I purchased a 2022 Panamera vehicle on Oct 15th. The vehicle was taken to the service area to have the PCM codes updated and personalized.I noticed a scratch on the console and inquired with the salesperson. The vehicle was out of my possession while the techs tried to figure out the configuration. This process took awhile. Unfortunately, from the time I initially inspected the vehicle and the 30-45 minutes in the shop area with techs configuring the PCM codes. A scratch occurred on the console. I informed the salesperson and no one has followed up with me. The sales person stated the techs are very careful. Very disappointed in the response.

Really great dealership. Bought a VW Beetle Convertible from them and received all the perks of buying an Audi! They are all stars ⭐️. Make impossible possible as an out-of-state buyer especially a Californian buyer. I had been searching for this particular vehicle since last year. I had been rejected, insulted, and closed the door from this particular brand name dealerships throughout the country. Even one dealership in mid-west said that they would not work with Californian buyers. They approved my financial application but won’t let buy any and deliver to California.Porsche Melbourne explains the purchase process in detail when I let them that I am a Californian. They have a team of experts in assisting out-of-state buyers for the process and make the process at ease. I just received my vehicle yesterday. The vehicle comes in super clean and smells like a new car. It looks like brand new even though it is a nine years old vehicle. I have a great buying experience. Super satisfied. Highly recommended.

Best ever service last week. It was just a basic service and of course it would be rare to have a bad service experience since Porsche advisors and mechanics are top-notch. What made this service the best was the loaner. They have a Porsche Taycan in the loaner rotation. Good grief, this car is amazing. This thing eats pavement and Tesla’s.

On Tuesday, 8/3/21, my wife, dachshund, and I drove from Miami up to Porsche Melbourne to see and test drive a 2017 Boxster S. I had been researching them for about six months to decide on which model, features, color, etc. that I wanted for us. I found the one that I purchased from this dealership to be exactly what I wanted in a CPO Boxster. The day before our trip to the dealership I contacted them, sent them photos, and the VIN# of my Lexus RCF that I wanted to possibly trade in. They were quick to answer back with a value on my RCF that was higher than any I had received from other local dealerships in the Dade/Broward area. So, we drove up in spite of terrible stormy weather. They sent my wife and I out “together” to test drive the car on a twisty road. Other local SoFlo dealers made us test drive with a salesman in the car, so my wife & I could not experience the car together. My Sales Professional Dylan Kotoulis was great! He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly and a pleasure to deal with prior to the purchase and afterwards as well. Simon Iribarren (Business Director) was also very pleasant and helpful. And, we are so glad he mentioned the Wheel & Tire Warranty. Our 2nd week after purchasing the car I picked up a large screw in a tire and had to be towed and get a new tire. Some of my headliner was coming undone and they stated that they could replace the whole headliner which was going to be over $7k or I could take it to an upolstery shop and have them fix it. I of course can and will take it to an upolstery shop but for goodness sakes, why wouldnt they offer to get it done through an upolstery shop? Its a Porsche dealership, dont make me run around. I left my car there for a week. They could have marked up the cost of from the upolstery shop and that would have been fine, but instead they made it inconvenient and not a concierge service experience. I expect more from Porsche candidly.

I visited Porsche Melbourne at the end of February to test drive a Cayman and the service was absolutely outstanding. I was not sure which model I wanted to buy so continued researching all the Cayman models and settled on the GTS.Porsche Melbourne happens to have one that had almost everything I was looking for and since I had visited them and was so pleased with the way I was treated I decided to buy it from them but needed to verify the options on the window sticker first.I called the salesman who had served me and asked to send a picture of the new 2021 white GTS window sticker so I can verify the options (I was going to drive there the following day to buy it, I live 2 hrs away) Instead the salesman assume in our phone conversation I cannot afford that car because it costs more then the model I had test drove (very insulting when you don’t know the buyer) and instead sends me the website links of two used cars they have for sale. I asked 2 more times via text, for the window sticker of the new white Cayman GTS and never heard back from him. He had told me on the phone he would call me after sending the info... he never did.So the following day, I called other dealerships and one had an allocation they could swap so I ordered my Cayman GTS with them.I really wanted to give the salesman at Porsche Melbourne the sale because of the service I have been given when I first visited them. Instead, a salesman that all he did was pick up the phone was given an order for a 108K car and is making the sale. It is also disappointing I have to wait 4 months for my car when I could be enjoying that Cayman GTS and have it parked in my garage now.

I had a great experience buying my first Porsche here, a new to me 2007 Cayman S - Chris was fantastic! Easily one of the best I have worked with.Only reason I am giving 3.5 stars is because on the contract I signed, it was agreed upon that all 4 wheels would be fully repaired. Once I recieved my car (I live in Auburn, AL) and did an inspection I noticed that only 3 wheels had been fully corrected and the 4th had not been touched. The 3 wheels that had been touched up have overspray on them from the wheel correction. After contacting the Chris the dealership will handle the repairs, but I have to bring my Porsche down to Melbourne.I will update this review after I can get my Porsche down to Melbourne.

I have a hard time writing this review since I had nothing but glowing things to say about the Mercedes and Audi sides of the dealership. I’ve purchased three cars from them in the past 5 years Including an E350, Audi A7, and most recently a E400 convertible. So, obviously I think they’re a stand up dealership or I wouldn’t continue to go there.Unfortunately i have a difficult time saying the same thing about the Porsche side of the dealership. I won’t mention the salesperson that I dealt with over on the Porsche side but I found her a bit underwhelming in her customer service. I guess disinterested would be the best way of describing them.I think a lesson in basic common courtesies like standing up when greeting someone or at the minimum attempting to perform the basic functions of a salesperson would go along way.Again, love the Mercedes and Audi side and highly recommend them still. Porsche side has some work to do and I don’t think that Porsche of North America would like to know that their brand is being represented that way, nor would I think the owner of the dealership want his salespeople representing his dealership that way.Post script : I think the internet manager there puts out canned responses. I did send an email to him and being that I’ve bought three cars from them I believe they have my phone number. Regardless, he never contacted me to try and rectify this situation. Lowered the rating by a star for that.

Andy is wonderful and has always followed through on the items he says he will. Processing payment is easy (one doesnt have to go to another location on the property). I would recommend this place to my friends.

Andy and Matt were extremely courteous and went out of their way to get transportation for me to and from the Melbourne airport from the dealership. Andy took the extra step of contacting two other dealerships where my car had been serviced to insure that they didnt duplicate service and saved me quite a bit of money by doing so. I highly recommend Porsche of Melbourne and its service department.

Excellent service, my check engine light was on, the repairman detected a heater problem with the converter, replaced the unit, road tested the vehicle and had me on the road again . While there I enjoyed refreshments and watched while the repair was being done, excellent!! Also, that was the cleanest work area that I have ever seen, up keep, Excellent!!!

I brought my car to the dealership for one year service. I was very pleased by the way I have been treated. Carlos was very professional and helpful. Since I am from Port Orange, FL and I want to go to a good restaurant for lunch. Carlos found me a restaurant in downtown and he (Carlos) personally entered the address of the restaurant into the GPS of the loaner car. The SUV ( Cayenne) was ready and I just had to drive the car to the restaurant. The loaner car (Cayenne) was new and clean.Every thing went smoothly and the car was ready right on time.Thank you Carlos for the exceptional service and your kindness.
