Great Business! Long review short, I highly recommend them. From the estimate, office, installers and service personnel they were top notch. Now, for the details on why they were.Back in May called for an estimate due to my garage door being from the 70’s. The lady on the phone was professional and straight forward. Schedule the estimate and he called me to confirm he was on the way and was on time. He came prepared and was very knowledgeable about products, services and lead time for what I wanted. I opted for the full insulated version. I recommend that very much. It keeps heat and noise down and is noticeable immediately. The lead time was 12-16 weeks for the insulated, well worth it.Fast forward to September when it came in and they called for to schedule the time. The installers came on time and were ready to go. ( Please heed there suggestion to make sure the area is clean, and free of clutter. It helps them and makes their job just a bit less exhausting). They started right away with tear down, they were professional the entire time. After a few hours they were done. There was a small issue with the garage door opener not working after the door was installed. (The opener is 18 years old but still is a great opener). He didn’t try to immediately try to up sell me or anything. He told he he had already contacted the office and a service member would be out that day to take a look. That is exactly what I would have expected. The service member called me and was at my house in a few hours. After about 15 minutes he had it up and running smoothly.Overall, this whole experience was excellent. If you are looking for a company that will impress you just call them and get the ball rolling. They are organized on all fronts and timely with all communication throughout the process. Well done and thank you for doing a great job. It is rare to have a company perform so well all through the project. The door is solid and beautiful.

I waited to use the new garage door for a couple of months and its the best investment Ive made in my new Florida home. The door is high quality - the installers were awesome - and Im just so happy with the install quality and how quiet it is. I used All Pro Garage Doors to install a new two-car garage door last fall (Sept 2020 timeframe). One of the support brackets on my old door was peeling away from the door panels and causing quite a bit of panel bowing and misalignment, loud noise when opening/closing, and stresses on the door in directions not meant to occur. I had put off the repair until finally one of my springs broke. I received quotes from multiple vendors and All Pro sealed the deal when they told me they would replace my spring while my new door was being fabricated; it was going to take several weeks to build due to COVID impacts. Within a day or two they sent a technician out who not only replaced the spring for temporary use, but also installed an additional support bracket along the door to help it open more effectively in the meantime. That was customer service above and beyond what they had to do to fulfill their contract, and I cant begin to tell you how nice it felt to see that extra effort the company invested for me. My new door and motor are amazingly quiet, and the hurricane prep for the door is very simple; I am highly satisfied with the product.

Four experiences with All Pro Garage Doors and Screens - ALL excellent.First time was owner, Todd, here to give an estimate for a new garage door (2016). Very personable and knowledgeable. We ordered a new door; he said our older opener did not need replacing. Second time was installation of the door. Installer, worked efficiently to install new door and remote entry pad. We couldnt be happier with the service or the products. Third experience a year one maintenance, had a equally capable technician. He noticed that the garage door opener needed re-anchoring to the ceiling beams. They did not install this, but fixed the situation for no additional fee (2017). Fourth time, this month, a service call for noisy door that required multiple attempts to have door go down. Kevin is another stellar employee. He arrived on time with covid-protection and guidelines. Problem was assessed. Options explained. Not the door - it was the motors gear box. Price determined. He had the needed parts. 90 minutes later, the moving door purred like a kitten. Pleasant on the phone, available and punctual, this established local business will provide quality product choices and service in a timely fashion. Kudos!

We just had a new, up to hurricane code, garage door installed. From the original estimate to the completed installation, this company exceeded our expectations! The estimator, the office personnel and our installer were all so customer friendly, knowledgeable and professional.The county inspector that came to do the final inspection, also remarked on the good job they did! I would give them 10 stars if I could!!!!

I am happy with the newly installed garage door. However they do not meet with the city building inspector and it almost failed inspection because Inspector could not find appropriate numbers to match. After 20 minutes of us both looking and finally calling the company we had it figured out. I believe this would have gone smoother with a company person present although they state they will not do that. The person who installed the door piled garage items into half hazard tall piles (Including gas cans and glass items) and moved refrigerators, etc. without putting them back. This was quite a mess! All in all, I’m glad it’s done and the door looks nice....but the whole process and non existent cleanup definitely could have been better.

Called on Friday twice during business hours for service, garage stuck in down position with car inside. Left messages for a call back, twice Friday and a desperate message on Saturday, still no response. Another company came and took care of the problem for me. These guys had the cheek to call Monday to help....not good customer service

We needed our 25 year old rusty three-car-garage door replaced as the cable snapped and we were left with an inoperable door (not to mention the safety issues). Todd, the owner of All Pro Garage, stopped over for an estimate and was very prompt and professional. He even had the broken cable replaced so that we could use the garage door while we waited for the new one to arrive. We had our garage door ordered, permit submitted/approved, and installed in two weeks time. The installers were professional and kind, and the quality of the door and the installation was superb.
