Wasnt greeted upon entry nor during checkout . Five below used to be one of my places . Not anymore since they decided to go up on prices for the same junk they were selling for 5 below They have let the utters who come in to film whats new go to their heads in term of popularity I remember when they wouldnt dare do that but when dollar tree let them in to film 5 below decides to do same thing except dollar tree hasnt gone up on prices due to increased popularity Shame on you 5below thats why u our stores are darn near empty now used to be long waits b online not now Greedy corporations never stepping foot in here again you could get 2/$1 water now its $1.99 a bottle for a 12oz bottle dollar tree for the same name brand 6 for $1

If I could give them zero stars I would. Store was very empty but above all the associates are extremely rude . The cashier checking me out was a middle aged man that was holding a personal conversation with a woman at check out and when I asked if I could be checked out he began to yell at me and tag team rude comments towards me with the lady he was having conversation with . I waited for them to finish conversation for 4 min before stepping to the counter and asking to be checked out . Completely unprofessional and shameful as if working at five below and being in you’re late 40s isn’t shameful enough. Worst experience I’ve ever had in a store .

Interesting to say the least I can say this this place is a smorgasbord if items food, drinks, toys, Christmas decorations, electronics and more...it was an experience just to walk in

Great prices but things are over $5. Looks like they need to rename themselves. Might get sued for false advertising.

The lines here are always more than pass the halfway point in the store. I dont know why, no sense of urgency, not enough registers, not enough staff, etc. How about poor store management?

Omg I love 5 below stores they have so much in the store stuff I was shocked about like the fit boards and lots of other things.Ive seen in other high price stores and i only paid $5 I love saving money and going to 5 below helps me to save money.The store is very clean & neat the workers are very very helpful very kind.My house is full of 5 below stuff something for almost every room.Please go to 5 below you will enjoy your self I promise ☺👍🌹🌹🌹 I do every time i go.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

I do not have an computer my daughter took me here because Im looking weight do to depression I needed some cloths that fit do to a lot of weight low they were very profession,& concerned about my needs & my weight lose situation they helped fit me with three nice outfits my daughter purchased for my I felt very safe from vivid as staff wore mask & gloves they treated me like family as their prices were very affordable for this pandemic and people not working all the hours they would if not for covid pandemic I enjoyed being out as I also have heart disease & I dont get out much Im 65 years old & Im staying in trying to stay alive covid is very hard on me with my other health issue Im afraid to go to the Doctor but this is a place I plan on returning to one day THEY ARE GREAT

I love this place. They have such a wide variety of items all for under $5. They also have a lot of unique items that are pretty exclusive. They have childrens headphones with characters on them for only $5. Toys, games, household items, balls, even a few clothing items.

The store was not stocked, floors looked dirty, barely found whtabi was looking for . their was an employee looking at his phone, didnt ask if he could help me find what I was looking for and waited 10mins to check out.

Think she own the store no u just a manager n wonder y they cant keep security guard. Im security I need my phone on me at all time if I have to write report or take pictures of banned customers. Girl get yo life cause y u doing all that u have a corporate manager as well .
