Had an order paid for at another store and was suppose to be picked up at this location. Order ended up on delivery for the store it was purchased from. Nina displayed poor customer service and over talking me not having the right attitude to hear the situation. Instead both stores pointed the finger blaming each other. Neither store was willing transfer the needed part to the intended location. After a long 14hr shift I had to deliver the part myself. Very unprofessional and not a care in the world.

Couldn’t pick up my $30 part for my car because don’t have my ID which I lost, even though I have all the receipts and email confirmation about my part being ready for pick up. Ridiculous this will be the last time I buy anything from here.

Horrible customer service. Went in to see if they would help me with using a sensor on my truck. The guy said “nah, we don’t do that. But here’s the device.”Gave me the device with no instructions.Do not come here. This is the only one that doesn’t help out. NEVER AGAIN!

They didnt have exactly what I was looking for (kind of an oddball item), but it was a fast and easy place to (not) do business. I would go back again for something else, something more mainstream.

Nice clean store with a large selection of automobile parts and a friendly staff.

Spoke to a gentleman who said that they had the radiator I needed in stock and after speaking to two other advance Auto parts that also directed me out here I made the 30 minute drive from Elgin. gentleman said he would set my radiator aside for me but upon arrival at 8:30 p.m. They claim they have no idea what Im talking about and that they do not have that size radiator in stock. Gentleman just shrugged his shoulders without an apology horrible service horrible attitude

Jessica was able to help me with a warranty issue. She went beyond the call to help, and cleared up another store mistake. I had been on the coordinating the exchange of a warranty part that didnt have the original part in Stock, so they sent me to the Elmwood park store where i was told that the part# didnt match up. But thanks to Jessica and her extra efforts she was able to replace the part. This was an example of excellent customer service . I will come back because of Jessica efforts.

Staff is Always helpful here with plenty of parking, lots of great priced car, truck parts.

Despite having ordered online in the morning, I still spent 40 minutes waiting while picking up parts that should have been ready when I got there in the evening. Store was empty when I arrived. I guess this reinforces my reasoning with ordering my car parts from Amazon.

When in and people walking around watching me stand there. Then give them the information about a packaged mirror I received that was broken( when I got it), told him I blamed the handler. Then I asked for some car advice and prices, the guys response was he doesnt know anything about cars, and that he is in school for financing. How are you working in a car place, where people come to you about car things that you know nothing about.

I went into the store only 2 customers were in front of me, there were 3 other sales reps that avoided me like i wasnt there, i was completely ignored and really aggravated by my experience with this place, i do not recommend this place and furthermore i will not ever shop at this location until the entire staff is fired.
