I should have read the reviews before ordering from this company. They offered a reasonable price on an item which I dont think they have in stock to sell to customers. I have attempted to contact them in every way possible, but I get the same voicemail box. and bounced back emails. I guess Ill have to go disputing the charge.

Same experience as anyone else. Im just glad they didnt steal that much money from me. I dont think this is a legitament business, weve all been scammed. Ill have to adjust my on-line buying habits and check the reviews before I buy.

Not to say anything wrong, and false I will just write how it went down with my order, Ordered the tools - nothing from them for 3-4 weeks, So I called them up and they said they didnt have the tools in stock and they would have to order the, which they did and my tools showed up the 8th week after the order. I mean yes they offer free shipping but not worth the wait.In my opinion out of 5 stars I gave it a 2.

MRO Center runs an ABSOLUTE SCAM. I never received my tools, or a refund. They are impossible to get a hold of. Avoid doing business with them at all costs.

Placed an order for some Gearwrench tools totaling $101.27 back in Feb 2013 and never received the merchandise. Actually received emails from Edgars Eglitis from MRO stating that they would send the items ordered but I never received anything. Never recovered the money or the tools. They are all thieves. Is there anyone I can contact? Maybe the Attorney General to try and get my money back.

Never recieved product.... when I tried to call all of the contacts listed on the website (no matter what extension I picked) I always got the same guys voicemail. I left numerous messages with no reponse. I emailed customer service 5 times with every message getting kicked back to me. Plain and simple... this company isnt real and it doesnt exist. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to take off the charge... it was a huge mess.Moral of the story...Dont buy anything from here....because its a scam.

Placed an order on the 29th of Jan.... Check on the order on Feb12th... The order might be in and then we will ship it out.... Two weeks for a maybe... I dont think so

Unfortunatley I purchased some products from MRO in February and have never received the merchandise. I called a few weeks later and they told me they would be shipped in a few weeks. Weeks went by and I received nothing. Then I called back and the number is disconnected. I called other phone numbers and left messages with not one returned call. I sent emails and still nothing. If they are out of business, they should stop selling products. Do not buy anything from this company.

As many of there other online reviews state, MRO is very bad about getting parts to you in a timely manner. Two weeks after I placed my order, they sent me an email telling me it would take 3-4 weeks to get a part for my jigsaw and asked if I still wanted to place the order. I emailed them back asking why it took them two weeks to tell me this, when I could have ordered the part from another place and received it by that time. They did not reply, and unfortunately, because I need the part, I told them Id wait. Now, a month-and-a-half later, they email me again, telling me its going to be another 3-4 weeks. So I wasted a month-and-a-half for an order that still has not been shipped.Like I said, this apparently is a frequent occurrence with them, just google their name. If you want a part within a timely fashion, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM.**Edit: It has now been over four months since they were supposed to reimburse me for my order, and it has still not happened. Who would have guessed?

SCAM ALERT!!! Buy nothing from this place! I put in an order, heard nothing beyond the automated email order confirmation, and they charged my credit card immediately. I called 3 weeks later and they said, oh it should get here on Friday, then we will send it out. Another 3 weeks later and no product.

Purchased item back in January, item was to take 2-3 weeks to arrive. Item did not show up, I called them to find out where item was and was told on back order for a couple weeks more. Still did not arrive, called and cancelled order and ask for refund back money. Refund did not show up in account and then I emailed 3 time and called 4 for time and left message no response back. Now I find the phone number does not work now. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! ! ! ! ! !

Placed a $400+ order in Feb, they charged my credit card, I never received my order, and noew their phones are disconnected.

Dont even buy a screw driver from this company. Its not a good sign when you cant get anyone on the phone ever. I ordered $400 worth of tools and my money vanished into the ether. an out and out rip off.

Its a scam, dont go near them.
