I STRONGLY urge you to seek other uniform companies to save yourself time and money. Since we started service with UniFirst they have yet to give us anything but aggravation. We have yet to receive a complete and accurate order. Drivers keep quitting, managers keep quitting, and when we call and ask to speak with a manager they try to blame the issue on something different instead of making sure the issues are taken care of. I have written on the receipts to have the manager call me and I have yet to receive a phone call for any of the issues. I have to take time out to make sure the drivers delivered the correct amount of uniforms and find out what is missing from our orders because every time they account that they delivered it all, but I wont receive half of it. Our employees are short uniforms every week. My rugs do not get delivered and if by chance they have some while at my stop I am shorted rugs. I should not have to micro manager their service. Nothing but an inconvenience and I have no idea how they have the ratings that they do. They all seem fabricated to me, because I only have a handful of employees and they cant handle that. Give your business to another company.
Our service representative, Ramon, does an excellent job. He is always on time, services our account efficiently, and has a smile on his face - we look forward to seeing him each week! He also answers all of our questions and has been very helpful in the past in refining our mat usage. Our experience with UniFirst has been wonderful and I would highly recommend their services.
Ramon is the best driver he is always professional and comes in with a great attitude not like he hates his job. He gets to know you personally as well as tells you about himself, which is awesome at building a relationship with clients. He makes up for all of the bad experiences like when Ive had to call the office or when the manager does the route. Things are bad when he goes on vacation. Thanks for being amazing Ramon!!!
I switched over to UniFirst this year after using a competitor company. I am so glad I made the switch since now the service I receive is drastically better then before. Louis our driver is phenomenal. He is friendly with all our associates and guests, he shows up on a timely manner, offers suggestions on how to help improve the overall hotel, and listens to our needs and makes it happen. Prices are very similar to my previous company and now I receive much better service and product quality. Thanks! Keep up the great work!
At first all was fine with this company, then my representative left and my account is now being handled by the General Manager -Sal Rodriguez. I have tried to make contact with this man on numerous occasions. He does not return my calls. At this point I just want to void the contract I signed for my workplace and get a copy of it. We have never received any of the supplies we need. Its been 7 weeks. I will ask our corporate office to review their choice of having them listed as a preferred vendor.
Scam artists, they’re all about getting a contract signed, not necessarily by an authorized employee and then not letting you cancel. And then automatically renewing contract. Read the fine print, now I’m in court fighting these crooks. Buyer beware or rather STAY AWAY!
Called to inquire about getting our rugs cleaned at our new grooming salon. Vivian was so helpful! She was very polite and patiently answered all my questions. We will definitely be getting services and thanks to Vivian we will be recommending to all our business neighbors!

I place the order for our small daycareAlthough were small vivi always treats us like her most important customer. She gets us what we need when we need it and shes always in a great mood when I call! It makes having the duty of placing the order for our location that much less of a pain! & UG our route guy is in and out and we dont even notice hes there. Definitely recommend their team to any business big or small!
Quick and Easy. Sorry I forgot his name but does the route for SD54, He always asks if we are good on towels and very friendly. The towels are always nice and clean!

I have worked with other uniform companies which have been a nightmare. Unifirst has been the best. From customer service, management to our route guy everything is great. Any issues we have Ramon has been on top of it and if he could not resolve the issue(which have been minimal) he contacts his managment to get it corrected. They have been very professional unlike other companies out there. Ramon does not interfere with our operations when he is here servicing my busy location. I definitely recommend Unifirst.

Veevee is our rep. Let me tell you .. For someone who must answer a million calls a day she is so upbeat!!! Its nice to talk to someone local and not just a corny voice box. Our account is what unifirst calls a national accout and is locked per our headquarters. Veevee couldnt do much as far as making changes on the spot.. but she told me the exact steps to take so we could get the correct changes made and told us to call back if we had trouble. Thanks so much veevee for caring about our local store !
Unifirst in Melrose Park, IL couldnt get anything right from the very start. Pricing was very attractive, and I would say you get what you pay for, but it wasnt worth it. The sales process was long and painful, but they still won the contract.Zero Quality Control....our shirts keep coming back stained up with grease. And not just a little. These shirts are coming back destroyed and smell terrible.Good intentions......our driver is replacing the shirts since its obviously their fault, but when our shirts keep coming back ruined, and our drivers are forced to wear disgusting shirts, dont you agree that it was better to not have the service at all?*UPDATE* After contacting corporate, the District Service Manager is trying his hardest to fix the problem. Take my advice and just pick shirts that dont stain easily. Less cotton? Nice executive shirts just dont work with Uniform services because sooner or later they WILL get ruined. Its just sad that Unifirst didnt even make it 3 months without doing just that. Some of our employees are looking forward to their 3rd set of shirts. I am looking forward to washing my own.**UPDATE2** Unifirst has figured out how to wash our shirts correctly, and after replacing almost all of our shirts 2-3 times, it seems more smooth now. HOWEVER, EVERY WEEK WE FIGHT OVER THE INVOICE! They nickle and dime us on everything. We refuse anything more than the weekly amount that was agreed upon when we signed the contract. They try to charge us for repairing clothes they damage as well as try to charge us finance charges for not paying their invoices on time.Let me tell you....their salesman told us Monthly Invoices were no problem. Not only can they not do monthly invoices, but they keep saying they are going to look into it when I call to complain, and they simply dont call back, then tack on another fee on the next invoice. This company is pathetic.
