Ive been a customer with a smoke shop for a long time and its generally been a positive experience. I have gotten a few defective vapes, but 80% of the time you can avoid this by checking in the store. That said the other 20% become defective later and unfortunately nothing can be done. While I mostly accept this, todays experience was much different. I had a disposable vape from fume that remained on for over 20 minutes, heated up to an extreme temperature and began leaking liquid before it ultimately died. After this sometimes it would even come back on on its own and hiss for a while. I brought video of this happening back to the store and they were unwilling to do anything but point to the sign saying after a vape leaves the store theyre not responsible. I completely understand not being able to replace dead ones but this time the product remained on for a long time and became dangerously hot. I brought back proof of this and they werent even surprised just unwilling to do anything about it. Regardless of proof of the obviously dangerous product they showed absolutely no sign of caring

I live up the street and have been a loyal customer since they have opened. No longer unfortunately, I was sold defective products on a number of occasion I have a graveyard of items. I know its a smoke shop and they usually dont do returns but I bought a pre-filled vape product for over $30 dollars last night that was completely EMPTY !!! Basically handed them thirty dollars for free. What a sham!

Great service & knowledgeable staff

Ive loved this store since the day it opened. Im a regular 1-2 times a week. When the pandemic started the owner disappeared and its been a string of young people that no nothing about how to run a business. The trash behind the counter is pile very high, I was told the container is too heavy to lift. I suggested putting in in smaller containers and got laughed at.BUT the worst is they are not restocking product. Like I said 1-2 a week. Ill just have to find another source until an adult comes back and cleans it up. Oh and they have large gathering on the weekends. I counted 10 sitting on the floor last week.Please Junior come back soon

Staff is always patient and willing to help you make selections. Had a slight mix up one day with a purchase, but after calling in and coming back they immediately corrected the issue. No complaints at all and happy to come back here often.

Quit smoking. 3rd day. The big D hooked me up .with an electronic nicotine device called Smok. Initial investment reasonable considering. They definitely know their stuff.

I used to go here all the time (almost three years) for all my vape needs, but recently Ive only encountered rude young associates and will not come back when I can go down the street for better service and same prices.

Decent place if you’re in a pinch. Not really much selection though and a little overpriced.

Very nice, very knowledgeable. They took time to explain the different pipes and accessories, and even made product recommendations. Ill be going back for sure.

People are great and all but they close the shop for an hour or however long in the middle of the afternoon with no sign up saying when they’ll be back ): my only complaint haha!

Called to see if they had a battery. A simple question regarding inventory and I have been on hold for 12 minutes now. I can hear the employee I was on the phone with in the background talking to other people and still have yet to be given an answer. Horrible customer service at least over the phone.

I bought a mod here last night for my wife. She did not like the design and ended up buying one the next day from another store. I tried to return the mod the next day, unopened and in the original plastic wrapping/sealed, yet the workers refused to give me my money back. They insisted that the owner, Awad, had to personally be here to complete the return transaction. The workers put me on the phone with Awad, at which point t I explained to him that it was good business to accept a return in this condition. He replied to me by saying “well I do bad business.” He then proceeded to hang up the phone on me. I will never shop here again and recommend to anyone thinking about shopping here that the owner is unethical and does not care about his customers, only profits. This is not someone who I can support in our community.

I was on there today and the women helped me out tremendously. Last week I had bought a vape pen and unfortunately it ended up being defective. The one I purchased wasnt the one I was looking for originally when I purchased but today they did have the one I originally wanted and with the one I did purchase being defective she exchanged it out for the one I originally wanted. She was super nice,v helpful and took care of my needs. Thank you for your great service. I will return to your location

Decent selection. Great people. I will shop there another year and if they switch to better smoke candles and carry more water pipe stems I will add the 5th star. They seem to serve a lot of vape and juice folks.

Waited from 4:40 to 5pm in front of a Be back soon sign. Ran out of time and had to leave. At least 5 other frustrated customers tried to wait it out with me and ended up leaving. Waste of time. 7/1/2020

I highly recommend this place. One of the newer places places in town but the gentlemen working there is very knowledgeable. Overall a good experience.

Went in for the first time. Experience was great until we went to pay 40$ for a Smok Nord. For a device that normally runs way cheaper at other shops I was disappointed. By the time I got juice and extra coils I was at 85$. I dont think Ill be back.

Huge variety of stuff for super cheap!! Loved the set up and the vibe.

Called in cashier wouldnt even check for coils just says I dont think we have any bad business.
