Honestly nothing bad to say about it. Clean store, easy to find stuff. They have weekly deals and have everything. The fried chicken is always good and the produce is always fresh. Good deals on pasta and canned goods.

Its Jewel. They dont have alot of the fresh fish they advertise at this location.

I got the 48 piece fried chicken and a bucket of spicy wing ding and a bucket of honey wing ding everybody love the chicken. It great if you dont want to do the cooking yourself. Thats goooood stuff. Try it.

Went to the jewel at this location at 10:30 Pm, while checking out at the express lane there was a couple in front of me who were proceeding to pay with their card when the cashier named LINDA rudely asked if they have a phone # registered, the lady didn’t hear the cashier and she kindly asked to repeat herself. LINDA the cashier then yelled at them saying “ I SAID DO YOU HAVE A PHONE # TO ENTER”. The lady kindly said “oh no sorry, I didn’t hear you” and the RUDE cashier said “Apparently no one can hear me” and proceeded to say under her breath “ I am speaking English”.I am very disappointed at the customer service not experience by myself but for another PAYING CUSTOMER.

Went pickup Baby back ribs that are on app for 1.99 lb. Was mispriced took to service desk to purchase. Lisa waited on me. After a few attempts to scan and input without success. She used a calculator to add the weights. Asked what the weight was. And was told get it or dont i have a line. Maybe Lisa doesnt know the definition of customer service.

Nice selection of food here, decent prices. Good location. I’d shop here again for sure. They also have a really good liquor selection at one end of the store. Fresh food and deli is also looking good. They have very good looking seafood here. The salmon looked super fresh and tasty. All in all, seems like a good place to shop.

I walk in and find the cabbage as if rabbits invaded the store. Check out line only had 1 person! At 9pm! Then the cashier charges me twice for the same item. Only reason i noticed is because as i was paying i glanced at the screen and seen the same item twice..Update on this review, just seen spme bones.....

Jewel have always been one of my favorite places to shop. I truly love the variety of items to select from as well as their fresh flowers .

Hard place to find. Got into a door quickly, unloaded reasonably, but capstone took over 2.5 hours to bring my paperwork. I have been at the door for 3 hours and 30 minutes, which the majority was waiting for capstone. I would fire that company and find a better one... what a joke...

Shelfs are full, staff are great and checkouts are fast.

Jewel always rises to the occasion. First with plastic guards for cashiers, gloves and masks for all staff, rotating staff for front-of-store work to decrease exposure, one-way aisles, and 6 ft. spacers for lines. You can bring your own bags, but you then bag your own, which is okay with me. Dedicated staff for routine sanitation in the store. Early hours for seniors, online shopping and delivery at some stores. Each store has its own personality, based on its community and customers. Melrose Park Jewel has a great garden center with indoor and outdoor plants, as well as soil and fertilizers. Oak Park Jewel have small portions to accommodate single and couples families. Its a great store.

This is one of the most cleanest Jewel I have seen in the Chicago area. Well stocked up, the staff is friendly, the check out is fast and the parking lot is clean. I would definitely recommend this particular Jewel-Osco store for nice shopping experience that could be actually be enjoyable.

I bought yogurt this past weekend. It was 20 days out of code. This product shouldve been thrown away and not placed up front for the consumer. Rotation is important with perishables and produce.

My closest community Jewel is. Clean. Fast checkout lines. Love the buy one get one free protein deals.

Even though this isnt the closest location to my house, they are never as packed which makes grocery shopping less painful.
