HORRIBLE customer service and professionalism. Calling in to request or follow up on a part is a waste of time, literally. It takes FOREVER to answer the phone and when they do, you are put on hold immediately for at least an hour if the line doesnt hang up the call.Unfortunately, Im sure these reviews arent taken seriously nor will their business practices improve. DO NOT SUPPORT!!!

Horrible customer service. Furthermore the comedy playing while I was on hold is inappropriate for a business of the caliber. It shouldn’t take 45 minutes to get a simple answer. The due to Covid excuse doesn’t sit well either. Do the job or find another one. We as customers are overwhelmed also!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely worst customer service. They make you come stand in a line thats over an hour long instead of paying over the phone. No matter how much it costs, go somewhere else. Hell, sell one of your kids if you have to... itll be worth it.

Scott marshall!!! Im highly disappointed with the service you have provided been waiting on a order for almost 2 weeks. spoke with Ron 4/1 around 8:35 who ensured that my order was coming out today . called again and spoke with Clara 4:30 was on hold till 5 no order till Monday 🤬🤬 what!!! So now I have to drive almost 2 hours to get these parts myself hopefully they have them in stock . bad business scott!!

Drove 2 hours to pickup parts that were not there. Showed them in inventory but just a waste of time. Had them sent UPS and they havent shown up yet. Trying to call to get a tracking number and Im just put on hold and no one ever returns. Waited up to 20 minutes.

They have the worst receptsionist in the world she actually doesnt answer the phone for customers puts you on hold and if you dont hold on for an hour she literally doesnt answer the phone for a customer what a bad business... Then presses ignore when you try and call back what a way to treat someone trying to spend money with you....

I tried to call today to get a price quote. I was put on hold to the term can you hold. Before I could even respond. Boom on hold forced to listen to old Jeff Foxworthy stand up.15 minutes. I hung up to call again. When the lady that answers the phone answered. I actually told her I was on hold for 10 minutes. Trying to be polite. After telling her of my lengthy on hold wait. Her response was (yeah) in a snipity tone. I hung up, figured just to avoid this lady. I would pay shipping and order from a different location in another state. Guess what this rude woman answers all three phone numbers. CrudIf I could give their customer service less than a zero. Because I was never actually spoken to. Customer care is horrible at this place. Amazon is easier to deal with and I am sure their prices are lower anyway.

I ordered several parts for the front end of a car we are working on. Girl was in a super rush to get off the phone. Went to pickup parts the next day and was told that they didnt carry any of the parts I ordered. Sure would have been nice to know so I could prepare my customer for a wait. Go to Certifit. Prices are better and they are much more friendly.

Call here all them time, have never spoken to someone who was friendly. Very impersonal staff.Prices are great but service need work. When you spend a lot of money at a business and get talked to like you are nothing it makes you not want to do business anymore. If these owners dont intervene I foresee a lot of lost business

It seems Im not the only one that has issues with these people when it comes to inventory management. I called them to check on hinges for a Toyota Rav4 and they said they have to order them. That was totally fine. But the called me the next day and told me the hinges were ready to pick up and they would hold them for me for three days, but when I went to get the hinges one day later they didnt have them. Apparently they never had them. This created a huge mess because of communication issues and timing with the body shop that is helping us repair our car. They apologized at some level, but it didnt seem sincere. It seems a bit stupid to order something specific and then call the customer to let them know they have the product without actually making sure they have it. I didnt ask for a discount or anything, but they were fully aware that I was angry on levels that is worth more than what I spent. Plus I gave the body shop a piece of my mind for using them as a parts supplier. I could have purchased the hinges elsewhere for almost the same price even as an individual. The trouble they caused and time lost certainly wasnt worth the few dollars we saved. Zero stars for not being aware enough that $30 isnt worth destroying a business relationship. This was the Nashville, TN location.

Customer service is terrible!!! I called I didn’t have an exact answer about the part I needed...so I asked if I could get the price on both parts, receptionist hung up in my face. I called another day it was 5:05 this lady answered the phone and said it’s 5’o clock we are closed call back tomorrow and hung up the phone.

This place said they have the parts I needed for an 01 cobra. Drive an hr one way just to be told they DONT have the parts and CANT order them even though their computer system listed a price and estimated shipping arrival they still proceeded to give me the run around on why they couldnt order the parts that their computers showed they had. Bad for business.
