In September of 2021 I walked into this store to restore my mothers cell phone which had been disconnected due to a billing Snafu. I was pretty upset and, not the most patient customer. Angel completely turned the situation around, helped me address the billing issue and transfer the phone to my personal liability -- all in less than 30 minutes while being an absolutely consummate and cordial professional. Kiana was an amazing sales rep, totally knowledgeable but not at all pushy. (Ive had a different experience there, years ago.) It seemed to take forever, but thats only due to the enormous amount of data being transferred. Upgrading a phone can be stressful, but she made it easy.

I wish there was a way to convey just how much Matthew made a difference in our lives besides a 5 star review. It may seem simple to most, but his actions on the day I came in truly touched my family in such a way he will never understand. The past company I used was allowing unauthorized charges to accumulate on our bill making it impossible to pay. My wife is currently deployed and when ATT cut off my services because of charges I didnt make they not only caused a minor inconvenience in my life... they prevented me from the only line of communication I could have with her. My credit isnt great and I was truly expecting to be turned away immediately. Matthew not only took care of the issue I had with the phone... he added a sense of security that he would always be available if I had any issue down the road. His supervisor and his company need to be aware of his dedication to this customers. I am forever appreciative for his professionalism, compassion, and overall helpfulness. To his supervisors... he deserves to be acknowledged for his work. We are just 1 customer but we are one that you will always have. Im not very computer literate and (alleged) smart phones present an even bigger challenge! Tonite I was fortunate to be helped by Brett Weare at the Wickham Road facility. He was awesome!. (Id give him 10 stars if that was offered!! ) He explained things to me so I easily understood. He DID NOT say You can get that info on line! He took time to help me. He is extremely knowledgeable and was patient with me if I didnt quite get it the first time! (Im older than I care to admit!!) I have found from past experience that this particular Verizon store is superior to another Verizon store in the area where I asked for help. Absolutely no comparison between the two stores. I highly recommend this facility, conveniently located just across the street from Walmart.

They always seem to have a better grasp of available options. Weve bought our last 10 phones there.

Brittany was very helpful in selecting and buying a new Smartphone. The process is quite lengthy to transfer old data and setup the new phone; and she did it with a smile. She also was able to explain how the new phone worked very well.Great experience!!

Went here to switch to Verizon from AT&T. Ended up walking out after dealing with Zack. You could tell that he just didn’t care about anything I was saying he was only interested in making the sale. I finally had enough when he started to bad mouth a coworker of his. I just took my 3 phones to the Verizon on 192 where they actually seemed to care about what I wanted without all the extra drama. Totally unprofessional and clearly doesn’t care about his customers.

My 86 year old mother was having trouble with her phone, basically it died. Matt, Kayla & Andrew were extremely patient and kind in helping her choose a new phone and setting it up just like the phone that died. It is all very confusing for my mother. Zack made an unpleasant and tedious project look easy. Hes one of the best. I had to return to the store a couple of time because I didnt understand everything and he explained it so even an old guy like me (70+ years old and very non-tech savvy) could use the phone like I had worked for Apple my entire life. In the market for a new phone? Consider Verison. They do a great job of training their agents.

I came in with service concerns. I was able to lower my and buy a new phone. The representative ensured was taken care of. They were extremely professional.

The sales staff was wonderful. We were there for over 3 hours and upon leaving our new Apple phones still did not work to receive incoming calls. The next day same thing. Still cant receive a call. Been 24 hours. Now they say another 24 hours. This is a business phone. Losing money. Not happy. Not should have been a problem to port the phone numbers. They do it every day.

Everything was perfect! I came with a broken phone from out of town. The representative helped me find a new phone that fit my needs and also got me set up with safety features that helped me feel secure while traveling out of state. So pleased with this store!

I came in with audio issues on my iPhone. The representative was able to diagnose my phone and fix it within minutes. He saved me a thousand dollars by fixing what I had and not talking me into getting an unneeded phone, great customer service.

We are new to Verizon - coming over from another carrier. So it was our first experience with Verizon and we received excellent service at this store. Mike Pineda was our sales person and he went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. After our in-store visit it was necessary for me to contact him on several occasions with questions regarding the set up of another phone. He always got right back to me and was very patient and helpful. We are all happy with our new phones and I would highly recommend this location. Im sure when its time to update again well return.

My boyfriend and I opened new accounts here and purchased two new phones. The sales person said we would receive a $200 rebate each for purchasing the phones since we met the requirements and were opening new lines. I filled out the rebate form, and after not receiving it immediately, I checked the status and the rebates are invalid. Apparently we had to purchase $550 phones and our phones are $525? If this was the case, why does it feel like the salesperson lied just to get us to buy the phones and make a sale. That or the rebate requirements changed right after we bought the phones. In either case, hard not to feel like this was a scam. The $200 rebate each was a factor in our phone decision.

I always had a good experience but the level of customer service I have been provided with during this circumstance is more then exceptional!! ALL of the staff has pitched in to make the transition back here easier giving me recommendations of different plan, phones, and accessories options. I felt completely welcomed the whole time and never felt rushed. Thanks to them I am back on the best network and am happy!

Customer service that goes the extra mile! My phone wasnt holding a charge and the Indian Harbour Beach store salesman diagnosed it was battery trouble. I needed a new phone! I got the Samsung S10. We ran into problems transferring my pictures and texts to the new phone, because my old phone would lose battery so fast. The Wickham Rd store had more powerful equipment for this kind of situation, so we went there the next day. The same salesman was working there and consulting with his coworkers to get me the best solution. Everything went smoothly after that and I have all my pics and texts. Friendly professional service. I am so pleased!

I wish I could give this place a 0 star rating. Never go to this store. The man in the front counter screwed up my phone and he didn’t take even take responsibilty for what he did and thought he was always right. He needs some basic training on how to deal with phones and customers. He was rude. Don’t go here unless to want to get your phone screwed up.

Came in this morning with a phone that simply would not turn on. The staff at this location was able to get us outfitted in the phone that best suited us. He was knowledgable about the products and very personable. Although there were some issues on my end that made the process difficult, he worked through them without a problem, the whole time making pleasant conversation. Got new LG phones recently at this location. Very impressed with the buying process with how easy and helpful they were during the transaction. Even a few days later some questions arised and they were eager to answer them all and make sure we were comfortable with our new devices.

With detail of billing and adressing of issues including payment and disconnection, Brittany was truly helpful even though the initial sales pitch was completely deception and lie and it does indeed put a different mindset that the Male sales man who did lie through his teeth involvin the activation of the devices that were turned on. Brittany helped me resolve these problems!

No complaints here! Everything was covered concerning the use, the choices, and the teaching of the device. He was extremely patient with me and was so nice to me. He showed me how to use all the cool new features of my new phone and helped me reset all my passwords so I can use my new phone and tablet when I walk out of here today
