Owner was extremely helpful despite being closed to the general public due to Covid restrictions. Have worked with K&K before and experience has always been helpful and informative.

If I could give less than 1 star, I would. My wife and I visited and met the owner a few weeks ago, he was nice and helpful. We talked our mason into buying from K&K because they were nice, at first. We went back Thursday to buy the stones with our mason. My wife had a few questions concerning the stone color. An employee was helping us and explained we could not get exactly what we wanted. My mason and wife were looking at options when the owner came by and starts screaming THE PARTY IS OVER - YOU NEED TO LEAVE. We tried to explain that we were picking alternates and he kept saying you need to leave now. We are closed to the public. My mason is not the public he is a trade. That incredibly rude man walked us to the gate and kept saying we have to leave. If you want to get abused for the right to spend your money, go here.

Our constructor ordered pavers from other place for us but it got insanely delayed, so we found k&k online and went there to see if they have anything in stock. They do have a lot of product in stock! Angela help us, order today, deliver next day. Amazing and reliable service, everyone was very nice. I’ll definitely recommend to everyone.

I called KK last week looking for certain pavers. We spoke to Michael, and I cannot express enough how nice this man was, I was calling all over Long Island trying to piece together a project that a contractor never ordered for us. A lot of the guys at other places wouldn’t even let me speak to tell them what I was looking for before they were telling us no. Michael went above and beyond and really came through with what we needed. Thank you for amazing customer service and taking the time to help us. Our job is finally getting done now!

I think the owner may be going senile, in which case I apologize for finding him so offensive. We met our contractor here to pick stones. The owner was unbelievably rude and then tried to blame it on COVID even though we were all following the rules set in place. We chose our stone while there after the owner calmed down and seemed to be having a lucid moment. But we are putting it in our contract that the stone needs to be purchased elsewhere. No way are we giving this jerk our business.

K & K are worth the 5 stars I gave them, Mike was the BEST, he has a GREAT attitude he makes the customer feel important! He is very professional, it was great doing business with him and K&K he will be getting my business for a long time and I will tell my family and friends to speak to him in the future, Thank You Mike, Regards DM.
