The customer rep that was there was awesome. My son and I went in for minecraft mining blocks. She said if you get the golden creeper come back and tell me. My son was so beyond excited and insisted we go back to show her. She made an 8 year olds day. Thank you. Much appreciated.

If I can give this 0 stars I would the guy working there charging me $79 something for a twitch card and a game I gave him 35$ cash for the Twitch card and Giving a attitude bad customer service

This is one of the best GameStop gaming shops Ive ever gone to, they have great workers, a nice layout with cool collectables and pretty good air conditioning. You can always expect to have a pretty good experience stopping by this place. If all Gamestops were to ever close, Id hope this one remained. If not, then at least let this be the last of its kind.

They are actually helpful and understanding there..from my experience they have helped me with gameplay information and they are cool as hell.

Great selection, and knowledgeable staff go the distance to ensure people of every age group are treated fairly and respectfully!

Employees were very helpful, did not rush into pushing people out. Kept their cool due to some older parents coming in and demanding they get to skip the line of other customers waiting. Answered all of the other peoples questions about their trade in.

Employee had the nerve to ask me for $80 under the table today for a guaranteed ps5 pre order for this Friday keep in mine those $80 weren’t going as down payment for my console but for the employee, I still had to come in Friday and pay money down for my console screw that.

So what can I say about this place other than they are always lying about the available products they have, when I just called literally like an hour ago and then I go early before they open and what do I get? A response of and i quote no I dont have that game collection sorry. That happens more than once so that makes me think that the people that work there maybe I dont know just my opinion are hiding things and trying to buy them for themselves. I have to always call the GameStop by North in Melrose Park to always get the games or the new games that are coming out. This have been going on more than once and I am really tired of it. I hope managers are looking up their stocks and making sure they are keeping up with their inventory and if not I hope they start looking at it because its not fair that these employees keep keeping exclusives games from the customers.

Called for information about a game system.

The service was good but i had a collective amount of 150$ in electronics and games but they offered me 12$ cash and 15$ in store credit which is ridicules. I then went to buy a game that was previously returned which being sold was 2 dollars back but was being sold for 23$.

This is one of the smaller stores. Sometimes they dont have what the bigger better stocked stores have but they are always helpful and tell you which store does have it.

The best video game store in the US, I got the best COD game from here, Modern Warfare 2.

Its simple. They have what my kids want now and when they dont want it later we can trade or sell it back for the stuff my kids want then. Its awesome.

This Gamestop is the only store I go to whenever Im looking for games, accessories, collectibles, you name it. The people who work there are phenomenal and they go above and beyond what is expected of them.The manager, Dave, is knowledgable, hes patient, and above all else, hes friendly. The same can be said for the assistant, Rob. He is polite, friendly, and he will treat you right! Both of them are the reason why I keep coming back to this store despite the fact I live by 3 other stores. These guys know what theyre talking about, and they treat you like family, not just another customer.You will not find more friendly people or employees anywhere else! Gamestop needs more employees like the people who work here! Keep up the great work guys!

I use it when I need to sell some games, controls and a console that damages the hardware ect because these days the facilities are closed and if you pay and send it you will not get the money back if you are left in a hurry to get something boy in this place you get maybe more money out or if you lose on some page but that takes a long time so if you want something fast but less money I recommend the place it all depends if you want to wait or urge to get some money or do you want to be a game that you do not play or do you prefer to go to the playstore infin😪
