Went early morning to get the breakfast. Bagels taste good so was the coffee. Staff is very nice and listening, how you need your order. Service is quick.Restaurant is very clean and they have lots of choice to choose your food.Definitely will go back again.

Pretty much the best bagels I’ve been able to find in Suffolk County. Everyone who is friendly, the staff is helpful and responsive, spacious even though there’s no seating at the current time I still feel like there’s more than enough room to space everyone out. Everything then we taste pretty damn close to perfect and I’ve been trying to recommend other people in the area to try pretty much From their menu.

Store was empty at 6am Sunday morning, yet still managed to leave an awful first impression. Placed a simple order: Bacon, eggs, cheese with salt pepper and ketchup on a poppy bagel. They even write it with checkboxes. And also on a whole wheat wrap, bacon, eggs, cheese, and spinach. Paid 14.70. Yet first sandwich has no ketchup and wrap has no spinach. Will never come again.Gave extra star because the bagel itself was delicious... But the sandwiches were not great

Food is fire but the staff is borderline incompetent. They still dont understand you need dedicated people on the pickup line 🤷‍♂️

Best bagel place in Huntington. Besides bagels, their bakery offerings are varied and delicious. Deli counter is well stocked, staff typically friendly, and pricing is norm for the area. Clean inside with seating and depending on the time of the day iffy parking. They now ship bagels nationwide, fifty bucks for a dozen and I havent tried this service yet but its good to know you can get it if youre really craving a bagel and dont care about the price.

Bagel Biz is definetely one of my favorite places to visit for a breakfast bagel, and may or may not be the unofficial patron saint for hangover cures that Long Islanders occupy every weekend. I especially love their cream cheese: they lay the stuff on thick, which is great if youre as much a fan of it as I am. The line can get insanely long at their busiest hours, but I think its worth it. Nobody beats their iced coffee, either.

Located near the Walt Whitman mall, this place is perfect for great bagels and fabulous desserts. They have a cake decorator on premises. Perfect also for a lunch sandwich or a tossed salad. Worth a visit of your in the Melville area of long island . They also have parking which is a bonus

The food is very good, but don’t come here if you expect on going in for a quick bite. Ordering the sandwich takes a lot of time, but having to wait for it takes even longer.Calling in a order to pick up doesn’t help as well, as you’ll also have to wait upwards to 10 minutes for someone to ring you up.I love coming here, but the long wait times make it difficult.

The bagels are always delicious. They have a great selection and amazing pastries and baked goods too. The downside to being an amazing place is that they get pretty busy.

I love this place and I treat my son here when hes doing what he should be. The food options are GREAT. And they also gave me a warning on the cookies my son wanted that they contain peanuts. Which is very good because my nephew has severe peanut allergy! But the line is very long they should have more than 2 registers available for a speedier check out and should start orders at the door. Its such a mess the line to order is the same line to check out is the same line wait for your order. That should be fixed. By the time you give your order and wait and pay its just a massive pile of people stepping on each other bumping into each other. They need a better system. But a great place if you have the patients and no are okay with small crowded spaces.

Great LI NY Bagels. Awesomely crisp on outside and soft bread on inside. Must get the Everything and Salt Bagels.Deli has top shelf deserts and salads as well.Must visit and re-visit when your in the area.

I’ve been to this place a couple times due to the convenience on my way to....but the last two times I’ve had to wait because of some error in my order either they forgot I was waiting and the second time I called ahead and they didn’t have my order ready again. I’m so disappointed they need to get their priorities on track.

Any time were in town visiting the in-laws, we come here almost every day for breakfast. The bagels are dense but soft and perfect for a sausage egg cheese. The lines are long, but worth it, plus they move real fast anyways so stick it out! Lots of cute pastries to admire while you wait too. Ive tried a few and some are a little too sweet for me, but still tasty. I wish DC had delis like this!

Called to pick up an order. They said 15 minutes, ok no problem. Once I get there after 20 25 minutes they tell me itll be another couple of minutes. Easy to see right off of Route 110 Servicing Melville and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Moderately clean facilities. Bagels, pastries, cookies, etc. Long lines from Breakfast to lunchtime. So if youre in a hurry, this place is not for you. Reasonably priced. Credit cards accepted. Bagel heaven. Theyre very generous with the cream cheese, and I loved the customer service. Ill definitely be returning, not only for the bagels, but for all the delicious desserts that tempted me on my first visit.

Call ahead your order if you are going on the weekend, if you dont the line is with the wait. The lox is fresh and the bagels are always warm. We are never disappointed.

Food here is good. Bagels are great. Spreads are good too. Pastries are a yummy treat. The only problem Ive had is when I dont go first thing in the morning, the less experienced staff seem to be working. In a fast paced business its hard to watch teenagers gossip or carry food touching their clothing because theyre too lazy to pay attention to customers or use a tray. Its definitely best to go early where things run like a machine.

Ive been going to this bagel place for about 5 years now. The bagels here are amazing and you can tell that the bagels are made fresh in the back. If youre looking for amazing bagels or so great sandwiches this is your place. Oh and might I add, the parfaits are also great and made fresh every morning.

This place is the best bagel place to go to. We always come here for bagels and breakfast when visiting relatives in NY. Not only is the food the best but great service. Never happened before but we got home and our order was missing 2 choclate croissants, not only did they deliver the croissants to our home, but they gave us a whole bag of free bagels. The ultimate in customer service! What a great company.

Awesome bagels, always hot and fresh. The deli meats are fresher than the supermarket and bakery items are outrageous! The staff is always friendly, even at 6am!! This is my “go-to” bagel store, and I consider myself to be a bagel snob...this is right up there with the original bagel boss...if only they were open 247!

So I stop in this shop when visiting family in the area. We bring a dozen home on our way back upstate. Sandwiches always great, wife lives their lox. Few months ago I had time to get breakfast before a meeting. Ham, egg, cheese on an everything bagel. It was so good I considered asking the woman behind the counter if she wanted to get married. We ordered the “you pick option”, the bagels were delivered the next day to Washington DC. They tasted fresh from the oven! I love the food choices and the prices but I do wish there was a more organized way of placing orders like through an app or through the website. Sometimes I end up waiting in life for quite some time and I think something like an ordering system would help make that experience so much smother.

Bagel Biz makes the freshest bagels around. This company is well known in the area for fast service, clean shelves, and lines that go through the entire store on weekends, especially in the mornings.They seem to be the only bagel place that makes their bagels on the premises. They also cater, and have plenty of cakes, danish, cookies, muffins, breakfast foods (cooked while you wait), lunch sandwiches, salads, and a refrigerator of basic items you can buy, like milk, butter, juice, cream cheese, etc.I removed 1 star only because every once in awhile the bagels are overcooked making them dark brown and tough to chew through the crust. The majority are perfectly done--soft on the inside and slightly crispy on the bottom outside. Ask for what you want and theyll do their best to make you happy.Update 9 Jul 19: Added a star as they have worked on making sure the bagels are more evenly cooked without the overcooking.

Their bagels are perfect, literally, they are soft, always fresh and in the morning they are hot! The bagels are dense like they are supposed to be, not light and bread like.Their cream cheese is good too and they have delicious fresh squeezed OJ plus a great bakery! Yumm.. 😛 3 bucks and change for a bagel with cream cheese, well worth it! Just be prepared for their morning line, but they do have great and quick customer service with plenty of employees to assist!

The food is very inconsistent. Ordered an egg white bagel with spinach. The bagel was soaked in cooking oil absolutely disgusting of course I threw it in the garbage. I would not recommend.

Extremely aggravating to do business with. Last year we bought a cake from them, ive been trying for almost half a week to get in touch with the baker. I called monday, was assured they would call tuesday morning. No call received, so I called myself tuesday, was told to call Wednesday before 1pm. Called and no one answered. Shouldnt take 4+ calls to order a cake. Luckily this forced me to find a different bakery - Emelias which has been amazing. A bit of a silver lining.

Theres a number of bagel places close to my home but this one cant be beat. Really a combination bagel store, breakfast place and bakery with about 50 feet of glass display cases to show off their goodies. They even made a huge cake for my daughters sweet 16 party. The long lines can seem intimidating each morning but a friendly staff moves it along quite well. Very clean place too. Ive never been disappointed here.

There is a reason for the long line and wait at bagel biz, they have one of the best bacon egg and cheese on the eastern seaboard! Not to mention their world renowned bagels and home baked pastries!
