Embroid Me of Huntington was a life saver for me. I work with local high schools and because of a manufacturing error, I was in a bind with an impending graduation. The staff is great. The product is good quality. The service is good as well. I do wish that they had better attention to details regarding orders. We had to figure out orders for our group based on elimination. The master order list needs to contain more specific information!

They were very nice to deal with & had my embroidery very quickly!

I had an expensive jacket brought here and asked for them to match the color of the existing logo that was on the jacket already, I selected the color from the choices in the store, they made me sign for after, which I did, however I pointed to grey and they did the logo in green which is not what I told the girl in the store, she obviously entered the code wrong, the manager did nothing except offer a patch or sharpie for the green logo which looks horrible next the other grey logo it was suppose to match. He wont take responsibility for his stores errors. for this reason I feel uncomfortable using them again and would avoid as they also couldnt even spell my company name correct and I had to correct them on that multiple times,they lack...competent sales people, &Integrity dont buy here!

Have been very helpful with my companys embroidery & apparel needs.

Merium and Mohammed run a wonderful embroidery business. But not only do they do embroidery which we used for more than 100 Allbird sneakers, but we also got custom pedometers from them for our corporate walking challenge. They worked with us the whole way assisting and showing us what samples would look like before production. Their prices cant be beat!!!

Very poor workmanship! Will not fix poor work, will not use them again.Do not use EmbroidMe under any circumstances. They ruined a $70 jacket and will not repair or replace it. When you talk to them on the phone they laugh in your face, I did not think it was very funny at all. The next step is small claims court. Just filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau with this company. Do not use!

They embroidered my jacket in the wrong color and refused to take responsibility because despite there employee typing in the wrong color code they claimed I as the customer didnt double check her and look up the code to ensure she was doing her job right. DO NOT SHOP HERE THEY TAKE NO RESPONSBILITY FOR THERE WORK!!!

He is always able to provide the best advice and the most reasonable pricing for all the artwork and framing I have had done by Embroidme of Huntington. I sought his assistance in creating magnetic lapel name plates and within 1 hour of our discussion, i received an email with a design and layout of what I had asked for. i made some minor adjustments and asked for a proof to be sent back to me for my approval. Mohammed and his team nailed it on the first attempt to make what I needed come to life. the magnetic name plates came out beautiful and work without any problems at all. lastly, I would like to thank Mohammed and his team for donating not only their time in the layout and design, but the magnetic name plates as well. And the employees/management is inept.After leaving a deposit of 50% they took two months to finish the work on two dozen t-shirts and 4 hoodies...and naturally still manages to ruin the order with the wrong color shirts and errors in the design.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANYYOU HAVE BEEN WARNED

HORRIBLE check out the reviews on yelp they once were good but NOT anymore. If they screw up you still pay for it thats their policy. Th r y guy that I was working with was ignorant / or just stupid couldnt spell my first name and couldnt pronounce it once it was told to him which made me very nervous as my shirts are expensive and I related my concern to him at which point he showed me the sign which basically states if we the store embroideryme make a mistake you the customer still have to pay and we the store will not be responsible. ... thus RUN dont walk away from these people. Its a shame last year totally different. ..if you look on yelp you will see another person had similar experience a few days before me, I wished I would have looked I could have avoided going there and wasting my time

PLEASE DONT TAKE A CHANCE.. YOU WILL PAY FOR HIS MISTAKES. Terrible ethics and a terrible person. I shouldve listened to the previous reviews... He forgot to embroider the names that were clearly on the invoice and then still charged me a rush fee while I stood there for an hour. He made his 19 year old daughter handle the issue and refused to come out from the back room because he was busy Then when I requested he refund the rush fee, he called me an idiot and told me to get the fu*k out of his store while his daughter cried because she couldnt deal with the embarrassment. Im a business owner and a father and im ashamed of this man and his practice.

For anyone looking for a job with Embroidme- huntington. Be very careful. I was warned when I started working there but I did not listen. MAKE SURE YOU GET PAID in a timely manner before you continue to come in. I worked for 3 months with only a promise of getting paid my commission. Needless to say Mohammed never paid me. I watched him do it to 2 other employees while I was there and heard stories of him not paying others thier actual salary.
