Someone backed into my truck and I originally went here for some paintless dent repair. They attempted the paintless dent repair and were not happy with the outcome so we ended up doing a full repair at an extremely fair price. The people here are super friendly and great to work with. Give them time to do the job right in the results are excellent. I would highly recommend this shop

Do not visit this location. They are not professional and they don’t do good work. Just a bunch of lies. I took my car in and it didn’t get fixed. Just a waste of my time. They should just close! They seems like good people, but their work doesn’t match up to the quality of work.

Took my truck in for a dent on the bed. Said that it could not be fixed by paintless dent repair and look right so they gave me a price to do body work and repaint. The price was good so we decided to add the front grill and bumper which had paint chips from rocks and road debris. Showed up to pick the truck up the first time and the bumper still had chips out of it. Second time it had severe pits and sand marks plus runs in the paint... the third time it still had pits and sand marks.. after that I gave up.. I dont believe that Ron and the person working with him know what they are doing. After three times repainting it still looks like a backyard job. Now it will probably cost a couple thousand to fix the damage caused by them.. DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME!!! Pay the extra money and go to a reputable shop....

The work done is not good and they dont know how to repair dents. I would not use this business. The owner doesnt return calls or do anything to solve the problem.

I originally wanted to rate them 5 stars because they did a fantastic job with removing the hail damage from my car but when I went out for a test drive after I got my car back, I realized the sun roof wasnt working correctly. I went back and told them to fix the issue but instead of helping me, they told me that the sun roof was working prefectly fine when I took the car back from them. It ended up turning into a huge argument and I had to go to another body shop to fix the damage they did to my car. I cant believe they called me a liar when I said it was their fault for damaging my sunroof. Irresponsible.

When you dont have insurance to cover your auto damage expenses, its better to at least consider getting a few estimates from several companies before having a tying the deal with Dents Away. If you pay out-of-the-pocket, I dont think the money you will be spending will be worth it here.

Awful customer service. I sent in my car for paintless dent repair which supposedly should be the faster option to get rid of dents but my car was stuck with them for weeks which made no sense. I called them a few times but for whatever the reason they never picked up my call. When I FINALLy got my car back, the dents were gone but the interior of my car looked dirty. There were white dust/sand/grain on my floor mat. They couldve at least cleaned it before giving my car back to me. I will not be returning here.

I took my 2011 Honda Civic to Dents Away to have several dings worked on today, when they got done my car looked as good as new! They did an excellent job all around. Very affordable too. Brian and Ashley were very professional. Thanks!

All staff extremely helpful and very friendly. Had large dents from a car backing into rear door. Dents were removed perfectly! Cant tell accident even happened!!

Unprofessional. Unreliable. I made an appointment to get my car worked on, but when I brought my car up here, doors locked and lights off. Instead of calling and letting me know they would be closed, I had to drive all the way here to find out. Since Brian retired, the business has gone down hill.
