Will never buy Tires there againThey will not rotate and balance after sale,,make it very hard on the consumer,cannot set appt. After sale for rotation..ugh
Amazing service and they got my cars oil change done within 30 minutes. It took awhile to get service at the auto care desk, but they were very nice when assisting me.
I bought the most expensive oil and the Mobil 1 filter. As a result, I was refused the replacement of oil. The reason for the refusal is simply ridiculous))). The vacuum vacuum pump does not rest against the bottom of the crankcase and enters the engine completely)))). How do you like this? In fact, their vacuum tube is twice as long as the dipstick of the oil level !!! I think that in fact they did not want to unscrew the oil filter (dodge ram 3500 promaster) Here, the mechanics decide who to change and who does not change the oil. (Confused private garage with the service of the corporation) I am very concerned about the level of knowledge of the mechanics of this service when hiring. Or they are just idlers and get money even when sitting in the back room.
Tire Repairs done fair at price.
Made an appointment to get tires. When I got there they had none of the information about my car given to them in the system. Only my name and appointment time. The tires we were told were in stock when we made the appointment where no where to be found. I was then told maybe when I ordered them online I sent them to the wrong store. The problem was I did not place any order online. We called and talked to someone to set up the appointment and verify they had what we needed and the cost.
Extremely slow and low quality of service.
Very risky to shop here! Over half of the customers inside were not even trying to mask and socially distance. All employees had masks visible, but many were wearing them improperly.
Poor and sloppy service and during this crisis they got people working in automotive who isn’t trained they charge me for a battery that I bought already because of someone didn’t enter info in computer even though battery was a year old and when they looked bad gonna tell me do I have receipt from a year ago even though battery had label 7/19, don’t every buy anything auto and fall for the bs warranty go to auto zone it advanced auto Walmart is good for food only
Lots of ways to improve. i think this is an over Walmart policy problem and not a store problem. Employees always seem unhappy and therefore customer service fails. Take care of employees, check customers in outside into lanes based on type of service(I think they used to do this). Overall prices are good but customer service and efficiency could really improve.
Called ahead they said they werent backed up .. Went shopping while they were supposed to be getting the tires changed .. One hour and a half later they havent even started . oh two people on Staff as well .. If you choose to use this location ask how many people are working .. And the person at the register has an attitude.. it has now been two and a half hours and theyre just now mounting one tire of two one thing I cant get behind is when someone lies to me and tells me theyre not backlogged
I am so pleased with the headlight restoration service today! Not only over $100 cheaper than a local mechanic quoted me, but excellent work and my headlights look new! I will definitely use this service again!
It took all day due to the high volume of customers they had but they were helpful and informative.
Was great to walk in and be able to buy new tires and what not. The initial first part of the experience was great, the lady that helped us (a middle to older aged African American woman - couldn’t figure out her name) helped us and got everything done and set up... however the two stars are docked because one of the department managers wasn’t all there, and the wait was crazy.... 11-5, but we were told two hours for oil change and tires.... anyways the next department manager (I wanna say Chris) was super duper helpful for sure!
Dropped my car off for an oil change ant 10:30 AM, and was told its be 3 hours. Thats fine I had a ride. We came back 3 hours later and it hadnt even been started yet. It is now 4:30, six hours after i dropped it off, 3 hours after the quote time, and no call that its ready. I tried calling the auto department to check and twice there was no answer.
I always get great service here. They DO change the oil and filter. Been coming here since they opened...no incidents. PS> regarding previous review - I dont notice that my car drives any differently before or after my oil changes. If your oil was black, you need to change it more often!
My cousin needed new tires and she came at 10am. They said they had nobody in line and that it wouldnt take more than 2 hours or so. Wondering when they finished? 12 hours later. By that time it was late and my cousin had other responsibilities and couldnt wait around. She didnt get her car back until the next day. Their either lazy or simply overestimate the productivity of their service. Very disappointing. Aside from that, when youre looking for something specific in the shop, they are helpful and know exactly what youre looking for. But thats the best I can say, at the time.
10am tire appointment was on time. However had two tires installed on the front of 2005 BMW. They installed the tires and gouged the rim lip on one of the rims and there was fresh metal showing. Had the manager look at the rim and denied they damaged the rim, but they said it was road rash but it’s on the inside lip and did nothing. Then they installed a truck valve stem on the rim. Sloppy bad work. Do not use Walmart tire center in Melbourne Fl. Would have given a negative star but can not choose.
Had nail in a tire causing a slow leak. Called several local tire businesses, but they either wanted me to leave the car all day or make an appointment. Drove over to Walmart to see what they could do. Took my car right away and fixed it. From the mechanics to the people working the counter, they friendly and very helpful. I was impressed.
I definitely understand the complaints about Lisa. I called four times over the period of a week, was never able to speak with the department because nobody picked up. It wasnt until I called the electronics, explained that nobodys picked up the phone at automotive, and asked them to page the department and transfer me over that I was able to speak to an automotive representative. There I spoke with Lisa; while we didnt have a conflict, she was definitely pushy and unwilling to listen to what I had to say or ask, and interrupted everything I said after I gave my car year and make, no mind to the model, just told me that they wouldnt be able to do it because of having to take certain parts out of the car to switch it out. I was going to ask about oil and filter changes but by the time she told me I probably couldnt get a battery changed there she was done with the conversation, said bye, and hung up. Brusque for sure and I definitely see where people would have issues with her brushing them off, not taking their request to speak to a manager seriously, especially when addressing a fault on Walmarts behalf.Buyer beware at this place.
All I wanted was an oil change. I was told it would be fast. Over two hours later and my car still sits waiting!! No problem if you are busy BUT be honest!! Worst oil change experience ever!!!!
Super slow never enough staff or any kind of sense of urgency when youre trying to get something fixed on your car from them if you want to take your car to Walmart make sure you have the entire day without needing your car back. All I wanted was one tire replaced and I brought in the old tire and rim not even a vehicle and it took them 4 hours and I dropped off less than 30 minutes after they open. I tried calling once an hour to find out if it had been started yet never did anybody even answer the phone I just sat there and it rang for 3 to 5 minutes before I got tired and hung up.
Changed the wrong tire. Then changed the right tire and let me have it free. Went for oyl change at Jiffylube and found tire was overinflated 15 pounds.
Ive been coming here for years for my tire needs and my last visit was awful.The woman at the desk Lisa was rude both times I came in(one for my original repair, one for when I saw my damaged rims) and when I asked about damnage that was caused on my rims she wouldnt let me talk to a manager and said it was my fault and then wrote my phone number on a glove and walked away saying she would call the manager later! Why isnt there a manager supervising why cant I actually file anything! I am heart broken and will never recommend coming to this store or get anymore tires here.
