These girls were so wonderful! Extremel helpful with lots of patience while I chose my new bed. After visiting 3 other stores with pushy sales men these girls were a breath of fresh air! I purchased a king split mattress with 2 different bases. They stayed right till closing to make sure I had what I had wanted. Keep up the wonderful work girls thanks so much for helping me. Felix warmly greeted me upon my arrival and walked me through the Mattress selection process. We were able to efficiently select the adjustable bed and mattress that best fit my needs. Felix definitely has a good bed side manner and is very knowledgeable in the products he sells. He graciously wrote me up a quote for my consideration and followed up with a telephone call to let me know about a special sale price they could offer on the model I selected. After checking out some other stores and doing some online research, I returned to Felix to seal the deal.

I had a great experience picking out two new mattresses at this location. The sales associate, Carmen, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and showed me multiple options to meet my needs, highlighting current sales and specials. The store seems to be thoughtfully addressing sanitation concerns during coronavirus, which I appreciated. I shouldn’t need a new mattress anytime soon, but I would definitely come here again.

Bought a $2000 Serta mattress set in October of 2019. So after we noticed sagging and have just gone through their warranty process which is difficult and handled all via e-mail. You cant even talk to a real person. They just denied our claim. Store associates are nice enough but the companys support after the sale is terrible.

Brought a mattress on presidents day, I got it for my son who has back and neck problems, very good mattress, however I was told the sale ended that night and I had to buy it then. But the same sale has been going on all week, I felt pressured to buy it right away. As I said great mattress.

Spent about 10 minutes with a very helpful sales rep. She was very polite and informative. As the conversation was ending, I let her know that this was the first store Ive stopped at for the day and planned to go to another store or two before making a final decision. We were approached by a manager (I guess) who rudely told me that this is not OK and I am not being fair to this salesperson for shopping around after she told me all about a mattress. I have never been treated so unprofessionally and rudely. I politely thanked the salesperson for her time and left the store...for good. I advise you to pass up on this store as well. I purchased the same mattress minutes later (very happily) at Macys across the street AT A LOWER PRICE!!

My husband had just driven down from Virginia with 4 cats, after sleeping on an air mattress the first night, we decided to go into the Mattress Firm due to its proximity to steak and shake.Kathryn Martin is a great sales person. She took all the details of what we wanted and our budget, she LISTENED and took good care of us. The Bottom line, we got the right bed, on time and on budget!!As a rule I find female sales consultants tend to have more empathy and are less pushy. I will be back to see her as I fill up the rooms in my new house.
