Ive been using it for several years now,because I was tired of the long lines and trips to the post office.Here,I never have to wait long,they help me find the right shipping method at the best price,theyll even help with packing if I need it.Just a great local business with friendly familiar faces the treat you like an important customer instead of a number.Thank you,Mark for your great little shop!

The guy working the desk is so unbelievably rude and should not be servicing customers. Total douche with serious anxiety issues. The only reason I kept it together was because there on behalf of my company. After reading some of the reviews I can see that it wasnt just me. Never again.

Would never trust this guy w/ a package. Very rude service. Had a prepaid package & was told I simply needed to drop it off at any shipping facility. I chose this place instead of my usual Mailman Joeys since it was close. I asked the guy if everything was in order & he told me if I wanted him to do it i needed to pay him. I asked what was needed to be done & wasnt really given an answer. He got very rude & harassed me while Im w/ my 2 small children all the way out the door. Saying if I wanted it done right I should pay for the convenience. After going to Mailman Joeys they told me everything was in order & had no problems. Ill never go back to Fast Mail.

I love this place. I come in once a month to send a package off to my mother, and he pulls up all my information without me saying who I am and where its going anymore. I just bring him my stuff, hell package it up and label it for me, and I pay for the envelopes or box or whatever and done! Havent been to the post office since I found this place over a year ago.

Dont use this place for prepaid UPS packages. He charges $1 to accept lol....due to his fees incurred by UPS....never heard of such a thing. Go nextdoor to Staples no fee and they scan and provide a receipt free of charge also.

Unprofessional with an attitude. One thing I was NOT sure of: does HE work for HER .....or..... SHE works for HIM? He lost additional business from me because of his attitude and selective hearing. I do need copy services but I will not return to this place. Do not go during lunch hours.

I go here alot, it saves me alot of time returning items to amazon and others. Its a family based business they a professional but not the talkative or very friendly type of people, and i am ok with that. They get you in and out very quick and like that. I have used them for all sorts of expensive items never had a problem. Unless you want to spend a hour at the regular place to drop off your packages this is a better option. Yes he charges a dollar for ups only drop offs, I am more then ok with that, i actually suggested he charge a convience fee for all drop offs, i would gladly pay it. I apreciate thier service and i think they deserve a convience fee. I have used them for about a year now.

Love this place. USPS FEDEX UPS they do it all. Never seems to be a long wait at all. No more post office for me. These guys are great and the hours meet everyones needs. The staff is respectful and helpful. Doesnt try to gouge you and helps you find the cheapest way to send your packages. Has all your shipping needs. Stamps boxes tape envelops you name it. Started using him about 3 years ago when I needed to ship a package to Africa. He lets you e-mail your shipping label from UPS or FEDEX to him and he prints it out for you. Above and beyond. Abd he takes care of affixing the label the correct way. No worries there. Located in the shopping center at Eau Gallie Blvd and Wickham Rd. Next to Staples.

Like the convenience of location, however, dropping off UPS packages costs $1.00, because he says UPS charges him a dollar to pick up there. Called other mailbox places and was told that was not true. Called UPS and they say that is not true. Dont use this place.

Been coming here for almost a decade, hard to believe. Talk about fast-I havent ever caught the owners name! He always gets me in and out with a mailed package and any options I specify in record time!
