I work for a large trucking company and tasked with purchasing some equipment. However, I didnt have enough knowledge to ask all the technical questions, but enough to get the information I needed from them to guide me in the right direction. Although they did not sell the product I needed, they helped me zero in on the best type of video equipment I needed for my purposes. This is called customer service and building relationships. We will be building a state of the art training and conference center soon for our new hires and I will definitely recommend these guys to the decision makers.

These people have the equipment to get the job done. They have a professional staff and rigging crew that exceeds all expectations. They have a huge reputable background and I recommend them for any event need someone may have.

The most unprofessional company I’ve ever deal with. Rude technicians and even worse “customer service”. Would NOT recommend! Conference Technologies is a much better company to deal with and would highly suggest going with them.

We use this company for media rental (projectors, screens, etc.) and they are AWESOME. Super friendly staff!
