TERRIBLE PROCESS/CUSTOMER SERVICE at this location. I had the interior and exterior car was plan. My card was stolen and when I took my new card so the method of payment could be updated on the account, the person only updated the card ONLY for my exterior car wash. I was only paying $15 a month for the interior, now I’m paying $10 MORE a month for someone else’s mistake! THIS SHOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO GET RESOLVED ASAP because it was not MY MISTAKE. The manager said that he couldn’t help me.

Gas is cheap, I go in the morning to avoid Amazon trucks. A simple car wash is good for the price especially the monthly price. But the detailing is the best. The brother who worked on my car today did his thing! Well worth the price.

Im changing out my review because Ive been going to other car washes automatic car washes and such and Ive been doing a little bit of research and I find that Delta Sonic is probably the best car wash you can go to thats an automatic car wash for your money the other car washes have spinning brushes or were Delta Sonic doesnt have spinning they have soft cloths that brush or clean your car in the direction that the wind blows which is very very good to keep scratches and swirls off of your paint. I love the smell that the carwash gives your car after youre done it almost smells kind of addictive anyway in my personal opinion this is the best car wash. They offer a wide variety of services you cant beat it

It’s alright. Most of the time the lines are long but that’s not really my issue. My issue is the children they employ. This dude today gave me attitude because I didn’t want my front bumper to be literally kissing the back of this other cars bumper. Sorry but after having my other truck get stuck TWICE I don’t exactly feel comfortable with all of us being stacked in that car wash like Pringles. Learn how to line up cars better and give your children better attitude.

Beware!!! When they tell you that you can bring it back, if youre not satisfied. When or if you bring your car back for a redo, first of all, they announce it to every staff. The reason they announce it is because its really code for damage the car.....we dont like working for FREE!. Warning dear consumer, these people told me that I could bring back my car for a redo and when I did, they left scratches and scuff marks in my interior and my car was ruined. Dont fall for it. This place is ok for low-end cars....but if you have a nice car ----- DO NOT BRING IT TO THIS PLACE!!!!. It is a production line with high turnover and the staff is made up of kids who live in their mothers basement. These kids couldnt care less and it shows in the quality. Again, low-end car --- ok. High-end car --- NO WAY!!!!!!

Very happy with the unlimited membership here. The interior detail services are lacking; I would stick with their basic package and not pay for the extras they promote. Ive bought the express detail twice and both times Ive been let down. Stains in the seats after shampooing; their explanation is that the machine can pull stains from the cushion into the seat itself (should find a better way to clean it then). My door jams were my main reason for purchasing the more expensive detail and they were completely ignored; there was salt lining the outside of my door that I was able to wipe off with a wet finger, meaning they didnt touch it with a towel. Then the hand wax they apply to the exterior seeps into the cracks and dries white on your vehicle. After bringing it to their attention they do offer for you to have it done again but truthfully, its the same effort as before and another waste of 2+ hours. Exterior wash and basic interior is where they do their best work.

YOU GUYS NEED TO PAY ATTENTION TO THE LINES AT THE DETAILING SHOP! THERE’S NOT ENOUGH STAFF TO COVER THE BUSY LINES! AND LATELY, THE QUALITY OF THE WASH HAS DECLINED! THERE’S STILL SOAP ON THE CARS AFTER THEY’VE GONE THRU THE WASH!

I’ve been going to this car wash a long time, and today I had one of the most outstanding experiences of all of my visits. A young man named Isaac F, was in charge of detailing my car after the interior was cleaned. He took his time, and did the job right. The entire interior was spotless and he took pride in the job that he did. I applaud this young man for working so hard! I will definitely return!

It wasnt very thoroughly cleaned. Dog hair everywhere, still.. I asked them if they could vacuum trunk and I emptied trunk and they did not do it. I think they even added a new scratch on the back bumper. I moved so I cant go to the one in palatine anymore. I almost wanna cancel my membership if this is the closest to me.

Have paid almost 36$ for interior and exterior wash and I was hoping that 40$ wash whit tip would be great wash but NOT!They washed my floor mats and one of them end up dirtier then it was before. Inside there was a lot of spots where did not even touched whit the cloth.These pictures are just some of the spots and there is much more. Overall for 40 car wash it’s not worth it as other smaller hand car washes charge 15-20$ and do much better work after all.This is good place for exterior wash when you buy super kiss plus packaged because it’s 3 washes for 20$Would not recommend for any interior wash.

I had the pleasure of meeting a young man today by the name of Joey d, I believe that was his name. He was a Rockstar. I pulled into his wiping line and he was very thorough and even obliged to do my door jams when I asked. The best is that I was ready to give him a $10 tip, but realized I spent it at Starbucks beforehand and didnt have any cash on me. I felt so bad!! The icing on the cake was, he wasnt even frustrated with me, he said no worries, just get me next time. What a guy. Companies need employees like this. Way to go Joey and delta sonic!

Amazing, just had my car detailed, and when I got home, I saw a little black box on the seat. My friend had dropped her ruby heart on a gold chain (yes, real) in the jewelers box and they left it on the seat. Where do you find such good honest employees!!!!!!!! and the detail was great too!!

Good place but could use some improvement, they should have somebody directing cars into the wash after the pay booth, its like trying to merge onto the Kennedy Expressway in rush hour traffic. Also they use way too much soap, there are suds in your door jambs after the wash bring your own towel to wipe down the door jams and any other spots after the wash.Update:. Way to much soap!!! Stop it, after you go through there is still soap everywhere!!!! Door jams, floorboards,etc!!!!!

Absolutely the worst car wash in the area. I used to have the unlimited wash interior and exterior. Every time I came to get my car washed it took an hour or longer. To top it off, they always missed or didnt do something. They now have raised the price of those plans that it makes it completely not worth the money. They have also now limited you to just one car wash per day. They also lately because of covid have limited the services they provide to non members. This makes absolutely no sense, and is just another reason to never come here. The outside of the building is filthy, and they never have any paper towels or hand sanitizer by the pumps. My advice is do not visit this place, you will surely regret it

I get my gas from here alot. Never had a problem here, really clean gas station, and their car wash looks pretty cool for a car wash if im being honest.

The manager Francisco was super friendly and helpful when I got a flat tire. He helped us change out the flat and even got us quarters to put more air into it. Definitely recommend Delta Sonic for its attentive and friendly staff

Come for the quick mart and stay for the car wash! Coffee, donuts, snacks, beer, cigs and lottery if youre into that. This is my regular car wash and detail shop and theyre open on the coldest of winter days.

If I could’ve left no stars, I would have! After taking my car here about 2 weeks ago for a $200 interior/exterior full detail, I was completely dissatisfied but decided not to write a review but now after finding quite a few other issues I decided to write one because I just realized yesterday that the plastic side part on my drivers seat and passenger seat headrest is broken and they weren’t when I took it in. Not to mention, when I picked it up my backseat floor storage compartments were filled with water, the seats were half cleaned and had dried water stains all over them, the door compartments weren’t fully cleaned, the roof wasn’t only cleaned but had more water stains than before, the outside of the car had water stains and finger/hand prints as smudges all over it, the top of the windows and trunk weren’t cleaned at all. I am beyond upset right now because I feel as if they hired a bunch of young kids for the summer without properly training them and they messed my car up. The least their supervisor/manager could’ve done was a quality check before I picked up my car. This was a complete ripoff to me and now I have to pay to fix the stuff they broke. I wouldn’t recommend anybody to them ever!!

Best car wash there is near here. Better than fullers and all local quick washes. The lines go very quick without the pass. We go here ever so often and always get basic touch less. We go though the pre rinse which makes the soap work way better. Than we go in the wash and the people spray us with soap before we go in. Then the soap machine distributed a very good amount of soap on the car. Then we go through some washer that run the soap and get the dirt off. Then tons of wash comes and rinses the car. The dryers are fantastic and dry the very well. The dryers also have a cool feature where a flame blow drys the car which makes it look cool. Then to top it off they give you a complimentary drying where they use a towel to dry it and blow the water out of you mirrors. Fantastic wash and cheaper gas. Recommend this to others!! 5 stars!!

I buy one drink and someone signed me up for some monthly bs that was taking 19.99 out of my bank account for 3 months. What was i paying for? A car wash? I dont even own a car. I feel robbed. Luckily my bank got my money back.

While this review isn’t about the car wash or even the detailing, my mom had a terrible experience with Christine that’s supposed to be a manger for the store. She was extremely rude when my mom asked for her help with a lottery machine, blaming my mom for breaking it when my mom was just trying to help another lady. This manager Christine told my mom to move out her way so that she could reset the machine that my mom “supposedly” broke. When my mom asked to speak to the store manager and the other employee let her know it was Christine this girl literally smirked and chuckled at my mom !!!!!! Brian C. was awesome in assisting me and family during the breakdown of our vehicle. He brought out a starter machine to charge the battery. Unfortunately, the car still would not start. We were allowed to leave it overnight until the next morning. Hes a great employee and made sure we were okay before we left. Thank you Brian for all you do!

Save your time and MONEY!Pulled up, there is no guidance to whether one wants to wash the car first or detail it. Its the set up, the car wash entrance is completely on the opposite side of the building. I believe staff should check and ask if one is interested in a wash first.Being my first time. I was already in line with cars behind me,I Paid $16.99 for a basic detail.Waited in the waiting room. They call for the car. We get in and drive to the wash. Once inside we notice the $16.99 detail job pretty much only got the floor mats washed and a wet rag wiped the dust from left to right on the dash.Crumbs were not even vacuumed from door handles and cup holders.$5.99 Car was was okay, but a $3 dollar wash would do the same thing!

Disappointed. I paid $20 for a basic detailing of the inside of the car. It took all of 5 minutes. They vacuumed nicely on the floor of the backseat but other than that, I’m disappointed with the job. I could’ve done much better myself using the free vacuums at the car wash. I had a courtesy car that I needed to return to the dealership. I didn’t need it clean just for my own pleasure. I’m wiping down the entire inside of the car because they left so much behind. Not worth $20 or the $5 tip I gave. Go to the $3 car wash and do it yourself. =(Thank you for your prompt response. I did not see an option to reply to your comment so, I am editing my original post. I am not someone who only leaves bad reviews and complains just to complain. I was on my lunch break and ran out of time so I couldn’t ask for it to be fixed. I am in customer service and sales so I deal with things like this all the time. I get it. I always leave good reviews where they’re warranted. Everyone was friendly but I was surprised at how much was left behind. I’ve already returned the car to the dealership so I will not be able to bring it back to be cleaned. A refund would be very much appreciated, though. I will definitely let people know that your customer service is great. Thank you.

This was my first time in this car wash and definitely not the last. I like how was nice and easy process and very fast too. I actually like it very much and applied to their unlimited car wash services.

I’m really big on customer service even if it is as little as asking for $20 on my pump. The cashiers in the store need to be retrained on the importance of customer service. I understand chatting with a co-worker when no customers are around but to blatantly ignore a customer to finish your conversation is unacceptable. Will not return

An average over crowded car wash at best. Unlimited car was, and interior is great, except for the perpetually long lines. 90% of the time the miss, or dont do something on the interior service. An accident waiting to happen in the parking lot to save 3 cents a gallon on gas. At least Joe D. was helpful in getting my exterior done correctly. He is a good employee at least.

I was blown away by the customer service of the representative that helped me when I called in to fix an issue with my membership. It involved an issue with pricing so I was expecting to have to argue with a supervisor, however the representative was able to to fix everything herself quickly, in a friendly manner, and without any hassle at all. Other companies need to model their call centers customer service after Delta Sonics! I will definitely be getting my car washes and details from here more often now.

If you can get in here when its not over crowded this is a solid pick for a car wash. Good service and pricing. The gas discount is nice too.

Dropped off my car for detailing and they returned it with the blinker stock broken and blinkers not working. It was a massive head ache trying to get them to fix what they broke.At first they didnt want to do anything, had to get an attorney involved and only then did they fix my car.By the time i got my car in working order it was as if it hadnt been cleaned at all. Not worth the $130 at all.

Delta Sonic does amazing Job with the actual car wash. The automatic car wash is extremely detailed and gentle as well as fast. You also have 1,001 in house options to choose from that will satisfy any and all necessities for your vehicle and yourself. HOWEVER!!!Beware of the fact that when pulling into the automatic wash the attendants tend to wave everybody in quite furiously and some people pay too much attention to it- and get too close to the cars in front of them. I already had an accident where a lady rearended me- Right there in the car wash!!!! That is completely unacceptable and just plain stupid. When I complained to the manager he laughed at me. I have parking sensors on my car and notice that this following too closely situation happens way too often that it should.

Needed to fill my tires with air after pumping gas. Manager Brian was about to start the process of fixing the air pump since the hose was leaking. He had offered to have my tires filled by the detail center but instead of having me drive all the way around he gave it a shot trying to fill my tires using the leaky air pump and was able to get them filled. Excellent service.

Went througb 3 times to clean it.

My experience with Delta Sonic car wash was a horrible one. I took my pick up truck with brand new rims to get a car wash, the rims were muddy but it was dry and was stuck to the rims, the guys at the car wash didnt bother to water the rims they just scrubbed them with a brush and of course the rims got scratched. The rims were brand new and were nearly $3,000 dollars. When i noticed I went back and spoke with the manager (Frank) who told me that I had to file a claim and submit it to corporate. A few days later I received a letter from Delta Sonic in which I was told that it hadnt been Delta Sonics fault. That they couldnt do anything about it, they only gave me a $25 gift card, over $3,000 rims that they scratched.From what I could see in the reviews in multiple sites I am not the only the that they do this to. And its sad knowing that they feel so powerful because they are this huge company that not even the employees do their job carefully.I wouldnt recommend this car was at all.

I use to work here in my time we would leave interiors spotless but now I come out leaving to see my dash not wiped down or my glass with streaks and no Im not a smoker, my shampooed seats did not even get done properly Inspect your cars the workers dont seem to want a tip I mean why tip if I still need to clean up after them for that honestly i would rather do it myself. Delta sonic is great but need to pick up on the interior slack.

We brought our car in on a Friday night to leave it over night to have the Interior detail done on the next day Saturday. They called when it was ready and wouldnt you know it, it had started snowing. So, we asked if we could wait to come get our car until after the snow stopped. They actually let us leave our car there until the NEXT day!When we inspected the cleaning, there were a couple of spots still on the front seats and it needed a redo on the vacuuming in the cracks between the seats and the console.We had to wait a little while in the waiting area but they washed the seats again and vacuumed the cracks and it was beautiful!We also had a couple spots we wanted buffed out on the body. But they told us the spots were too deep into the paint to get them out so, they refunded our $ for that.We were having it detailed to sell the car and the people who actually bought the car first came to look at it, were very impressed by how clean it was and asked who did the detailing. We did tell them Delta Sonic in Melrose Park!Awesome job!!! Very pleased!!!So, had another car detailed yesterday. It was not the full detail. The $35.95 deal. Vacuum, steam windows and steam cup holders/doors. Was not happy AT ALL! Dont know what happened but they did not put as much in trying to please the customer. 😒I have to re-vacuum, and wipe everything down again myself.A waste of my money!!!Ill never do that again!

I have the unlimited plan which was purchased at $21.99 a month since then theyve gone up on that price 3 times. I never knew why and I never complained. Now they are going up on it a fourth time. I called customer service to discover its supposedly because of my frequent washes which varies from month to month. If thats why its going up then this should not be called an unlimited plan.I am a loyal customer. I tip the towel people EVERY time I get my car washed even though they dont do a good job. I even tip them more during Christmas time. I also have introduced several people to Delta Sonic. I called customer service and of course the woman on the phone could not help me. She transferred me to a voicemail of a supervisor who NEVER returned my call. If I dont get this resolved Im done here.

I love this car wash. One of the best. :-) and good pricing. But for the monthly unlimited the current 29.99 is too much. For 2 cars I own its 60 a month. before I paid 19.99 for each and it was acceptable.

They claim to guarantee satisfaction in the terrible quality of their interior cleaning (after their careless employees miss several spots) by simply inviting you back...you do realize we had to wait half an hour for the first mediocre wash and now you want me to go back through? Who has time for that? GET IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME.

Worst car wash I have ever been to. The car wash I paid for it was a super kiss supposed to make the outside of the car look outstanding. I honestly think if I wash my own car it would be better. Dont bother paying for them to clean the interior I waited two hours for a 30 minute car cleaning and even after 2 hours of complaining to get the car cleaned properly I was still able to write hi on my dashboard . Terrible customer service and would not refund. I do not recommend this terrible place

OMG!!!! I have serviced cars here for years. Always top-notch. I drive 25 mi to get there. Imagine my shock and dismay when my car took an hour for a 30 min interior detail pkg (for which I paid $40 + $12 upgrade). I saw trouble. Managers and others standing around goofing off although they were slammed. My interior person — a very young gal who kept borrowing equip back and forth with other retailers and looking inexperienced and overwhelmed. After an hour I went over to the car, the gal said sh was finished. Terrible incomplete vacuum job, dirty cup holders, not even a wipe of interior running boards, yellow crayon markings still on front windows and leather seats untouched. This was the worst I’ve ever seen. Mgr had no words, gave me a re-do coupon but I wasted time and distance. Please please please get Delta back to its high quality service. You guys are better than this.

The dream of finding considerate service...... but I must say that Joey D. and Josh were fantastic. The young woman working the initial drive up area was fun to sign up with. She explained the services and costs associated with them clearly.Back to Joey D. and Josh.Both took care of me above and beyond what I expected. I upgraded myself. Yes myself to a full interior cleaning. If the service prior to the cleaning is any indication of what I am to expect everythjng will be fine.
