I was very disappointed in a 3 day delay just to get a technician to look at my equipment. Then another 4 days to get the parts. They left me down for 7 days to get a supply item for a machine I purchased last year from them., After speaking to management and wasting endless hours on the phone, no one cared at all. I would definitely steer clear of this company at all costs.

Great MFPS. The longevity of the salespeople is amazing but not as amazing as the service technicians who on average have been there 20+ years
