This was my first visit to JCPenneys Optical! I have to say the staff was very friendly, and I was done with my appointment within 40-50 mins which was very convient!! Out of all the various optometrist I have been too, JCP and one other location has done a thorough eye exam!!! Thank you JCPenneys, I really do appreciate you guys so much!!

I purchased glasses in March 2019 and liked them so much, my husband purchased the same in November 2019. His pair began to break just as everything closed over the virus. We emailed and were told nothing could be done. An extended warranty was offered for two months but we are about to be past that point. My glasses just today broke in the very same manner as my husbands. I emailed to see if they could at least let us know when they would reopen. We spend $647 on glasses. Youd think they would be treating their customers as if they want to keep them.

I love coming here! The employees are nice, knowledgeable and helpful. I always leave happy.

Not impressed. Eye doctor was had the worst personality Ive ever encountered. The clerk/assistant charged me more money when I wasnt looking. Let my guard down and Id already paid before I knew it. If youre good with so, so, then this is place for you...
