certainly will not. I was waiting in my truck at the end of our road with my daughter at the bus stop when I noticed the Medway Oil truck coming up behind us. He was stopping so I waved out the window for him to pass us by and as he rolled up to the stop sign next to us he made an obscene gesture and yelled something at my daughter and I! Very classy employees, Medway Oil.

We just moved to NH and we wish Medway could still be our oil and propane company!!! They are so professional and helpful. Their staff is excellent. When we needed an answer for the new prospective buyers of our home in MA they had someone out there within 2 hours! I honestly cant say you can get this kind of service from anyone now a days. They are a true gem!!! Shout out to Kim she is superb!

Honest, professional, and fairly priced home fuel provider. Medway Oil & Propane has been very helpful not only in delivering propane, but on facilitating the installation of new piping and HVAC ventilation. The owner and his team are a pleasure to work with.

If I had the means to change to another oil company I would and never look back. After 5 months of service, its been nothing but dreadful. One thing they will make sure of is to overcharge you every few weeks along with take no responsibility in regards to their sad customer service and frequent mistakes. My tanks were mislabeled when I moved into my residence, hence I am paying for someone elses tank. After several calls and voicemails about this matter.... Med Way refused to take any responsibility instead they covered and labeled the tank correctly and BLAMED me for reading the wrong tank. How disturbing to say the least that this company treats their customers like dog food. No resolution has been made since this incident, instead they mailed me an invoice asking for more money. It is unfair as a tenant that I can not change the company that provides my heat & hot water. HOWEVER, from this horrible experience, I will never in my life recommend, or do business with Medway Oil again, Ill rather freeze to death. Respectfully.For crying out loud there is a PANDEMIC, homeless people, unemployed, and this aint nothing but a whole bunch of arrogance of an Oil Company taking advantage of people in lower economic statuses and positions. Terrific People! We moved to a house in the burbs 7 years ago. We were nervous about dealing with a furnace, buying oil - all of that. They made it so easy with scheduling service and oil deliveries. Recently we just worked with them to replace our central AC. The job was perfect. Appreciate the professional and friendly service!

We received a call from a family member that our boiler had failed while we were away on vacation. One easy phone call and Mike and his team made it a priority to head over and have it taken care of. Medway Oil went above and beyond to care for our home while we were unable to do so.Years of great service, hassle free fuel deliveries, and a flawless system installation, are just a few of the reasons we are lifetime customers.There never has to be a second call or a backup plan, this company cares for us every time as if we were family!

Three weeks after moving into our first home, my wife noticed that our oil tank was leaking. The fire dept told us we should have someone come look at it immediately, so I gave Medway Oil a call. Despite not being one of their customers and it being a Saturday afternoon, Jeff was at our house within a half hour and helped us by fixing the immediate issue and offering us a lot of help with next steps. He even went so far as to connect us with another company when we needed services outside his scope.

These guys really came through today when we mistakenly ran out of propane. We recently moved into a new house and failed to fill up our tank and they were able to get to us same day. The employees are also incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Gary. Highly recommend.

I have been a Medway Oil & Propane customer for 16 years as of July 2019. I have always had the best service and support from Medway and cannot even think of how they could do anything to improve. The small things like the following: 1 The person answering the phone in customer service always says Medway Oil, this is (first name) and when I provide my name and address I do not need to also provide a phone number, birthday, last 4 of social or special pin (they know who I am). 2. They send a very nice Norman Rockwell calendar every year (love it). 3. They have many cost saving alternatives AND their bills include a convenient pre-addressed envelope so I do not need to use my own. There are many more things I could add but I love Medway Oil says it best

I have been using Medway oil for 20+ years. Never had a problem with either oil or propane. Use auto fill service and a maintenance plan.If you dont want to worry about your heat, this is the company to use.

I have always had great service with Medway Oil Propane. I give them an A plus recommendation. They have replaced my boiler, water tank and just installed a 500 gallon underground propane tank.

Wanted to have them as our provider when we moved into our new house. The guy talked like he thought he was an expert but never got back to me regarding service. Their prices are high too.

I seldom write any reviews good or bad but these guys are plain idiots. Tried to buy oil for an emergency fill up - was told no because someone on my street ripped them off once?!? I have no idea what or who the guy was talking about. After explaining I am not the person you are referencing then he told me he wouldnt sign me up as a customer because I just wanted heat ?!?

I rent, Medway oil owns the propane tank so they feel they can jack the price up on propane to Double what the going rate is for the area. These guys suck! When asked why the lady told me the price is the price! Theives

The staff and service is what makes this company great. They may not be the cheapest, but the people here are the best.

Never had any issues dealing with Medway Oil as a matter of fact they were always willing to help whenever asked. Excellent people ...!!
