I am so impressed by this company. My house was a death trap when I first moved in and Tom helped put gates on the stairs, window guards, and even plexiglass along indoor balconies. The results were beautiful and my house is so much safer. I called a few companies and I am SO glad I went with Tom. I wholehearted recommend.

When we moved into our new home, we used all star baby proofing to secure our staircases. They responded quickly and did a great job. Months later, when a piece from one of the gates broke from use, they gave us a replacement piece free of charge.

Tom came and helped us baby-proof our apartment in Manhattan. I really enjoyed the quote process, as he was thoughtful and some of the tips he gave me had nothing to do with the work he was going to do, and were practical things I had not thought of. When we were ready to do the work, they were able to schedule within 1 business week. He and his team came and performed all the work within a long morning. Now all of our furniture is secured with anti-tip straps, our radiator covers are secured so they will not tip, and our outlet covers are the sliding type the automatically close. I am very satisfied, and will use them again if we ever move out of this apartment.

I would give zero stars if I could. I called because I am trying to adopt children through foster care, and state requirements dictate that I needed a few things done on my house. I spoke with Tom and he quoted me a price for the work I need, which I agreed to without question. He then told me it wasnt worth his time to come out to do the work, even though I am only 20 minutes away from him. I explained to him that it was over 400 hundred dollars that I would happily pay, and that my husband is disabled and unable to do the work ourselves, essentially pleading with him to come out. He told me it was still not worth it to him. Not a nice guy. I get that this is a business, but I wasnt even trying to argue the money. I guess small jobs of $400 dont matter to him.

Great experience. Tom did a very thorough walk through of our home and was able to provide some great options for proofing our open concept home. Saved me hours of headaches. We have used All Star Baby Proofing twice so far. The first time Tom came in and went through the whole house and gave us a quote, from which we could choose exactly what we wanted to do. He came back and did everything within a couple of hours. He and his assistant were very neat and professional. We just recently finished our basement so Tom come back to install more gates and TV straps and found some solutions for areas we didnt even know could be baby-proofed! Highly recommended!

Tom and his team were wonderful. Tom did a completely walk-through of our apartment, pointing out several things we could do ourselves to make it safer for our son in addition to the products he had to offer, like baby gates and cabinet locks. As a new father himself, he genuinely seems to care about his work, and I felt like Id taken a course in baby safety after spending a few hours with him. He and the guys working for him were extremely considerate, covering their shoes when they came inside, helping us to cover a hole left in the wall when the landlord installed a new radiator, etc., and I appreciated their mindfulness of aesthetics (i.e. bringing gates that matched the stairway). They also came back, for free, a few months later after a friends child pulled off our toilet seat lock and a few other locks came loose. They care about getting the job done right, and I recommend them highly.
