Horrible experience!Tried to buy a new compressor, but STEVE made it very clear I was bothering him and wasting his time even though I spoke with him on the phone prior to my trip up there.He also does not follow any social distancing or company mask rules even though he likes to use that as an excuse for everything else.

Terrible company! Could care less if they ever do anything to help you.Employees just sit around and do nothing all day!Steve lied to me to my face as well as over the phone. What a terrible person to have to deal with!Do not buy from this shady company!

Fantastic place to deal withI have had no troubles with my air compressor whatsoever and Ive had it for many yearsThis year the plastic sight glass cover broke on my compressor and they took care of it in a matter of a few days. I am so impressed with this company and the compressor I purchased I will definitely buy another one

I have a PK5020 compressor, i needed a pressure switch and belt for it. I called and talked to Steve, he gave me part numbers and said he would get the 2 parts boxed up and shipped. Being i live in NY, he said coming from TN it would take 4 days through FedEx. i had ordered it on 11/22/19, with Thanksgiving the following week i expected a little longer delay in receiving the parts. 11/29/19 i had not received any confirmation or tracking number so i called Steve again and inquired about my parts, after some digging he had to do, the parts never shipped due to they didnt have any shipping labels and most likely would be Monday that it would ship, he offered to take 10% off the bill. That Monday I received the shipping information and parts were expected to arrive 12/5/19, package showed up, i open the box and i only received the pressure switch, so once again i call Steve and ask about the belt that never came. He stated that he never shipped it and that it would take another 4 days to get me the belt. so after 2 weeks of trying to get my parts I would now have to wait another 4 days to get the belt that was supposed to be shipped originally. I went to Napa, walked in and have the same belt in my hand in 5 mins and was $9.89 vs Pumas $22 plus shipping! Worst place i have ever dealt with for parts. If i could have found the pressure switch somewhere online i wouldve bought it there rather than Puma!

I would just like to let the people know that does business with this company, you are dealing with a company that will not do the right thing when it comes to charging a customer when it was their mistake. I order a check valve and gave them the correct measurement and when I received the valve it was the wrong size, not the size that I ORDERD .I called them and talk to STEVE the same person that I gave the right measurement to in the beginning and he told methat I would have to pay for shipping the wrong part back to them. I said you mean to tell me that I have to pay for your mistake. He said that he talked to his supervisor and was told that I had to pay for shipping the wrong valve back to this company . They charged me $19.08 for shipping me a small valve that was a few ounces in weight 120 miles. Im letting the people know what type of company you are dealing with. If I had ordered another valve I would have had to pay for shipping again. Just not right.
