Asia Motors is a great dealer for used Government vehicles. Syed, was very attentive as so was the female secretary who takes care of your paperwork. What you need to realize is that you are buying vehicles that came straight from an auction then to Asia Motors. Do your homework, also either bring someone who is savvy in Automotive repair to look over the vehicle before buying. You ultimately are responsible for your purchase. There is no pressure to buy, and staff are friendly and have a big inventory. I flew into Chicago from New York and drove the vehicle home with no mechanical issues. I had a good experience. I would buy from them again.

The good: There was no high-pressure sales pitch. Once I put a deposit down, they were very patient, as it took about a week to finalize the sale of my old car and get final payment to them. Shipping was easy and fast.The bad: The car arrived dirty inside and out. And it needed about $650 in brake work which should have been done prior to the sale.I am upgrading my review from 2 stars to 4 stars. I recognize my butt was a bit chapped from the unexpected initial repairs and cleaning. But overall I am happy with the car and with the price. I may buy from here again, but will use a better service for the pre-buy inspection.

First time buying an automobile on the internet. After a long search for a specific vehicle to tow our camper, we found the perfect vehicle. Although Chicago was a long way from South Carolina (our salesman Ali) said he would take of everything. Ali kept me apprised of every step of the process. Once every thing was done, we took delivery of a very tight Expedition. No creaks, rattles or lights. We have driven over a very pleasant thousand miles. I would highly recommend Asia Motors. Bought a 2014 Caprice cash put 800$ worth of parts and labor they said bring it in to help me fix it and didn’t do anything about it completely wasted my time. Was gonna keep bringing in business but after I see that they don’t care about customers who pay in cash not even worth it. Sold me a car that was good for 100 miles then after that couldn’t even move it since the driver side control arm completely fell off stabilitrak came on oil pressure sensor didn’t work and engine has misfires. Also just found out what the misfire was added more pictures, broken push rod head lifters going to have to add new cam and spend a couple more thousand just to fix this.

The City of Campbell Missouri wouldnt buy our patrol cars from anyone else. In the last few months we have purchased three Ford Explorer Interceptors and couldnt be happier. Thank you Asia Motors.

I had a great experience buying a car through Asia Motors. The person on the phone told me a less expensive car was his choice of vehicles between the two I was looking at. When it was delivered there were no issues and the car was excellent. I took it to a new mechanic of mine and he told me he was skeptical of the car before seeing it. After looking at he said he was impressed and mentioned it must have been really well looked at. He said he’s seen many police conversions and this was way better than average. I had looked at many similar cars for a while online and locally and am glad I made the choice I did.

No place for a big truck to unload unless in the middle of highway.

I bought a 2013 Ford Taurus from them within 3 weeks the converter went bad. they did order me a new one within six months that same converter has gone bad and now they dont have that under warranty I would never go back to those people again they are scam artists and they will beat you for your money so if you are reading this please stay away from them those cars are rusted just put Band-Aids on them just to get them off the lot you are on your own if you get that car so take it from me and everyone else do not go to these people very horrible customer service

I bought a 2014 Chevrolet Tahoe LS 4WD and the guys at Asia motors are the best. They were quick to respond to all my emails in a timely manner. I drove from Lafayette, IN with my boyfriend and the vehicle was just as described. Syed and his staff were very easy to deal with and the paperwork was done within no time and we were on our way back in less than an hour. The truck we purchased lost the water pump 4 weeks after the purchase date .. thermometer was disabled so you wouldn’t know it was overheating..water pump issue was illegally conceded with a thickening agent as confirmed by 2 reputable mechanics. Since the temperature was disabled so the trucks motor was destroyed . This has been a money pit and the worst mistake we ever made.The motor is now being replaced and we are upside down a tremendous amount of money.These people are frauds.. crooks and will screw you so bad!! They sell cars as is which is illegal In Illinois

I bought a 2014 Caprice PPV from them yesterday. Flew in the night before and drove it 706 miles home the next day. Car was as advertised, great staff and transaction was speedy and smooth. Very happy!

One star is deserving. They are selling cars AS IS at double and in some cases TRIPLE retail value. They are the equivalent of a chop shop, and will remove all of the police equipment for personal resale to return themselves as much investment off of the car which you are going to purchase. The term bait and switch comes to mind, they will place different parts, on cars for pictures, and then remove them before sale. Unless you are interested in overpaying for something you can find yourself, this is merely a front for a flipping business, do not waste your time.

There is a huge selection of cars on this lot. It is a good place to go if you are looking to get a good quality used car. I bought an SUV as a work/family vehicle and it has been very smooth so far. If your looking for a great customer experience Asia Motors is the place to go!! my wife and I drove 4 1/2 hours to check Asia Motors out. After talking with Rehan and G and how they operated we left feeling pretty confident we would buy from them, but we wanted to check out a couple other dealerships and see if we could find a better vehicle. After a couple of weeks of searching we drove back to Asia Motors and purchased a 2015 Tahoe. The transaction was easy and there was no pressure to buy..I have recommended Asia Motors to several of my friends and will definitely be back to purchase another vehicle from them in the future.

Price gouging on mostly worn out cars that they tell you are good. I would not recommend wasting your time here overpaying on cars worth say $5k that they want $10-15k. Dont even think they are going to negotiate. Overall staff was friendly. Cars were not as nice as the photos and at least the one I was looking at had mechanical issues unfortunately. The young man that helped me out tried very hard to sell me everything on the lot. I tried to explain to him I would buy one of the other items but his mentor that came out to help didnt want to budge on the price. None of them tried very hard to sell a car but at least it was no pressure. They were honest in the fact the Chargers are run really hard and have issues. It would have been nice to know before I drove 200 miles to check it out. Overall, at first I was not very impressed but they are better than their competitor down the road. If you are going to get something from here make sure it is newer with lower miles.

Bought a 15 Explorer that seemed great for two weeks until the timing chain started squealing and hemorrhaging coolant from a failed water pump. They pumped it full of Stop Leak to get me off the lot then laughed in my fiances face when she called. They told us our complaint would be a drop in the bucket compared to their Google reviews. These guys are con artists. They even tried to sell it to someone else as I was walking in with the check. They have the employees pad the reviews every time a customer complains. Absolute scumbags.

Asia Motors is the best I was in the market for a Ford Utility Interceptor & they have a great selection, I saw the vehicle I wanted & purchased the suv, I flew to Chicago & I drove my truck back home 565 miles without any issues, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had. If they don’t have what you want in a used police vehicle they can get it. Look at it like this you are getting great options on a used police vehicle verses the mark up at a traditional dealership. By the way I only gave five stars because I wasn’t allowed to give more than that.

No major problems with the car, mechanics installed door handles on rear doors at request. Middle console had already been converted to a civilian variant. Car was in good condition, sales process was quick. Car had problem with aux port. Not a major issue, but should have been fixed prior to sale.

Staff was friendly, accommodating and informative. They even went the extra mile by providing me with a chauffeur (spur of the moment) to take me to a full service IL SOS office in Lombard to straighten out a registration transfer/renewal process for some old vanity plates that I had. We got to drive the car 4 days before all the water poured out and seized...over 5k dollars worth of repairs required. Full disclosure would of been nice. Pictures looked great. I asked about previous smoker, however I forgot to ask about dings and dents. I had it shipped. Unfortunately, there is a dent in the driver door and the rear bumper that were not in the pictures or disclosed. I paid a premium price for extremely low miles, the process went smooth but had I known of the dents I would not of purchased.

Great selection and friendly staff. Their finance company doesnt have any branches in Indiana, so they cant do financing to IN residents. They included a spotlight for my Charger that was prepped, but didnt include one. Unfortunately they gave me a spotlight for a different model car. But, spotlights are cheap, so no big deal.

Im assuming that their walk-up business is booming, because they obviously dont care about their cyber business. Their cyber customer service is NON-EXISTENT, and thats very surprising because their website is quite impressive. They dont respond via email with any information asked for, and if they attempt to, they cant even form a coherent sentence. My guess is that they want as little digital evidence as possible to exist, in order to avoid any responsibility when a customer is unhappy with their purchase.  That definitely implies that their vehicle quality should not be trusted. Bottom line...I took my business elsewhere.

Huge selection of ppv vehicles. I almost bought a chevy tahoe from here. But then I decided to get a bmw 5 series for the same amount of money.

Asia Motors was a good experience overall, and I would recommend it to anyone. Staff was very easy to work with and the young lady there (I believe the only one) was a doll.I cannot give it 5* though, for two honest reasons: first, I want to give the vehicle some time to see how it does and runs and if it was a good purchase, (so far so good) and secondly, the financing procedure (they work with US BANK) was not difficult but slow. A 3-hour project turned out to be 3 days. But all is good now so yes, I would recommend them.

I bought a 2013 Chevrolet Caprice that came from a Federal Government agency in California. The car has only 38k miles and it was as advertised. Excellent customer service and very informative staff. I called and worked with Syed I like that he took his time going over all of my options with me over the phone as it was a sight-unseen purchase like my cousins. He also answered all questions I had. We drove down to Asia Motors to look at the low mileage Ford Crown Vics and were really impressed with the selection of the high quality low mileage CVs. We dealt with Brian who was very helpful and efficient. Liked a White 2011 CV with only 32k miles and did a quick deal. There were couple of minor issues with it that were taken care off while we did the paperwork. We drove back a little over 200 miles with ease. Asia Motors has by far the best selection of quality EX-Govt vehicles and we were treated and dealt like a family. I had the most wonderful experience last month!!! Rehan, Syed, Maria and G were amazing!!! They made sure that my first 2014 Ford Taurus Police car purchase through them was amazing and the best choice as I drove over 2 hours to get a car. The selection they had was mind boggling and I had to choose between the three Tauruss and all of them were road ready. I end up with the one with 65k miles. The whole staff was extremely pleasant, very very professional, and one of the best ones I have ever talk to about buying a car. I am so thankful that I took the leap and drive all the way up and got a car .

I in the last 18 months, I have bought a low mileage 2010 Ford Crown Victoria & 2011 Tahoe PPV. Mr. Ali is very polite and straightforward in the transaction with a fair price both times. I live in Texas and had the car inspected with zero issues by a third party. Ali help with the transport and Fed x the title all on the same day of the wire transfer.This by far one of the easiest transaction to buy a car I have every had. I will buy again from Asia Motors.

3 cars bought here in last year. All cars have signs of police lights and police stuff. But if your looking for a good deal you can’t beat it. I walk in and an hour later I have a car . There not perfect cars there used cars and there always a great deal. Highly recommend. Maria gets you paperwork out the door real fast. Very happy again...

I recently purchased three vehicles from Asia Motors. I was in the market to buy three vehicles to replace my aging fleet and contacted them about their used Tahoes and Chargers. I decided to fly out the next day to purchase, where the owner Syed picked me up from the airport and took me back to the dealership. This place is huge with a vast selection of used police vehicles. I check and test drove several vehicles before made my selection. There were some minor issues which were fixed while I was there. I also met the whole staff, took a tour of the facility and felt very comfortable buying from them. Maria took care of the paperwork while I was visiting the facility and I was back at the airport ready to fly back the same afternoon. The shipping was arranged by Asia and I received the vehicles the following week. I am very happy to find Asia Motors as they are great people to deal with, they dont pressure you and took quite good care of me.
