Their technicians are extremely skilled as they require unique training specific to numerous auto makers such as, Nissan, GM, Ford, BMW, Audi, Infiniti, Mercedes and so forth. Never had any problems or doubts when it came to blending paints, corrections, quality, fit or finish. 3A Collision is Clutch in all aspects! I have used 3A a couple of times in the past to repair body damage on other vehicles and the results were fantastic, so when my brand new Subaru WRX was damaged by a deer, they were my first choice. This shop has one of the best painters I have ever seen. I am VERY picky about paint appearance and they always live up to my standards. There were a couple of return trips made to correct some small issues (not paint related), but Joe was always on the ball, returned phone calls quickly, and was just an all around great guy to work with. Dont hesitate to take your car here when you need body work. I wouldnt trust anyone else.

I had the worst experience with my insurance company but the employee from 3A that worked on my care was very knowledgeable of how to handle the insurance company and made everything easy for me. The repairs and paint are a perfect match. Everything was a great experience with 3A specifically. Would definitely recommend and return for business any day!

I’d like to say that 3a collision has some great service & great folks working there. Honestly some of the best customer service I’ve seen at any body shop I’ve serviced a vehicle at.I took my Nissan GTR to get the fiber glass repaired just too have it crack again in the same spot 2 weeks later. Fortunately they took my vehicle back & it looks like they’re willing to take care of it. Still though due to the circumstances I can’t give them the full 5 stars. Regardless I’d recommend them to my friends or family!

They were very friendly & knowledgeable. Very nice & clean office, polite staff. No appointment needed for an estimate & we were done within 20min. Once they started working on our car they handled the insurance agency & kept us updated on what was going on. Got car back today looks great & would definitely go back in the future for any issues.

I was rear-ended while driving through Memphis 2 years ago. The Honda dealership sent me to 3A, and they repaired my (then) year-old Honda. When I had an issue after I picked it up, they had a mechanic ride around with me until he figured out the problem. I have been driving it ever since, and you would never know that it had been in an accident. They are a great outfit.

The minute you walk through the door you are greated with a warm hello. Customer Service is great and the repair looks great and was estimated to take 2 hours but from time in the door, fill out forms, wait then get car was 47:35 😳 I was super impressed 👍🏾👍🏾

I recently had an accident and through word of mouth heard about the great job that they had done on previous jobs. The service I received was unbelievable. I was treated like a family friend. The staff was very sensitive to my time and my needs. I needed my vehicle back on a certain date and they were two days early!!! I would recommend this body shop to anyone who cares about the way they are treated. I was kept informed of all the progress and that was important to me because I use my vehicle in my job. And the body work was terrific! My car ended up looking brand new!! Will refer this body shop to anyone I hear in need of body work; thank goodness I was!!

Anytime I have ever had to have any type of body work done on my vehicle (big or small) they have always done a truly exceptional job on paying attention to detail in all aspects of repairing any damages that my car had. I drive an Infiniti that has a special, unique (white) paint job on it and they were able to match the paint on a new bumper I had to have replaced on it PERFECTLY with that to the rest of the car. I highly recommend them to EVERYBODY! Very nice people and very professional.

Great service, great people, I was kept up to date on the progress with my car. It came back looking brand new which was important to me because I was rear ended 3 days after purchasing my new car. I literally had less than 400 miles on it. I will definitely be recommending AAA to anyone in need of collision repair.

They were a pleasure to work with.My car was originally repaired in January 2017 I made this review about my experience at that time.I recently was doing some repair work on my vehicle in September of 2018. I had to remove the rear bumper cover that they replaced.I found that there were several missing missing fasteners for the bumper cover and impact absorber. At that time they also painted and Blended the passenger side quarter panel. I never noticed it until recently that they left off the emblem from the quarter panel. this vehicle has been in my familys possession for 16 years. They are the only ones who have ever done anybody work on this car. one of the tail lights also has a small chip in it that was not there before I took the car in. I had previously a month before they had the car replaced that tail light myself with a used oem one.

They repaired our Mustang that was in a rear end collision. Everyone was professional and helpful. The car came back looking like it just rolled off the showroom floor!
