Professional Marine Service was just that, Professional! Showed up when he said he would and quickly got the job done. Excellent Service, hard working and fair. I would definitely recommend their service.

Beware! I hired Professional Marine Detailing to detail the sides of my boat from the walk arounds down. He quoted me $40/foot but I offered an additional $10/foot if he was able to get it done while the boat was on the hard. He agreed and said that he would be doing the work on Tuesday and Wednesday. Tuesday came and he started work. At the end of the day on Wednesday he said he would have to come back on Friday to finish. Friday evening, after him not showing up to finish the job or calling I called him. He said he would be there Saturday to finish the job. Saturday comes and he works on the boat but apparently doesn’t finish. Sunday comes and he tells me to meet him to pay him and the quotes job prices (in writing) went from $2,050 to $3,627! After inspecting the boat, I find that he has done damages in excess of $5,000 to the brand new SeaDek that was just installed. How? He failed to properly prepare the boat to ensure all surfaces were protected from the wax/compound overspray. We have tried to clean it using boat soap as well as other methods of suggested by SeaDek with no success. It looks like I will have to replace SeaDek that was just installed a week ago due to the gross negligence of Professional Marine Detail.One final note, Professional Marine Detail was given the opportunity to do the right thing and come back to try and clean it themselves to which they refused. The owner’s response was to say to pay him or he will lien the vessel. I’ve already reached out to my attorney to pursue all legal options available to me, however, i want to warn any unsuspecting boat owners of this gentleman’s work quality and business practices.
