This specific Sprint store is the ONLY Sprint store that should exist. The staff greets you like they have been waiting just for you, that YOU are THE most important customer. My issue was complicated but EVERYONE helped and together, they fixed it and made me a very happy Customer. Thank you Sprint for having the best employees at this store. DO NOT GO TO ANY OTHER STORE. If you do, can almost guarantee you will still end up at this store to get excellent service no one else delivers.
I have been using this store location for 11 years and have always been very happy with the store and the service that I receive there, well I am sorry to say that I can not say that any longer. I went in today and I do understand that we are dealing with the Covid-19. I was told to wait outside because they are allowing only 10 people in the store at a time, very understandable. She informed me that she would come out to get me we they free up some space. I waited and waited I saw 3 people go inside and they were not sent back outside. I waited a little longer and realized that she had forgotten about me. When she saw me standing in front of the door she waved me in. I was there to upgrade a phone on my account. I was looking at the phones, no one offering to help me. I finally sat down on a bench to wait. Finally a young man asked me what I needed, I told him that I wanted to upgrade a phone and he told me to do it online that it was easier. Now after the 30 minute wait outside and 20 minute wait inside with no help at all that is the service I received. I am very upset with sprint at this time and after 15 years with them I am seriously thinking of changing my carrier.
The sales people are cheats and liars saying what they can to get you to sign on, despite what they tell you being a lie. This was the worst experience I had with a cell phone carrier ever and I am glad to finally be rid of them. SHOP HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK AND READ EVERY WORD OF EVERY CONTRACT AS THE SALES PEOPLE LIE.
I hesitated to go back to this location because of bad experiences in the past, but I had no choice since I needed a repair done. I was very pleasantly surprised with their customer service. They all went above and beyond! I am guessing it is under new management since my last visit years ago. I would highly recommend.

Closed due to covid which is fine. they put a sign on the door to go to the one at the Melbourne Mall across the street. The one in the Melbourne Mall is closed as well due to covid... So now trying to find a store thats actually open...
Wow Leslie is an awesome employee and perfect representation on what sprint customer service should be! I went in there sad at how I was shut down by another employee when trying to do a upgrade as I need something as my business phone was down and I was loosing customers. Oh my gosh! This Sprint store is AMAZING!! Apple sent me a replacement phone yesterday and I had major difficulty trying to convert from the old to the new phone on my own. I was thrilled when I discovered this store is open. I showed up at opening this morning. Jordan spent 2 hrs getting everything set up on my phone. It entailed him being on hold for lengthy time periods (due to all these shutdowns) with both Sprint and Apple. Apple did not include the return fedex label with my replacement phone. Jordan went the distance to have that label emailed, printed and put on my phone! I originally bought my phone at Sams Club so he went way out of his way to make sure I was able to return the defective phone. I can’t say enough about this store!! I’m sorry I don’t know the manager’s name but she was very helpful also. I received the best service I’ve ever received at any phone store. Fabulous!!!

Just received a letter from Sprint stating that my Husband’s credit application was incomplete and we needed to call to verify our information.My Husband never applied for anything at Sprint!!!I called the number and the agent kept going around in circles. All I wanted to find put is, was this identity theft. I kept telling her this and she kept avoiding the question. Finally she slipped and said this is just something they send out sometimes and do not worry about it. My question was “so you sent us a letter just to get us to call you?” I guess she caught herself at that point and then started back pedaling.My Husband took the phone at that point and asked for her Supervisor. She claimed he was too busy to talk to us and then continued with “Alright, don’t worry about it.” After 20 minutes we finally got her Supervisor who finally admitted it was basically a Sales Gimmick.Does Sprint really think we do not have anything better to do than to call them for stupid calls like this just to make sure there was no identity theft?Just because of this experience, I don’t think I will ever have dealings with Sprint in the future.
My phone was acting up saying no SIM. I take it into the store for a repair and they tell me that sense I have insurance that they are going to give me a new phone. Well after a few days i call them and they seem like they were unsure of the situation and they said they would call me back. The store never called back and they’ve been closed now for over 2 weeks w my phone in the store with all my information, contacts, everything. Absolutely terrible
I had to wait for a while but it was worth it because as soon as I was helped I was help perfectly. Theyre doing an outstanding job and they fired outstanding people. I will always do business with them and I am highly likely to recommend to others.

Waited for store manager (Brianna) for long time. Said store manager decided to speak to a person that came in after me, and hadnt signed on the tablet at the entrance. She then proceeded to ignore me for a long time. Passed by after ignoring me and said youre just going to have to give us a few minutes. She then proceeded to delegate to a worker, while i had been told that the store manager needed to make the call. Manager priotirizes people who havent checked in and is dismissive to people who have been waiting forever. Associate Mike B. Was very helpful and the only reason im giving more than one star. Company as whole does not keep records, double charges accts. Very dissatisfied.
Absolute worst retail experience my wife and I have ever had. We specifically drove from a Titusville Sprint store to this Melbourne store because we were told that the Melbourne store was a corporate store and was better equipped to set us up with a MiFi hotspot which we needed because we were camping in Florida at the time. After we got to the Melbourne store it took 4.5 hours for them to get us a simple MiFi and corresponding service. We were juggled from one associate to the next and waited around until they were finally able to get us the service. The most important feature for us was to be able to occasionally suspend the service when we were not camping. The associates assured us that it was possible to do that with Sprint. Well, guess what, they were wrong and now were stuck with a two agreement that we dont need and wouldnt have purchased if they were honest with us.

No wait time. Polite and very interested in helping me......Until I explained I was there to get a SIM card for a phone I purchased online. Though helpful, the excitement was gone and I felt like an inconvenience because I was not there to buy a new phone. They did try to find a SIM card that would work in my phone but it didnt work. The person assisting me was not knowledgeable about this Sprint phone as I was or the SIM card that should work in it. The Assistant Manager helped guide her through the process and was very polite explaining that they do not carry inventory of SIM cards and they thought this one would work. After I left I found that the flex phones SIM card would work with my Samsung S5 Sport and called them back to see if they had any SIM cards in inventory. They said to call back in 20 minutes which I did and no one had even looked. The person put me on hold for a few minutes then told me they didnt have any. You could hear the agitation in his voice. I am pretty sure this review will not be read by management, but they should treat every person as a new customer no matter why they came in to the store. If I decide to go back I hope the atmosphere is better.
Honestly worst staff I have ever seen or encountered with in my life in any retail store. Every individual in that store was extremely rude and non complaint especially the repair department. The technician Robert L doesn’t know what he is doing, has a lack of people skills and doesn’t know how to speak to human beings. He was disrespectful & rude he should be Fired or removed from having a job at sprint, just know I will never ever step foot in this store ever again.

Unbelievable wait time have been sitting there over an hour was only spoken to once, A woman before me had been there since 530 I am now leaving at 7 oclock and she is still waiting with no one insight to help her. This is not the first time Ive had a long wait my normal times of waiting are 30 to 45 minutes long every single time I go there no matter what time of the day
This is the absolute worst Sprint store we have ever been to. I have been to larger and busier stores in Orlando and Jacksonville that provided far better service with a lot more customers. Our first visit we had an appointment and was just picking up two phones that we ordered online. We did not get any help until two hours after our appointment and the store wasn’t very busy. Other people complained about the wait and just left. On our second visit we are upgrading two more phones. There was only one customer waiting ahead of us. Employees are visible in the back doing nothing. No one greeted us or even acknowledged we were here. This store is pathetic. If we were not long time customers and this was my first impression of Sprint, I would run to another provider. If this is any indication of where Sprint is headed we will be seeking a new provider. I hope this is just one poorly managed store and not a representation of the company. We have been happy with Sprint, but we are not happy with some of the changes and this store isn’t helping at all. This will be our last visit to this store that’s for sure.

Went in because my husband was having issues (tech) and was offered “you can buy the new X” the sales rep lied to our face about how long it would take for the repair. Went back the next day at the appointed time and still had to wait only to get the cell back in the same condition that we left it. SPRINT should be ashamed to have this type of representation in the storefronts !! Maybe you should hire more service reps instead of sales reps 🙁
I have never seen a worse customer service in my life, and I have traveled all around the world. Prices to lease a phone changes from every person to another. Its a joke.
Ive had a rough couple days. On top of that my cousin broke my screen on my s8+. Just paid the insurance 2 weeks before. Very frustrated . So the insurance company mad a mistake with me. They made my day. They did not charge me for screen repair. That was awsome. Thank u so much...
Average wait times and service speed. If this business wants to keep its customers, they need to be more flexible with their phone replacement policy. It took me hours to transfer data to my new phone, and they were supposed to send it to my house, but the new phone sat at the store for days without a single phone call to tell me it arrived. Just lazy service.
Fantastic customer service. I went in to cancel service. I walked out with a brand new phone. And I love it! Also the price was exactly what I expected it to be, which is rare.

Giving it 4 stars because of the wait time, I understand every customer needs certain amount of attention. But more employees makes sense. Place is great if you need your phone diagnosed, repaired, or replaced. A lot of live phones to play with.

I had already researched what I wanted and Sprint had/has the best deal !So it wasnt like they helped me so much - I ordered it all online but I had to go to the Sprint store to pick up the phone and activate it.Sprints $80/mo unlimited with Amazon Prime and Hulu and Tidal (though Prime comes with a better music streaming because NO Ads )And between Hulu and Prime video who needs cable !!! (though the Hulu is Ad supported but limited ads )And you can use your own phone OR get a NEW Note 9 or S10+ or Apple... for just $25/mo for 18 months and then upgrade or own.A good deal in my opinion, especially considering I get all this for about the same price as a cable bill and in the end, Ive got an S10+ with ALL the other stuff instead of....just another cable bill !!!
Everyone at the Store took extreme care of me in my situation. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Aaron was extra helpful and went above and beyond to help out. If you need service or service and repair this is the store to go to. You will not be dissappointed.

BEWARE MAJOR FRAUD & IDENTITY THEFT OF PERSON INFORMATIONThe first incident with this location, they were out of samsung note edges and temporarily sold me a regular note. They NEVER got them in and stuck me with the full sale price of the original and next purchase.The second incident, I came in for a screen replacement. When I got it back hours later, the battery was nearly dead and the Play Store was opened to a Sprint backup app that I did not have or want. They had installed it and stole hundreds of gigs of personal data, sent directly to sprints servers AND done it over the accounts data usage, not wifi, so I had to pay for it at the end of the monthNow today AND almost a week ago, they are cold calling me with sales calls, claiming that I called customer service in the last 60 days asking about how to save money on my account and that I should drive 2 towns over to their store so they can sell me a new phone or a new plan that I could get over the phone with customer service, whom I NEVER CALLED.Add that to walking into a store and there are 3 different radios playing 3 totally different things WHILE NO CUSTOMERS ARE THERE TRYING OUT SPEAKERS, and the ambient sound of the store sounds like a nonstop train crash that you would never want to go to and cant wait to leave

Ive been waiting here for 2 hours for a simple fix that will take 2 minutes and there are avaliable employees sitting in the back room having a great time while the lobby is loading up with customers and the line gets longer when I first got here there was 5 employees out here helping people theres now only one and all the other ones went in the back and have yet to be seen again
This is the worst customer service and store i have ever seen! All of shop asisstants say another price for phone lease. How this happens? Because they’re not helpful.it was a terrible experience for me. I will never going back here. (Btw service is awfull🤦🏻♀️ )
Customer representatives were rude, was in queue to be helped and was told repeatedly that we were next to have new customers helped before us. Very disappointed since it have led to a sale.
Jordan is a very good Sales rep. Scott is the go-to person for technical support on your phone.
They have long lines because theyre the only corporate store around. Next ones are in orlando. They really go as fast as they can while trying to help each customer as much as possible. The techs are really knowledgeable and great too!

I had an appointment at 10am and waited til 10:30 to see someone. They wouldnt replace the broken phone THEY sold me. Im going to let everyone know that Sprint sells broken cell phones and doesnt honor warranties.
I hate dealing with cell phone companies. Personally, I would rather remove my own spleen with a dull plastic spoon. And Sprint has to be among the worst.

The guys went above and Beyond to help.us tonight they stsyed with us long after closing so they could get us back in our phones asap. Both our S8s screens got damaged about 4 hrs apart. And we up graded our note 8 and fixed our s8 and couldnt be happier. We are very grateful and couldnt be happier.Well this went from 5 to 1 star because my bill went up to 400 a month after this visit. I went in to buy a new phone and they un known to me signed us up for a new plan and made this business account very expensive.
Every employee at this location is very professional, courteous, clean, The tech girl that helped me was very knowledgeable and professional, I had an issue with my iPhone (which was still under Apples warranty) and walked out with a new one. I would recommend this store and company to anyone looking for a better cellphone service and for a great customer service.
This new team that Sprint have may know how to change a broken glass on a phone but are bad on trying to help with customer service technology issues.They dont only cant resolve ur phone issues but they look at u like they dont care. They dont even tell u that they are going to try to find you the help you need.
I am writing this review while I am standing at this store. Its already 55 mins I came here. No one was there in the queue in front of me. Representatives were assisting someone already and once done they walk through the door and it is like they never come back out of it. Worst seevice.
The absolute worst experience! Don’t expect them to be on time for a scheduled appointment. Expect a rude staff that is very unaccomdating. For a “Corporate office” you would expect better! Screw you sprint.
Never a disappointment! They take care of every need. I know we may have to pay for what we are getting (or wanting), but the transfer of software/hardware and customer service is like no other. Wouldnt go anywhere else. Even when I was in the military and was stationed in other areas across the continental US, I would always return to this store for service, new phones, and/or accessories. Even sent all family members to this store. Theyve had various personnel changes over the years (some very unfortunate), but every employee has provided great personal care for us and our budget and personal resources. Thanks! Brian & Janet H.

Untrained staff. They will tell you anything to buy a phone from them. I had a 4 hour fiasco with them and Best Buy where they turned me out of their store MULTIPLE times, without helping me. They will blatantly lie to you without knowing what theyre talking about. They will tell you that youre stupid to your face, without really saying it. Also, avoid the Best Buy mobile here in Melbourne, FL. Go elsewhere for customer service, or totally switch from Sprint. My family has been with them for 15 years, and THIS IS THE STORE THAT IS MAKING ME SWTICH AWAY FROM SPRINT. Sorry not sorry.

Took FOREVER to see me. I walked in and the lady who greeted me wrote my name down and said Id have to wait 5 minutes and only had one person in front of me. My wait was 30 minutes and there was 6 employees in the store standing around. At one desk there was three employees helping ONE customer. Plus someone else came in after I arrived and they helped them first. Very annoying. System with the iPads seemed organized but they werent sticking to it. I clearly came in on my lunch break and they werent being very courteous of my limited time.

Wait time to get seen is ridiculous!!! I came in and was told have a seat someone will be with you. 30mins later this guy starts reading off a name from a list. No one mentioned a LIST!! (Now 5 people came in after us) ON THE LIST! Very upset still waiting now 45 mins!! 6 employees and still waiting. Now and hour and they take this person who just came in. Very unacceptable!!! Most horrible service Ive ever got and Im a manager my self I see over 2 stores. Ive never seen this type of horrible customer service!

Been to several Sprint stores in several states, this is one of if not the best. Everyone was polite and available when needed. Have to give a special mention to Seana, she was very patient, I tend to wander about, comparing phones, specs, numerous questions... I get a bit anal and she just went along. If I ever need anything accessory wise or tech support wise, Ill drive the extra miles to deal with her. Cant say enough good things.
Shame on this store. I dropped my Samsung GS5, the screen cracked and I couldnt unlock my phone. The tech told me the phone was totalled and I had no way of getting the photos of my children. I was devastated as I hadnt backed up my phone in a long time. I almost took the refurbished one from my insurance policy. Thankfully my friend told me about a phone repair shop on Wickham, who not only replaced my screen but did it in 2 hrs. (For the same price as my Sprint deductible but at least I have all my photos and same phone back). I realize they want you to buy new phones but I would have had more respect for Sprint if they had told me where to get it fixed. Once my contract is up, Ill be looking for a new provider.

Just about everyone including their managers are liars and beat around the bush. I dont recommend sprint to anyone, they dont care how upset you are or the issue youre having. They only want contracts and commission. They promise one thing and lie about what they promised. Bad customer service indeed.
This sprint store is the WORST!!! They have no idea what they are talking about and they are not helpful in the slightest. I left and went to another Sprint store and they helped me immediately. Would recommend that this store just closes down.
