The store is clean and orderly it is not the best with keeping stock in some areas. Im actually here to comment on the employees, Vivian is the only reason Im leaving this. shes such a gem and I have never been treated so kind by an employee anywhere to the point where I feel the need to compliment them. I hope corporate reads this and rewards her. She was willing to help me pay if I was short on cash, I wasnt but she made me very blessed to have her working while i was there.

I was able to find everything easily in this store but my cashier Esther was terrible I told her before she even started ringing me up that I had a gift card and wanted my items rung up separately she then went ahead and rung everything up in 1 transaction I was able to get everything fixed at guest services but I wouldnt come back here unless it was through self check out

I had money so I decided to get the new adopt me bee cannon because I really like the game, but when it came (note I spent ten extra dollars for it to come within a few hours) I had opened it, everything was packaged nicely and secure but the thing with the bullets and you code. When I opened it the package with the bullets was ripped open and the toy code wasn’t in there. I spent 41 dollars all together for this and I didn’t get what was said to be given. Please secure your things nicer or at least make sure before you ship something out that everything is properly in place and nothings broken. It makes me wonder if you guys have shipped out anything that was broken.

Convenience and prices! Everything is neatly organized and clean. Im always greeted warmly and employees kindly offer their assistance . Ive been shopping here since the stores grand opening and ever been dissapointed.

Standing in line at customer service for 5 minutes. 4 employees in the area and not a single person acknowledged me. After 2 other people lined up behind me, the young lady behind the counter called for help. It was clear she wasn’t able to ring up returns but nothing is more irritating than not being acknowledged. A simple “someone will be right with you” would have gone a long way. Another young lady finally showed up and she was pleasant and quick at completing my return. Still, train your employees to acknowledge customers as human beings instead of ignoring them.

Its a good store, but, be careful, they leave grocery products on their shelves that are beyond the sell by date (Im not just talking about one or two products here), so make sure to check the date on the package. Oh, also, they are often very low on inventory.

The store very clean. I like that Target has one person cleaning the shopping carts. Target has another person cleaning the self checkouts, keeping us Safe from Covid. Thank you.

This place is where you go to be disappointed. They don’t have much and what they do have is usually overpriced.

Rude, and told me I couldnt wait in the drive up parking space for my drive up that was ready.????? I was literally there for like 3 minutes. Never experienced these problems at Target in Broadview! This is why I dont go to this one, employees are childish and are lucky I didn’t react the way I wanted to because it wouldn’t have been too good for the weird employee who came up to my window rude.

As far as customer service goes, this has to be one of the woodsy targets around. They may have policies in place for discounts, but if there is a way to stream line the process, saving both the company and the customer time and money, it needs to be done. Sad day when the company goes blindly by their own ways and not help their customers. Guess if I was a boy who was crazy and thought himself a girl I’d get more help.

I am extremely disappointed with the drive up service at your Melrose Park IL location....I placed an order at 7:15pm and it said my order would be available for pickup within 2 hours, well 2 hours has passed.....customer service is not answering and when I called corporate customer service they said well after 7:15pm the employees have a lot of things to do so it can take up to 4 hrs for your order to be ready. Not to be rude but that is not my issue you offer this service and I chose to take advantage of it so I didn’t have to keep taking my children in and out of the car in 24 degree weather. Not to mention there are not very many cars in the parking lot so it truly is not that busy with customers. Target you are better then this and should set higher standards for your employees that are responsible for gathering these orders. You should also be able to notify customers if their is going to be a delay because you state that it will be ready within 2 hrs. As I write this it is going on 3 hrs and still no order is ready and no other cars have pulled up so my guess is that my order is the only one waiting to be processed.

I bought a game at this location in the tech area, & the employee didnt give me my change back, just handed me the receipt and left. It wasnt a lot but I still wanted it back ? I purchased the rest of my items later and I wanted to price match some items. The employee who was doing my transaction made it seem like I was pulling her teeth out. And ultimately, I didnt end up price matching all my items 🙄

Fast service

The customer service is absolutely awful. The woman with the blond combed hair is always so rude to me whenever I return something. She acts like every customer who comes up is such a nuisance and you can tell she hates her job. I wish target would find pleasant employees who can greet customers with a smile on their face and who are actually helpful instead of being lazy and rude to customers. Very disappointed. :(

Tried the Drive Up pickup today and it was great. A friendly store associate was very prompt in bringing my order to my car. My order was correct. Will definitely use this pickup method again.

They have a nice variety of clothes. I would have been happy with my visit if an employee didnt question me about a box of candy I ate, which I came in with. And he later realized that target didnt even sell the candy any way.

Clean.and organized.

Store shelves are consistently empty. For example, I have been waiting for frozen mozzarella sticks to be restocked for two months. MorningStar Farms frozen vegetarian foods are constantly out of stock. Over one year ago, I contacted Target headquarters to request that Stouffers Party Size five cheese frozen lasagna be returned to the Melrose Park, IL. store. I was told that the item would be in the freezer: That item is still not part of the frozen food section--there are too many meat lasagnas and meat items and not enough vegetarian options. In addition, Target is so focused on the self serve registers that there are never enough actual cashiers working. I am not paying full price for my purchases for me to have to ring my items up and bag them too. On a bright side, Target employees and pharmacists are extremely friendly and helpful.

Clean, helpful and friendly staff. We were looking for a small Christmas item and a sales person spent time trying to find it. Finally located it and came and found my sister and I as we were shopping.

Its quick and convenient when you just need to go and pick up a product. Plus Target give additional discounts on online purchases.

The employees are nice, but its a pretty small Target. Cannot find anything decent or in my size in their clothes department, usually I have to take a picture of the tag and then go to another Target to pick it up... Also they usually only have one or two lanes open out of 15 or more, and basically you have to use the self checkout.

They cater to Latino which is fine, They dont have many other Ethnic choices with their dry goods. Everyone is friendly here. the lines are not hardly ever slow but the clothing is always sold out fast if its the cute stuff :)

I would not recommend THIS target to anyone. I came from out of state to visit family, and the employees are veryy rude at this location. I attempted to price match an item from targets website and the employee price matched it wrong, then later told me to go to customer service if I wanted. By far the worst customer service, and worst target experience Ive had.

Theft of my 300$ gift certificate from my Target App.I guess Target should get 2 step verification before allowing crooks to transfer or spend someone elses money from their account. Needless to say, I am demanding that Target refund the stolen money, and I will likely never purchase another electronic gift card again.

Don’t apply to this store since they’re currently hiring. HR is very rude, called someone in when she didn’t have experience then told her in the interview it’s hard to go based off script that anyone else would of turned her down. A simple, maybe we will call you would of been sufficient.

Just tried to return something and Lisa was rude. Didn’t greet. Wanted me in and out with attitude. Was telling her I have the DPCI for an item I was returning to make it easier for the return and she interrupts me and calls the next customer.

This target is very organized, everything is where its supposed to be. You can find things easily, but the placement of soft drinks is really awkward. I can never find just what Im looking for in under 2 minutes. but overall customer service is great, theres never any lines, and when youre buying things the people usually just do it quickly, and they are really nice and they do their job in theyre very efficient

Who doesnt like Target. I go here at least 2 times a month to restock my house. Also love the cartwheel app - if you dont know what it is please look it up. If you shop at target often its a must have app that helps you save on all your purchases in addition to any red car savings you get as well.

This is the worst target ever. I dont normally post but really the worst ever customer service is rude, not helpful this is my second time here just to make sure that I was not the issue and nope its them corporate really needs to look at them and the reason people dont normally come here is because there crap is over priced please go to another store dont give this target your business. Not only did security follow me the first time but they actually were requesting assistance on the radio thinking I did not here them. While leaving I was asked to show proof of purchase on everything I purchased which was no problem because I did purchase all my items they are truly the worst and made me feel like scum as if I stole something really people go to another target dont waste your time here!!!! This target sucks!!!!!!

I think Targets can be a little pricey, especially on certain items, but a good selection on some merchandise & good atmosphere to shop in. Also, there always seems to be an associate around to assist .

Average for a Target. Its not the nicest one Ive been too, but there was nothing terrible about it either. The pharmacist was particularly helpful with my questions.

This Target has a grocery items at a pretty good price. Often has good prices on items such as toys, video games, clothes, shoes for the whole family as well as boots. The pharmacy is not CVSS pharmacy inside Target.

I love my Target store the cashiers are so helpful and nice to speak to. Its not the associates fault they cant clean up the bathroom as fast as yall nasty people can make a mess. Your there to shop poop at home damn pigs. Only one request stop rearranging my store. The best thing about having a favorite store is knowing exactly where everything is. It doesnt make me shop or buy more if you move my stuff . I just it pissed and I leave.

I dont think this is the best Target around but yesterday we were shopping there and discovered a gem! Customer service is so far gone that when true customer service happens these days it makes me want to shout THANK YOU! That was how Tamikha (sp?) made me feel in the check out line. She was incredibly friendly, informative and actually packed our bags in a way that I never see anymore. She took the time (but quickly) to pack our stuff (lots of oddball stuff) with care and smiled throughout. And her friendliness and appreciation was genuine! Thank you for this! You made our day!
