Ran in here for the first time about two weeks ago. Really amazing staff that greeted me at the door and made sure I have everything I needed. Really good with breaking the ice too. I spoke with a guy named Stephen who really helped me out and was extremely knowledgeable and went the extra mile, also had a lot of help from Marie who told me about some stuff behind the glass counter. Definitely a great experience. Plan to come again!

The absolute worst store ever. If an item is bought on-line, you can return it without any issues. This archaic store forbids returns...even if unopened (and they should only take unopened items). Save your time and frustration...shop on-line as opposed to this horrible store.

Amazing selection and service every time! Workers are very kind and helpful! Bought an item there a year or so back and eventually broke the wire, and the worker (I forgot their name) helped me and went out of their way to get me the resources to get a replacement! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

I love this place! I’ve been there twice and was helped by different people each time. I really like the way their store is, the judgement-free environment, the and knowledge and demeanor of the staff. On my most recent visit, I was checked out by Sam and my boyfriend and I had a great conversation with her. She was really nice to talk to and very helpful. It’s just overall a great place to go. If I need anything in the category of “adult purchases,” I am going straight there before I even think of looking online.

Frank was extremely helpful recently when I bought an outfit for a show. The box said it was a large, but the bottoms were actually a medium when I got home. Went back to the store within the hour, and no issues exchanging it out for the correct size.——————————————————————————Brian has been helping us out on most of our visits lately. Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. My friend and I came in here after a long day at work and were treated like criminals from the minute we walked in the door. We were prompted for ID, which is understandable, but none of the other people who came in after us (and who looked significantly younger than us) were prompted for ID. They were approaching us and staring at us the entire time as if waiting for us to steal something. They were blatantly rude with zero regard for customer service. Fairvilla, which we visited earlier, was 10,000x friendlier and assisted us in every way possibly while remaining friendly. The entire time at Hot Flixx, we felt uncomfortable knowing they were judging and watching us. They patronized us and talked to us as if we were lacking any form of intelligence, belittling us to the point of forcing us to walk around the store to walk out of a “specific door” that no one else was forced to used. This was a ridiculous experience. No one should ever be made to feel as we did. We came there to buy some fun products and left angry and upset.

Absolute HORRIBLE staff, extremely rude. They treated me and my friend like children. They made it sound like it was store policy to ID everyone, which is understandable, but they didn’t ID the other literally 5-6 people that walked in the door after us that all looked younger than my friend and I. There is no signs hung up in the store warning you to not take photos. Then as we were walking out the door, the man started to get upset because we were apparently walking out the wrong door, and was very rude about it. The thing I don’t understand is why we were being treated like criminals and belittling us? The entire time we walked around the store they watched us like hawks. I am VERY disappointed and am never going back. I definitely will stick to going to Fairvilla, super friendly staff and a lot better customer service.

I come here often and the staff are always helpful and courteous with an always great sense of humor. Frank and Sarah are freaking amazeballs because I broke an item and needed to come and pick it up so they had it wrapped and ready to go 3 minutes to closing, making sure I was taken care of. My previous visit, Sam helped me to explore a new technique and gave personal, relatable experiences that not only helped me make an educated decision about what to buy, but how to make it work comfortably in our sex life. Tonight Anthony and Bridget were absolutely amazing, beyond helpful, friendly, attentive, always going beyond regular customer service to really make us feel like it was custom service. They were very knowledgeable about every subject, offered extremely useful advice and product suggestions. Hotflix its self is impressive with its amount of stock and selection but coupled with the fantastic staff they have its truly the only place I would suggest for personal products in Brevard county and beyond! This use to be my favorite place to come and check things out an rent my movies but here lately some of the staff seem to have gotten a lil rude. I’m sitting in the parking lot I called cause I thought I might be a lil late so i was told “ ok well you can just drop it off an be on your way” well sure enough I didn’t even make my foot in the door, an mind you the store was not closed it was open an all the lights on an before 2 o’clock, i mean damn you could have atleast asked if I wanted my usual which I think I will just start buying my products online especially considering being treated like that an the fact the prices were literally doubled after I can’t remember the time they were literally half that price but I guess that’s just how things go to bad they arnt all trained and maintained by Frank.

I had to sit in the car with my 10 month old son because we couldnt bring him which was understanding but then my husband was video chatting me from inside the store and they told him he couldnt and was very rude to him!!

My boy Frankie, Sam helping us out alll the time can’t thank him enough always making are shopping easier 🙌🏼
