We had Reynolds Air & Heat install a mini split a/c unit in our family room a year ago and what a great job they did. This has been the best investment yet in our home the room was an add on and because of the roof pitch we could never really keep it cool. This has made it so comfortable and our electric bill has gone down. Thanks to everyone at Reynolds and thanks to Jacob and Jordan for coming out today to do the yearly service on the unit they did a great job and got it done quick, thanks guys.

Outstanding company! We were looking for a replacement of our 12 year old a/c system. A co-worker mentioned Reynolds Air and Heat. Gave them a call, and not only did they have the best bid, but the best attitude of all the companies. No pushy sales people, just an honest company doing a great job. We got a top of the line unit for less than what other companies were going to charge us for the bargain basement unit. Crew that installed were very professional and clean. You couldnt even tell that they had been here, no debris left behind and everything put back as it was before they got here. Workmanship is immaculate. After trying three or four other folks in town to repair what I thought was a small issue on our A/C system, I was referred to Mr. Reynolds by a friend and called him. Then shared with him our issue & that we had paid a number of other companies to fix, but the issue always remains! For 6 yrs.... Within a day - During the holidays mind you - he sent out two of his team and they spent less than a hour on property, they came down from the attic and said Your issue is fixed. The two men who showed up were on time. They were VERY professional, courteous and did the job RIGHT! And charged less than the other handful of folks had on each of their visits. So refreshing to find a local professional that I know I can trust to help us when we are in need. I highly recommend Reynolds Air & Heat!!! Perfect!!! When I called at 8:00 am this morning to report my issue, Lisa was extremely attentive, professional and caring. Kept her word and called me back within 5 minutes like she said. I had also requested an online appointment which is a great feature. Lisa promised me they would be out today but could not guarantee the exact time. I received a text stating they were en route. Mike and George arrived at approximately 1:00 pm, immediately diagnosed the problem and explained it to me as well. The fan blade was hitting the motor since a bolt had come off. They replaced it within 5 minutes and I was up and running once again! I have used Reynolds Air and Heat several times prior to this appointment. Each time they were reliable, honest and FAIR!!! More than I can say for other companies especially air and heat! I highly recommend Reynolds Air and heat. You will not be disappointed!

So, I contacted Reynolds after getting an estimate for work from another wild and crazy a/c guy who told me that I would need a whole new system at a home that I recently purchased. I contacted them because he had done a repair prior to closing but really he just put a bandage on it by adding freon. I shouldve called Reynolds to begin with. Not only did they promptly diagnose the problem but they were able to get it taken care of under warranty. Dont waste your time contacting anyone else for your a/c needs. Thanks again for your help. Called Reynolds Air & Heat when 10+ Year old system didn’t seem to be working well. A friend recommended them. Husband called and spoke with Lisa on Tuesday, June 10. By late Wednesday had a new system totally installed! Technicians were polite, reliable, and knew their craft. These guys did a fantastic job despite the humidity, the downpours and my overly friendly dog. Lisa, the office clerk, Ryan, the owner, and his crew offered great customer service, from the first phone call right down to the clean up and explanation of how to best maintain my new system. So SO glad we stumbled upon this company! They installed the original A/C in the house we later purchased; who better to call if we needed a repair? When it finally came time to replace the unit, Zach (the owner) was able to schedule us within a couple days. They gave us two options on the estimate, both of which were more than fair. This is a small locally-owned business run by some real down-to-earth folks. Jacob and Ryan were VERY professional, and with the added plus that unlike many contractors, these folks are tech-savvy and SUPER responsive. Lisa, their office manager, was super great; always communicating what was going on, and just like the rest of the crew, tech savvy! Also: Jacob and Ryan did an outstanding job of cleaning up. Please find another company, this owner yelled and cussed me out when I called about concerns with the warranty that falls on the company that installs it, I continued to be civil as he was interrupting me, he continued to displace blame on the manufacturer. The reviews from these are all computer generated and simulated, its fairly easy to trace. Please dont make the mistake of trusting them or the reviews. Again all I called was to get information on the warranty that they were supposed to register, and got told to f off. Again this was the owner I was speaking to, acted very childish, especially the way he puffed his chest when he couldnt give an appropriate response. Air conditioning went out on Wednesday called Zach from Reynolds Air Conditioning. Two days before Memorial Day weekend. They were here and in a day and half I have a brand new system. “Great people great service.”

There was a problem with our system 3 AC companies couldn’t figure out. Zach found and fixed the problem. As a realtor, I refer Reynolds air and heat several times a month to my customers. They are always on time, knowledgeable, honest, and fair. I would have given him 6 stars, but his beard needs shaving.

I am a resident of Indian Harbour Beach. We just used Reynolds to re-duct our entire house. It is a 1963 house with low pitch roof. The old metal ductwork was sweating and ruining the ceiling. The Reynolds’s crew came in and replaced it all with new flexible ductwork tuned so no hot and cold spots. They did an incredible job under really tough working conditions. We are very pleased with their work and will use them in the future to keep our equipment running well. I will gladly recommend them to anyone. Anyone doing this should be aware that it is a traumatic job, but Reynolds minimized the trauma by keeping the mess cleaned up as much as possible. Very happy!August 31,2021 update - had an issue with the A/C. Called Reynolds and they were at my house in an hour. Same fantastic service from Ryan Patton. This company continues to be THE BEST!

A/c was working fine just needed a drain clean, tech said I should replace capacitor and hard start so I did add another $200 on top off service call now 2 weeks later not working, says they will come back out to have a look but if it’s not the hard start or capacitor I would be charged another service call in my opinion since it was only 2 weeks why do I have to pay another service fee.

I had Reynolds A/C come out and check my sons AC in his new home. Seemed like the ac system was not cooling down the house enough. Wasnt sure if it was a freon problem or the system needing replacement. It is about 13 years old. Zack came out for a service call and checked the system. He stated it was running the way a 13 year old system should. All the pressures were where they needed to be. He cleaned the outside coil which happened to be very dirty. Reynolds Air & Heat has been working on my systems for years. The thing I like most about the company is no matter who comes to the house, all the technicians are amazing. Very polite, always on time and honest. The last time they came to my house, I was sure I needed a new system, but low and behold I just needed a Blower Motor. I know a little bit about Air conditioning and how it works, but not all the components. I trust Reynolds with not only with my work, but recommend them to everyone I come across. First and foremost, Wow! Reynolds Air and Heat did a great job and completed all of my needs. I was having an issue with my unit not turning on, due from the power outage caused by hurricane Irma. I came home to power, but no air. As all Floridians know, it is very uncomfortable without cool air flowing in. I called Reynolds and spoke to Lisa, who did everything she could do to accommodate my schedule the same day. The technician fixed the problem, but an issue occurred with my unit that night, at no fault of Ryenolds. Called Reynolds early that morning and spoke to Lisa again. She got her people over there that afternoon and they were able to troubleshoot the issue and get it taken care of for good. from the technicians to Lisa, who seemed to handle the office; they are absolutely amazing. I just moved from Colorado and had to deal with an ac company provided by my home warranty and it was an absolute nightmare. The difference between the ac company that was provided by my home warranty and Reynolds really showed. I am very thankful to have Reynolds nearby for all of my air needs. I got the pleasure of meeting Ryan and Kyle the technicians that worked on my unit and Lisa who ran the office. Reynolds Air & Heat had serviced our old unit in a home we purchased and had to do some minor fixes a couple times over the span of a year.
