I just want to say how great their customer service is, pasquale and another man helped me print a project on two separate occasions and they had so much patience with me to print it out right! Good people
Im not sure where the negative reviews are coming from but Im here usually two to three times a week and everyone there from managers to new hires are great, friendly, and get the job done quickly and efficiently! Keep doing what youre doing!
Employees are great, fantastic customer service. the manager verbally abused an employee for dropping a package. It accidentally fell to the ground. I saw the package fall to the ground by it self. There was no need To Verbally abuse someone. The manager needs to correct the Employee in private but Sadly I hear Everything. Not Good, come on FEDEX
If there was a way to leave less than 1 star I would. I went to the FedEx ship Center in Melville to simply drop off a Lord & Taylor prepaid return. Was shipping a t-shirt in a heavy shoe box covered with brown packing paper. Was told that FedEx does not like packages wrapped in brown paper and that the box was probably not sturdy enough to ship. Was told I can pay to have them properly pack and ship. Guy was a real Richard. I left and went to the UPS store, about a mile down the road. They said Thank You and gave me a tracking receipt.Will never go back and plan to post as many bad reviews as I can.
It’s a three or four star location in person, but phone service is awful. Long holds. And even hang ups with staff saying “we’re busy” or “don’t call us.” One star or less for phone, but I presume this could be remedied.
They always print my blueprints wrong
Very kind and professional people here. I went to drop off a pre-labeled package today but missed the last pickup. The person kindly directed me to the FedEx shipping center in Melville. I got lost along the way and called the store. A different person gave me directions again and helped me to find it.
This particular location is extremely considerate of personal preferences and details regarding orders. They are very willing to project Quality and interest in my projects, if I take the time to explain. They are the best possible solution in the area.!
Extremely rude people working, I stood at counter for about 5min before either person acknowledged my presence (they kept going about their buissness) didn’t say “I’ll be right with you” just ignores me. Then when they finalized helped me, told me that I was at the wrong fed ex location but would not give me directions to the correct just kept repeating the address.
Terrible customer service attitude avoid this location if possible. We now drive a few extra miles to not visit this location anymore. Considering the switch to UPS for all my packages to avoid this kind of issue in the future.
Extremely rude service over the phone. Put me on hold while I was talking then came back and gave me tons of attitude. Add this to the already unreliable shipping service and I wonder how long they will last!
Good staff. I have never had an issue with the staff or management here. They have always went above and beyond to assist with any question I have. Amazing FedEx.
Staff member was very helpful but they dont have the driver installed for their scanners so theyre useless... simple thing that made scanning an important document a huge pain
Had to print a pdf file into a book last second for a weekend workshop. Service was on point and quick.

You are better off going to ANY other Fedex than this location! I have a problem with almost everyone I come into contact with at this store. The last time I went I brought with me a small box I packed myself. It was a clean, new box that I used professional packing tape to secure. It had a ton of bubble wrap inside, surrounding my object. I walked up the counter and put it down. The first, blunt question was, Whats in the box? I find that to be an invasion of privacy. Its nobody business what the contents of the box where. I told her it was a wooden item and she replied, Can it take a 250 pound hit? Excuse me? .. I asked her if it was her intention to purposely damage my box. She said she recommended I get it repacked at their store. WHAT?? I felt as if she was trying to strong-arm me into paying to have a perfectly good package re-packed. So I questioned the competency of their drivers if they dont know to place a small, light package on TOP of a large, heavy one. She was ridiculously rude and I left there with NO confidence my item would be shipped safely. Luckily, it arrived in one piece but the experience was AWFUL.I also ship for my husbands business several times a week and every single time I have to deal with this one employee, he comes up with some ridiculous reason I cant ship my item. You need to tape every corner. Theres a small scratch on the side of the box. Its not a perfect square shape. EVERY SINGLE TIME!!!!! If I bring the SAME item to the Commack location, they take it, smile and give me a receipt.I dont know whos training the employees at this location, but theyre doing a horrible job. I leave their with such headaches that I now just take the extra 15 minute drive to avoid this place at all costs. I cannot stress enough how this particular Fedex location has, on several occasions, really ruined my day.
The female employee I dealt with there was very rude and had a real attitude. It was obvious all she wanted to do was leave, felt very uncomfortable. Printer was giving problems as well.

Took forever to get a package delivered. Terrible service.
Only 2 staff people but luckily it wasnt very busy. Imagine if it was crowded it would have taken a long time.
Got here at 8:18 and theres a sign on the door be back at 8:45
