First time going here today in downtown Melbourne Florida. Thought I found a dope crystal shop until someone in my party overheard the bald cashier saying I didnt buy anything then the mod and cashier proceeded to pier out the window to check where I went? If you must know I had to return a phone call from work. I dont know if she assumed I stole something. Idk. The moment we walked in, myself and my gf didnt feel welcomed. I only stopped by because it was my first time in downtown Melbourne area. IMO thats not good customer service or sales. They basically talked s**t behind a customers back with someone still in there cmon guys. I would know a thing or two on how to test a customer Ive managed a pawn shop and was a branch manager for a moving company and have a reselling business online.you dont do that. Or wait until they ALL LEAVE. Nobody came up talked about the selection. If you a regular you might be in good hands. But I guess I can only trust allstate with that. Tho I was extremely impressed with the selection of goods they have. Best selection Ive seen so far. Morally Im torn because I cannot support a business with such a behavior yet the selection is good. Maybe the cashier needs to be a better salesperson. I was interested in the crystals and tarot but Im good on those atm. As I dont use tarots anymore. But the most mini ones were cute. Gotta go to the beach to reconnect with nature and align my chakras.

A hidden gem in downtown Melbourne. The staff are very polite and knowledgeable. Prices are great. There is something for everyone in this beautiful store.

Wow! This space is a breath of fresh air. I just moved here a few weeks ago and was worried I wouldnt be able to find a place with a great selection of crystals, candles, books, jewelry etc, but I have absolutely found that and more with Essential Elements Wellness. The staff was so welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable that I could have stayed there all day. Perfect hidden gem in downtown Melbourne! I also had a reading with Saturn. I have probably had close to 50 readings in my life in various capacities and she was by far one of the best experiences I have had. She is highly intuitive and was a wonderful supplement to my journey of self-development. Looking forward to checking out some of the classes they off, and I cannot wait to come back!

I love this place! Best place for candles for sure. They have a full wall of herbs you can request. The stones are great prices, the staff is knowledgeable about them too. The store is great for everyone from average rock lover to full blown witch. So welcoming and full of positive energy. Great place to get pendulums under $40 too!

I really like this place. The vibe is normally great. I love going on the weekends when Cheryl is there. Sometimes during the week the staff is less inviting and not as friendly. Not bad just not exactly customer friendly. I do find it can get hot in there especially if alot of people are in and out. The owners really nice. Lots of products and if youre looking for something just ask. Pricing is fair and reasonable. They have a lot. Everything from bath salts to candles to powders. They even have Florida Water. My only issue is they are only open 11-6 which is a short amount of time even on the weekends. Id also add they dont have any shopping baskets if youre buying a lot keep that in mind.Its not very wheelchair or stroller accessible. Its pretty tight in there.

Mostly bracelets not many Chains i wanted an the 23 dollar necklace i got the 34 even.dough i ask for the price You can barely see the price could not get the one i wanted.i took my bracelet off it broke an went every where smh.an my god daughter put one in her mouth lucky.i was quick an she spit it out shes only 2 smhhh. I never left the Any crystal shop piss. Not going back ever they lucky she didnt choke it would have not been good for Them period never coming back an i had my head phones on low an i had one on an the other one off smh bye
