I just bought a car from here and the car ended up being a lemon the sales men are dishonest they lie about return policys the salesmen ray said I had a week to return the car or trade it in for a better car at trade value that didnt happen because the owner didnt want to do an at value trade even though I had just purchased the car the day before trying to upgrade to a better car which I was going to pay more money for they say that they will fix what ever is wrong with the car if it breaks down in 30 days and thats a lie cause I told him about the ac and radio going out the day I purchased it and wanted me to pay for labor and parts even though the salesman said I wouldnt have to. Definitely would not recommend going here the owner Danny is a scam artist.

Be very careful and get a full understanding of what you are signing; especially in regards to your down deposit. You may think the deposit was sufficient, but read and question everything.

I called and left a message 2 times. I never got a response back. A buddy of mine told me not to go there because they do bad business. Said the guy is very unprofessional. So I went to a&m auto world down the street. The owner Tony was very cool. Took my truck as a downpayment and gave me a really good deal on a bigger truck that I needed. You want a good deal go talk to Tony I promise he will look out.

We recently bought a Jeep Wrangler from this lot. There has been a few issues with the Jeep, that they were more than happy to help fix. We have always been treated politely and fair. We would consider buying another vehicle from them.

Christa was great to work with. She set my stepson up with a nice little sports car and worked with him to make sure his payments were affordable. He will have the car paid off in no time. The staff were great to work with and you cant beat the warranty option provided. I will be back in a few years to help my daughter purchase her first car.

This is an awesome used car lot! The management is well organized. Currently financing my second vehicle from there and no complaints whatsoever. Geissel is very nice as well! She really has helped me thru a lot. Great place, hands down.

Ive had an extremely bad experience with the owner who sells you broken down vehicles he doctors them up and then when you go back there two days later he tells you youre no good that the warranty is the way it is and youre on your own with whatever went wrong with the vehicle the vehicle doesnt start anymore the man acted like hostile throwing temper tantrums thats all I have to say very unprofessional

Well what can I say about wonderful Automax...Imani is very professional, she really has great communication skills.She should be working in a Bank or something more prestige. I got a 2007 BMW that broke down the next day I brought it home the starter was replaced then a thousand more problems came along with the car. Long story short they worked with me and gave me my money back for my down payment I’m very thankful I got out of that vehicle cause it was very expensive to even get a damn oil change

DO NOT GO HERE! First car i bought was brought back in a matter of hours for transmission problems second car had break and abs problems off the lot. We called they would not trade it in or refund us. This car could have seriously gotten me or someone else injured I told them that on the phone and they literally hung up on me every time I called.

After having the truck for 8 days, I smelt gas. Brought it back and gas tank was rusted out. They kept my truck 3 months and charged me 1/2 of parts and labor. Had to bring it right back because the hoses wasnt right. Brought it to their off site mechanic who told me about the gas tank issue but also that the motherboard of the computer was fried. Was refused a refund or even a trade. The whole exhauste is rusted out, front axle and complete struts had to be replaced.No key for tire locks. And conveniently cant find spare key. Not to mention all the issues dealing with the computer. Complete Trash!!!DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Absolutely horrible business with little to no semblance of morals. Sold me (a broke college student from out of state) a car that appeared to be fine on a quick test drive but after purchasing it and driving it on the highway developed a distinctive shake. Took it to see if it needed an alignment only to find out that none of the tires matched and one of the tie rod ends and CV joints needed replacing. Decided to take the hit on those because that should fix it all, right? Absolutely not. Just 2 weeks after buying the car and driving extremely conservatively knowing that it may have issues, it blew a head gasket on the highway. Thousands of dollars later Im left with a car thats unreasonable to fix and no money left to get something else. Do these people have no morals? Willing to sell a car to a kid knowing full well that it had serious issues. Disgraceful. Never buy from them.And the 5 star reviews they have on here? Purely because they force you into doing it in exchange for a $20 check for gas. Dont trust any of the reviews which are noticeably short and vague.

Waited from 9am till nearly 3pm for owner to come in to resolve an issue and then he turns around and was very unprofessional and basically told me they werent gonna resolve the issue to my liking. Sales Reps Kelly and his partner were great

All about money, sad! Selling vehicles for ridiculous money. Purchased a vehicle and paid it off in Just a few months. Soon as it was paid for I started receiving recall notices. Drove the car for 3 months and had to replace the whole front and motor. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Just awful selling lemons and taking advantage of people

I had an amazing experience..... it’s a home type of feel mom and pop shop but the office manager is amazing christa truly cares for her customers and does everything she can to help.... she goes over your budget to make sure you can afford what they put you in she doesn’t rush you and she is making sure that she does her best at all times to make up for the last owners mistakes .... past reviews definitely do not reflect the new and improved auto max the guys there are caring even if they appear to be all over the place they’re busy business is booming and they are truly knowledgeable and caring i will be back with other family members because this place is the place to go for vehicles ❤️💜 love ya Christa!

I bought a car from Automax under the previous management and it was a nightmare, constant problems with the car and the mechanic kept telling me nothing was wrong, after 6 months I had had enough and called the dealership. I spoke to Jeffrey who advised me they are under new management and to come in and speak to Christa the new manager. I came in and Christa was appalled at what happened to me, and she made it right. She got me into a newer, cleaner, more fuel efficient car and added a limited warranty as well, even though it was listed As Is on the sticker. This is not the same dealership from 6 months ago. The cars are in better condition and most are newer in years. (they sold me a 20 year old car 6 months ago and Christa got me in a 7 year old car)Christa and Jeffery did an amazing job at making this right for me and helping me into a better, safer car for me and my daughter.Its like a whole new dealership! Dont let the previous management keep you away. Christa is honest and has a conscience. I cant say enough good things about how her and how she really cares about helping people!

I didnt end up buying from them so I cant speak for their quality of service after purchasing, but their regard for customers is insulting.I called about a 98 jeep wrangler and was given the price of $14000. That was too high so I kept looking online. The next day the same car was listed for $8990. I went in to check it out and liked it so I saved the info. After finding other similar cars for much cheaper in other cities I decided to call and see if they could bring the price down so I could buy local. I talked to Reggie on the phone and he specifically asked if I was financing or paying cash and I said financing. He then agreed to $5500 and I told him Id be in the next day to bring it to my mechanic to inspect. The jeep was in the service area for some reason and got blocked in by another car that had the engine pulled. After 5 hours of waiting for them to move it I went in to start paperwork so it would be ready to sign if my mechanic gave the OK. Reggie sat across from me texting for about 5 minutes, then put the phone to his ear and talked to his boss about the price. He got off the phone and told me because I was financing it would be $12,000. I just said no and walked away.

The experience there was awesome. Gesel was the bomb in making sure I left happy and with the car I wanted.

The experience was a little long but for the most part, they are willing to work with you if you tell them what is happening and what you want to happen. Be sure and thorough and they will try, Jeannette is the one you want to deal with she is fantastically understanding.

I debated on doing this but I want to warn others. In December we went to this dealer kids in tow. One of which is an infant. We bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee. This company was dishonest from the jump! The car overheated the 1st night! It took a month to get the plate from them. Fast forward to end of January check engine light came on. We dumped 3k into this car. It sat torn apart for over a month. All to have to go to a dealership and trade it in as it died in their parking lot. Their words were we got screwed. Guess what we did! Buyer beware if you cant replace the engine transmission and God knows what else stay away;

Quick talking rip off artist. They claim they are the bank incorrect they use a private lending company, that being said the lending company is actually good and easy to work with. They tell you no early pay off fee, this is true to an extent there is no early pay off penalty you just pay the difference of the interest. By the time it was said and done there was almost an extra 2,000.00 in hidden fees. A simple request of mailing my tag to me and I would supply the postage turned into a day long argument. I was also told that a pick up payment covered the taxes not true at all after finally receiving my tag and registration paper work I paid for the taxes and title transfer twice. When arguing with them about this I was told to not make the first payment on the car to the finance company and only worry with paying them for the tag (as if). This was by far the worst experience I have ever had when buying a vehicle. I will not ever suggest this lot to anybody I know not even my worst enemy deserves to be ripped off like this. I am at fault for knowing I was paying too much for the car but it was what we were looking for so I dealt with that. FOREMAN MOTORS IS CROOKED AS THEY COME.

I was shocked at how easy it was to get in and out of here. Geisel was great, upfront about the issues w the vehicle and easy to work with. The gentleman who was working (Jaime maybe?) was awesome also. I understand the last office staff was not great to work w but these folks are working really hard to turn things around. Even though I’ve only had the vehicle for 2 days, I’ve had no issues and the fact they offer 50/50 split for any mechanical issues that may arise is pretty cool too. We will be bringing my nephew here for his first car! Thanks again automax!

This fat piece of crap behind the counter answered the phone and told me the car was there and to come and test drive it. I drove 2 hours up to get there only to find out that car had sold years ago. They dont take sold cars off of their web site and will tell you that they are there if you call. The same waste of human life told me that he wasnt the one I spoke with an that they use an answering service who doesnt know their inventory. He then tried to have me look at a broken down car in the back instead.It took every ounce of restraint that I had to not completely flip out. I left in peace taking the lesson with me. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCUM BAGS THEY ARE LIARS AND THIEVES.

MY BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!!! TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!! Thought I was getting a good deal...especially since I was dealing with the owner and paying in full with cash ..but all I got was ripped off. They promised to fix passenger window...NEVER did. After 1 month of buying the car it needed major repairs and maintenance. Got my tags 3 days after the temporary ones expired (headache!!) and thats because I kept nagging them about it. They blamed Motor Vehicles Dept. for late tags and yet refused to issue a temporary tag.... These people are rude and con artists!!! After they get your money, they will treat you like crap!

Petty money hungry business.... Tried to get me to destroy a license plate on purpose to get me in trouble because I called them out on their suspect business practices. They sell cars knowing something is wrong with them and refused to fix. They also lie about a deferred down payment which they called a state tax to get over on you. Stay far away from this place if you value your hard earned money!! They absolutely suck!!

We called them to ask if their Excursion they had listed online had 9 seats or the normal 8. They told us 9 so we drove clear over to their lot. They showed my husband the excursion and it didnt have the 9 seats they said it did. He told my husband he could order the 9th seat and have it replaced (at our expense of course). My husband said he would talk to me about it. As he was discussing it with me the guy went in to price the 9th seat. We decided that we didnt want the excursion and the only reason we had even come to look at that one was because we were told it had the seat already (if we wanted to pay to have it installed there were better deals on nicer excursions elsewhere). Then over the speaker they said, Would the new owners of the excursion come to the office for signing? Your seat has been ordered. They had ordered the seat, without telling us a price, without us agreeing to anything, and without us even test driving the excursion!! My husband went in and told them we didnt want it and we left. Would never ever go to them again! It was a huge waste of time.

Now when they told me they fix the car, i was told it was the thermostat they say they put a new one in the car. When i let a mechanic look at the car when it started running hot AGAIN I was told that its was no thermostat in the car. DO NOT BUY!!!These people are the most unprofessional, rude, scamming dirt bags on the planet. I literally dont know how you can lay your head down to sleep at night knowing you are completely ripping people off! Recently bought a car from Auto max that looked great with some minor issues that were told would be fixed before we left the lot like the AC. Their mechanic rigged it to work and by the time we got home it went out. So we called and they said to come in a certain day that same week and they will fix it. We sat up there (listening to degrading dirty rap music) for 4 and a half hours while they were fixing it only to be told they have to order a part while giving us attitudes. Then here is the kicker 5 lights came on in the dashboard the very next day went and got it diagnosed and there was all kinds of unseen problems!The tow truck guy just said he picks up bad cars all the time that they are selling. Told us he just went and had to pick up a lady with a 2 week old newborn baby after she bought a car outright with cash. And it broke down while going down the road. What a freaking shame!!!

Took a friend to see about a car at Auto Max of Brevard today cause 1, I was his transportation, and 2, being a mechanic, I was his insurance protecting him from buying a lemon POS vehicle. This place being a buy here, pay here used car dealership I was already prepared to handle the typical shady used car salesman you usually find associated with these kind of places. Especially after reading the reviews previously left. This review is becoming a lot longer than I intended so Ill just get to the point. I was actually blown away when the staff who were working had completely shattered all of the stereotypical greacy shadiness you pretty much get when dealing with this kind of business. Jamie fully accommodated all of my requests I had for a vehicle inspection. Im not talking about popping the hood for me either. It went from test drive, to equipping me (literally putting in my hands full use) with a vehicle diagnostic computer, to letting me put it up on a lift, (which none were available at the time, but they made it happen anyways). Surprisingly the great service continued inside of the office as well. Christa and Geissel had worked with my friend going over and beyond expectations with helping the process go as smooth as possible to get everything sorted out. Bottom line,, today I experienced something Id never expect to receive from a used car lot,, full transparency and honesty.. at AutoMax of Brevard. Thanks everyone!!

Called and spoke to Bo_ who was a real So_ to ask a few questions about a vehicle I found on line he couldnt be bothered with any of my questions but did tell me the vehicle I was interested in was there. Against my better judgment decided to drive the 1 1/2 hours there to find out the vehicle had been sold 2 days prior and I was the second person to come from hours away for the same vehicle and it was already sold! Sales guy was very nice and apologetic. Apparently they use a call center in Tampa or something. So they dont know anything. But if you mention Bo_s name he will get you a 1 year warranty! Even though the salesman says they come with a 2 year warranty. This place is a joke. Stay away if you know whats good for you not to mention its a dump!

The cars are run down, shop at your own risk. If there was a negative five this place would have won it. Buyer beware!

This car lot is a great place to buy a car, i got a 2006 silverado, when i left the lot, the a/c stopped blowing cold, felt like the heater was on, and noticed a headlight out and a brake ligjt to, i went straight back to the lot, and the mechanic knew exactly why the a/c stopped, they fixed all these problems apologizing seems like every 5 minutes, if you need a vehicle i would VERY HIGHLY recommend AUTOMAX OF BREVARD.

We must have been looking stupidMy son and I went there yesterday. I went in to use the bathroom. The sales agent didnt know he was selling a car to my son. As I am walking out I hear the sales agent talking to the manager (Dave)Sales agent: He has $3,500 on him. Do you want me to put him in that 3K car and charge him another four on financing?Sure enough, they tried to sell him a 15 year old car for $6.500 plus sellers comission, plus, plus, plus.I grabbed my son and we left. Later that day I called Foreman Motors Inc. and asked if I could buy that car for $2,500 out the door. They said yes. So, because my son is 18 years old he had to pay $6.500, four grand more than what I was quoted.Come on Foreman Motors Inc. - why are there no sticker prices on your cars? This is not the 80s anymore

The salesman are loud an seem drunk. The prices are crazy the whole atmosphere of the place is just like a hang out, all they care about is making money. The manger is a B**ch. The brake light came on soon as we left the tires where bad i called an the said it wasnt there problem an hung up. Then they call me the next day saying I owe them extra money which was never agreed upon told I had to pay. They also have 34 complaints with the Better Business Bureau! I have also filed with the Attorney General Pam Bondi on their Lemon Vehicle I was sold. As well as contacted the Department of Business & Professional Regulations to question them even having a business license as well as selling lemon vehicles!After asking for things to be fixed and paying almost asking price in full for a truck and was told 2 days it turned into a week. After showing up and told truck was ready I was still missing a tail light, sensors bad, light issues, no air filter on intake, as well as taking truck home and its smoking and pouring diesel fuel on the ground. They refuse to give me my money back. The owner talked down to me. The office manager told me she dont care about the issues basically unless I bring the truck back and they look at it, so as a private business owner I have to miss more work due to this company. Great deal on a car (traded in my old one). Staff follow up was terrible though. Was supposed to have a part ordered and replaced, the WHOLE ordeal was painful and it was only a temp fix, still have issues....

Honestly when I first got my car not even 2 weeks ago I was very very pleased. But within the FIRST 12 hours my check engine light AND fluids light came on after being assured that everything was checked and up to par. My odometer is broken so I have no clue how many miles are actually on it. All those things I could look past. However after making my first payment the next day I started getting calls that I owe them money. I owe them 1300$$$ in HIDDEN fees. And they are withholding my tag. Again I was still being patient and understanding until today. Today driving down the highway my clutch started to stick and my car completely stalled out and shut off going 70 mph. Thank God I was able to safely get off the road. When I called them they put me on hold 4 times. It took he an hour to get someone to listen to me. To which there response; its not there problem I need to call there mechanic. I very calmly explained my concern and frustration and in turn they were rude and degrading. I work in customer service and sales. I know first hand the difference between cant help and wont help. I feel so cheated and defeated. I have no money to go get another car. If I knew how to permanently put these crooks out of business I would. Its a shame that honest people are getting robbed

Wish they had zero stars. paid for car cash and they said they would take care of rough idle and disfunctional a/c. for some reason, they messed with the oil gaskets and caused massive oil leak that cost me $700 to repair since they wouldnt return any of my phone calls when I tried to tell them their attempt to fix my car damaged it. went back for the a/c work and they denied ever telling me it would be repaired. went back for my spare key, they lost it and said they never had it even though i watched the salesman take it off the key ring. the manager is a jerk and all the salesman are your stereotypical scum bags... truly scum bags. I wish I had never purchased my car there.The receptionist/clerk told me that Carlos (the stereotypically bad salesman) would have to pay for the repair out of his check since he was the one who said it would be fixed. I called her out on this in front of the manager and she said she never would say anything like that. How could I make that up. Everyone there lies and they lie repeatedly to the point that I think they believe themselves.Worst car buying experience in the history of my life. BEWARE. DO NOT GET A CAR HERE. I would give 0 stars if I could.My husband and I were looking to trade in our 06 car with lots of issues for a newer more reliable car for traveling and everyday use. We found a beautiful 2010 VW Routan and were only allowed to test drive it up the street and back. We’re not very mechanical savvy people and found nothing wrong with the car, they were able to work with our budget for down payments and monthly payments so we began the paperwork to purchase. We drove it off the lot that night. Within 2 hours of having the VW it began to stop accelerating and stall. We took it to a mechanic who said this was a very large issue, that could cost thousands and that the vehicle should not have been sold as it put me and my family in danger. Automax dodged our calls for days. After we threatened a lawyer enough they agreed to cancel our contract and give us the car we traded in back. They already had our old car on the lot to be sold to some unsuspecting buyer without having fixed any of the issues. I’m guaranteeing they will not fix the VW before putting back on the lot either. Absolutely do not get a vehicle here. They were willing to put my son in danger and they will do the same to you.If they’ve already screwed you over be aware of The Consumer Rights Act of 2015.

I bought a PT cruiser from this place on a recommendation from an old friend at $7990 thinking it was a good deal (3C8FY4BB51T605725) but what I found was so many problems I couldnt afford to keep the car with all the repairs it needed. I told them to come get the damn thing. Now they got the car back and have listed it for $2990. Well, not only will I never go back to this place, but I have now lost a long time friend in the process. DO NOT BUY FROM AUTOMAX!!!! THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!!!

Awful, horrible experience. I live an hour and a half away so I called to have some simple questions answered before I took a ride out there. The boy (not a man; that title is reserved for polite, professional, gentlemen who know how to handle business) would not tell me the price and continually asked me how much you got? And when I told him to please not speak to me in such a manner because it is rude and unprofessional I was hung up on. I called back and got the name Giselle as the manager. I will most definitely be calling to complain.

Ive never had an experience so bad I felt I needed to write a review. Until now. Pulling up we didnt realize there were two separate lots they owned. Trying to figure out where to park in that cramped lot was a nightmare. Its disorganized and cramped. If you happen to find a car you want to test drive there is almost no way to get it out of the lot yet alone the space its wedged into. As soon as we parked a man approached our car. That caught us off guard as we hadnt even made a move to get out. He sees my mother smoking a cigarette and says we look familiar while asking to use my mothers lighter. He proceeds to light a cigarette as though we are some friends. He tries to show us cars we arent interested in while either deflecting our questions or giving us BS answers. You could tell Veneer (sp?) Had no idea what he was talking about.The cars were overpriced and most had crappy paint jobs. I opened the door on one car and it smelled like hot garbage. Only two cars were actually nice although out of my budget. When we told the salesman that it was nice but too much as I was a college student and I didnt want my car payments to be higher than my student loan payments he gave me a look like I was stupid. When I did test drive one car he kept trying to egg me on too speed and wouldnt answer any questions about the car. One guy who bought a car left with the car making a banging noise like something would fall out.The people inside are no better. The guy at the desk looked bored and was not helpful.When I decided not to put a deposit the car I test drove the guy basically stopped helping me to move on to someone else. In general the entire vibe of the place is unprofessional. The employees are dressed in whatever and nobody is helpful. They dodged my request on making sure I get any promises they make in writing. I do not suggest you go here. Completely unprofessional. It s a headache you just dont need. Between the horrible service and crappy cars, youre going to leave pissed off or scammed.

Hands down the worst experience Ive ever had dealing with an auto dealer. Found a car online that was exactly what I had been looking for and sent them an email. I got no response so I called them and was put in contact with Kevin, who I asked a lot of questions of about the car. I was given the impression that the car was in great shape and drove really well. I was also told that it had recently been painted. I asked point-blank if the car was in good condition and was told that it was. They knew that if the car was what I wanted, I was going to fly down from Columbus, Ohio and drive the car back.I flew down and was picked up at the airport and taken to the car. I couldnt believe my eyes when I saw what was in front of me. The pictures posted on their website may have been of this car, only taken years ago. They didnt show the extensive damage done to the body by being run into, nor did it show the extensive damage to the front end or the spoiler.For a car that is in great shape, heres what I saw in my brief time with it:-Front end damage where car had been curbed-Missing front sway bar-Missing oil cap-Temp gauge not working-Mismatched tires-Dead battery-Multiple spots on car that had been hit by other cars-Missing paint on front bumper-Wheels 45 degrees out of alignment with steering wheel-ABS, air bag and Check Engine light on-Front right wheel rubbing on something making horrible whining noise-Very poor paint job. Painted right over the fog lights and emblemNeedless to say, I walked out without purchasing this car. It was grossly misrepresented, and I would never do business with them under any circumstances. Even the phrase you get what you pay for doesnt apply here, because even for free, most of these cars are overpriced. Interesting side note- as I was in the cab back to the airport, the cab driver asked if I was going to purchase a car there and I said no. He said that he wouldnt touch a car from that lot (or any of the other associated ones on that street) because they were, and I quote, As crooked as they come. His words, not mine.

This place is a NIGHTMAREI purchased a 2005 Honda OdysseyWith the understanding that the issues Id pointed out would be fixed(Burning oil, alignment, motor mount)I remember it well it was my sons 9th birthday and hes autisticHe was so excited (he called it the mystery machine)The salesman swore all issues would be resolved or my money back!(Big laugh there) the mechanic had it in the back for 20mins.And then said it was ready? No way! All that work would Have to take hours!I drove it around the block and as I suspendedNOT FIXED! The mechanic took it for a drive,came in the back door and pulled the lady Id been dealing with asideTold her something and then came back to me to feel me he was gonna need till tomorrow to fix it so I told the lady Id just take my money back!She talked to the mechanic and said(hes gonna fix it now like we promised but its gonna take a bit, go get lunch and itll be done when I get backWell 2 hours later it wasnt finished ad getting late outsideI said Id come back in the morning the salesman again assured me it would be repaired or my money back guaranteed!And as I feared next day only the motor mount was replacedSo when I asked for my money back this NEW lady tells meNo REFUNDS AS IS I looked at the salesman and said Thats not wat he told me!I left (without the car,) and went directly to my bank to stop paymentIt took my bank 2 months to deny my fraud claim andNow the vans still at there lot (or so they say) Im out $3000.00And every time Im told the manager will call me they dont!These people will stupe so low as to swindle a needy family with an autistic child! Be warned!!

They dont know anything except how to scam. Also, notice all of the good reviews are from a Google user, not a real person who has actually had dealings with this place. If you want to help the cause, this isnt the way. If you want to see them shut down, writing a bad review wont do it. You need to file complaints with the Better Business Bureau, the Federal Trade Commission, the Attorney General of Florida and lastly, the News stations. Imagine that kind of bad publicity, they would be running, scurrying trying to hide like the weasels they are.

Could not give me the miles on the truck. So I drive there and they have none of the trucks that they show on the website. The lot had maybe 50 car on both sides of the road and the site shows 150 chevys alone dont waste your time with this place.

I have never been bate-and-switched so bad before. They claimed they had 39 Jeeps, but when I got to the lot, I counted 2. They didnt even have a quarter of the inventory advertised on their website. When I got there, I asked them about it and they said they had sold a lot of cars the day before. My response was More than 20 Jeeps? They said Yea!... I drove an hour to go look at ALL the jeeps they had advertised and have never been more furious. I decided to look at some of the other SUVs they have there and they were in terrible shape.

Lied to me. Told me a car was there that wasnt. Made me drive from halfway across the state. While I was there I looked and it seemed like most if not all of the cars they advertise either arent there or dont run. I strongly advise against this place. Sales staff looked like a bunch of dealers. No professionalism, no organization, cars strewn all over the place. They took me on a golf cart that was more like a death cart around to their 3 disorganized ran down lots. I wouldnt give them a dime of my money let alone $8000 for a truck!!

I would NEVER recommend anyone buy a vehicle from this establishment, under any circumstance. Im writing this review from the side of interstate 95 while waiting for a tow truck to pick up the F-350 we bought this afternoon from Auto Max of Brevard. After driving the truck off the lot and getting up to speed on the interstate we noticed the front end of the truck irraticlly shaking (something you wouldnt notice from a 45mph test drive around the block). We kept driving and all of a sudden the front passenger tire exploded and yanked the truck toward the edge of the highway. Upon examination, the tire looked completely shredded and half of it blown off (not something done by hitting a pothole or running over a nail). We called Auto Max of Brevard immediately and asked to speak to a manager (since we havent even driven 25 miles since purchasing the truck). He said ILL GIVE YOU THE NUMBER OF A CHEAP TOW TRUCK COMPANY.Also, before buying the truck, the sales people kept using the term plus plus plus, referring to fees associated with the purchase. I kept inquiring what these fees were and prices and everyone kept being shady and dismissing the question (yet were eager to run the debit card). After negotiating a price of $7750 (plus tax ~$566 and a title fee of $77) we expected a cost around $8400. They asked us for $9290! I immediately asked where the other ~$1000 came from. She told me it goes toward detailing the new truck, doing paperwork and other fees. I asked for a fee breakdown cost and she could not supply me with one. I was ready to forget the whole deal and she said OH well I can take $100 off the price. I was still not interested in having a $900 detail done. She then offered to take $250 off, which my boyfriend accepted. BOTTOM LINE, this company does not care about you, and will gladly screw you over at any chance. Please dont be taken advantage of as we were.

I live 3 hours away from this dealership. I spoke to the manager on the phone about buying a ford f250 cash form them. He said they have not one but two ford f250 on the lot. I cannot buy a smaller truck due to the heavy construction work I do. So I rent a car and drive 3 hours to get there and they tell me they dont know what happened to the trucks. They literally told me they think they maybe got stolen over night. The manager Jason could not come up with a good reason on why they would tell me the trucks are there on the phone. They are completely unprofessional. One employee kept call me bro and talking some crazy ghetto slang like we were hanging out on a corner somewhere. All im saying is this DONT WASTE YOUR TIME THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONALS.

We understood we were buying a used car but there were different things wrong with it the second we drove away than was wrong with it the first time we test drove it. And they didnt care! We walked in at 11:08 on a Sunday and they open at 11:00. However, they were annoyed that we were there because they, just opened so they shouldnt be expected to work.
