Received an email from ADI Global indicating that we needed to renew our annual subscription for HID Origo and indicated that we should contact Alicia Adams from ADI Global. Sent an email to Alicia and got a response saying that she could not help and that I should reach out to my local ADI branch for someone to assist.Sent an email to local ADI branch and no one got back to me. So I emailed Alicia again and she had a very sarcastic response: You called your local ADI Branch and nobody answered? They have to answer, they are not allowed to NOT answer. That is the rule to answer their calls. (obviously if we are closed due to a disaster – which we are not because there has been no closings) – so please call you local ADI Branch and have someone at you local ADI Branch assist you. I cannot help you in this situation. Actually in any. I dont know why HID has me on these emails.What a dumpster fire customer service experience. Clearly ADI does not want or need my business. Do yourself a favor and never work with them for any reason. Save yourself the harassment and keep your dignity.
