Used my debit card with pin number at checkout. The employee working the cash register insisted on seeing my ID. I explained that I am not using my debit card as a credit card and that she had no right to ask me for my ID. She insisted on wanting to see my ID. So I refused and left the store without purchasing anything. Definitely won’t be returning to this store ever again.

This store is HORRIBLE.I ordered items online around 7 am on Friday. I was told they would be available at 2 pm that day. I went to get the items at 3 pm, and they had my paperwork but couldn’t find my items. I was told to come back.I came back that Monday and was told they cancelled my order. However, there isn’t a refund pending on my order. Eddie, the incompetent manager, was of NO help and he put his associate Sidney on the line so she could not only be just as useless but also Condescending herself.Avoid this store at all cost. Curb side pickup and delivery is a joke.

I want to give a shout out to David at the Wolfchase location! He is always so helpful!! He definitely goes the extra mile when I can’t find what I’m looking for. About 5 years ago I was in there shopping and I lost my diamond necklace. David was on his hands and knees with me crawling all over the floor helping me try to find it. We never found it so I’m sure someone is enjoying my diamond.I was in there today and he went the extra mile again helping find what I needed. The staff is always very friendly as well!! This is one of my favorite stores! I highly recommend!!

They still had a lot of clearance items. One item I found for my bed regular price $59 mark down $29. Oh and the bathroom rugs are on sale if you like deep fall colors.

My favorite store

Robert, Wolfchase manager, is an absolutely amazing person. He will help you solve problems his store didnt even create. Daughter bought Nespresso machine for a present. It broke in weeks. Nespresso promised every week for 3 weeks a replacement. They over promise and under deliver. Robert switched it in one day. Talk about customer service. In a world full of lousy Nespresso employees ... Be a Robert. What a kind man.

My visit was on the day before Thanksgiving so they were gearing up for Christmas shopping. I found exactly what I wanted fairly quickly and for a good price plus I had a 20% off coupon! The line at the checkout was rapidly getting long as I got in it but they called more checkers and I think everyone was satisfied. The young man who was my checker was very nice. I hadnt been there in a while but I will definitely be returning.

Don’t offer curbside pick up if your staff is going to avoid servicing ppl and just look out the window until you come inside after waiting 10 mins. Three ppl standing there not doing anything. Ridiculous.

The restroom was open to the public. Good security.

Found some great deals on crystal glassware! Some of the sets were supposed to have 4 pieces but because there were only 2 matching pieces, the manager gave me an even better deal than the already reduced price of 75%. Going back to see what else I can find. Staff was very nice

So they have really changed things around at this location. I like that they are now carrying various bath products like soap and lotion. I like the more organized check outs. However their inventory system is off. I went in for a specific item that the app said was in stock. Even the associate I found said their system showed they had 7. The store had ZERO. They did check their unorganized over stock and never found it. The store was helpful and said they could order it for me. However unless I ordered almost $40 in product it would be $3 shipping. Why should I have to pay shipping on an item that says that it is in stock. Its your error. Had I pre-ordered and selected 2 hour store pickup would you have notified me you didnt have it before I drove across town?

I utilized the curbside pick-up option. The sales associate on the phone was polite when I called to notify them of my arrival. The associate who actually brought my items out, on the other hand, was not polite at all and appeared annoyed. Service was quick though.

This is my very favorite place to buy wedding gifts. They maintain a wonderful registry program that is so simple for the bride and groom and for the person purchasing a gift for them. Theyll ship it for free and I believe they gift wrap it for free also. The staff I have dealt with always seem very informed on the products and the process. Always appreciate helpful service! And my very favorite thing is that Bed Bath & Beyond mails out 20% off coupons regularly!! This makes it really easy to want to purchase gifts there.

I absolutely enjoyed my shopping experience today. I went in with my sister to find curtains, and we were having trouble finding a good match. We ran into David, who is not only an employee, but an interior designer. He was extremely helpful in helping us select the perfect match. Everyone in this store was very helpful! Loved it!

Thank goodness that we dont rate a store by the first employee or worker we meet...My experience is positive in that after trying to get help asking a worker for help...She said, I am on the way to get a Call😒 Really? I thought with the puzzled look on my face..As if it wasnt important what I needed..She then said, I have kept this call waiting already,...Ill call someone to help...And no one came...But a worker Sandra at this store was able to help me find everything I needed and directed me to the clearance items, being very patient, showing EXCELLENT customer service skills.. Kudos to You Sandra thanks for keeping me in this store..

Theres really no better store for a better selection of nice quality (yet still adorable) home items such as bedding, tableware, place settings (dishes), and kitchen gadgets. The layout is just a bit snug for my tastes, to make it easier to get a cart down one side of the divided aisle and not force a person walking to go to the other side. But other than that, I love just strolling through and seeing what items I can spot that would make my kitchen or bathroom that much more awesome!

Prices here have always been too high. Probably why they are having financial issues. But is a good place to purchase hard to find items.

Bed, Bath, and Beyond always has very interesting things for sale. We went to buy a wedding gift. The staff was very helpful.

We came looking for a specific item which inventory stated there was one left in the store. Sandra went above and beyond to help us try and find it. She was the most helpful and is the definition of great customer service!

The best part about Bed Bath & Beyond is that they take expired coupons that you get in the mail. They also group coupons together on one order so that we can get the maximum discount.This location is conveniently located off the highway and is close to other shopping centers.

Power went out in the storm, came back quickly but no one could check out. In just a few minutes the clerk rebooted her register and the transaction was complete, quick thinking saved the day. And I got just what I needed.

The associates at the Wolfchase location are always very helpful. We live closer to the Collierville store but choose to shop at Wolfchase because we have never been disappointed with the products or service we get there. Weve purchased bedding products, towels, vacuum cleaners, tv antennas and more there and very seldom experience problems with the products. On the few occassions weve had to return something the staff was very understanding and accommodating.

Best Bed Bad Bath and Beyond I have ever been to out of the 8 cities I have lived in.Customer service is top notch. I have never been to a store where EVERY single customer representative was helpful and knowledgeable. My wife and I have been to this store several times and always have a great shopping experience. Vincent has helped us multiple times and even let me use the Dyson vacuum they had before purchasing one.Lets face it, their main competition is Amazon; however as good as Amazon is (We have Prime), I love coming to this store and browsing. The warranty and ease of returning items cant be beat. I would rather shop here than on Amazon for similar items.I recommend price checking an item if you think its too much because often it is on sale and hasnt been updated yet.
