My overall experience was great! My car was back in perfect condition! The staff was very nice and helpful whenever I called. Ms Carol was very nice, professional and kept me updated on everything! She even referred me to someone for my car issues I had when she didn’t have to. Weeks later Ms Carol called to check in with me about my car. For that Service King Collision will be my go to every time!!
The work performed on my vehicle was to my satisfaction. All staff I came in contact with were professional and courteous. After the work was completed, my car was also cleaned.

My service on my Jeep was Great. They sent me text messages to update me on the timeline for my jeep and gave me a specific date and time on when my truck would be available.
I received great service from the moment I walked through the door. I was greeted with a hello and a smile and was completely satisfied when they offered to bring my car to me because I didnt have a ride back to their shop.
Wonderful staff, they are helping my son get his car fixed and helping him hopefully with other much needed related car issues. Because of the Pandemic getting car parts is on back order. They told us about one customer, bought their car in to be fixed in November and didnt get it back until February, all because of Covid-19 and most every part is on back order.
My truck was hit by another truck towing a heavy trailer with heavy damage to the front passenger side of the vehicle. Service King replaced all the damaged parts, insured front alignment was corrected, new material perfectly matched original colors and returned Mt truck in showroom condition.

What an AWESOME 👏 and AMAZING 😉 experience it was to work with ServiceKing for the first time. My representative Kristen was so pleasant and informative. She was persistent and personal every step of the way with updates and clear instructions dealing with the insurance claims and such. The store manager Mickey was outstanding with working with me in the stead of Kristen when she wasn’t available. This store is the example of great customer service and efficiency in a collision center context. Look forward to using this location again if I ever need this type of service again.
What a horrible experience I was deceived by the reviews when I took my car there for cosmetic damages the estimate was almost 3000 and she said it might be a little bit over and then a week later I get a call and it doubled in price the manager and the staff was very disrespectful to my family and when I said I no longer needed their services because I refuse to be scammed they told my family that I should just get a tow truck and come and pick up my car when I drove it there was just cosmetic damages also I would like to say when I picked up my car it had more damages then when I dropped it off my headlights are not working now and no telling what else that they sabotaged on my car I hope people Think twice before taking any cars to this deceitful and unethical place

Service is not King here. My brother-in-law recommended I take my vehicle here to have it repaired after I was rear ended. I arrived and the gentleman helping with the estimate was very cordial and prompt in providing an estimate. It was all down hill from a customer experience after that. I received a call from Service King asking to schedule a time for my vehicle to be dropped off. I was taken aback a bit, as I thought I should just have the ability to drop off my vehicle when it was convenient for me. Nope, apparently that thinking breaks their brains. So, I scheduled a time to drop it off, at 4 PM on a Wednesday. I arrive....... and wait and wait and wait for someone to help me. I took thirty minutes for someone to assist me. They informed me it would take about a week and half to have the vehicle repaired due to the type of paint my vehicle has. Not that big of a deal, really. I asked the lady who finally ended up assisting me if they could check out the check engine light that came on a couple days prior since they would have my vehicle for that long of a period of time. Sure, no problem they said. Great, this would be very helpful I thought. Nope. Not only did they not give me regular updates on the status of the repairs without me calling to ask, but the job took longer than they told me and they didnt even bother to give me an update about that until I asked. They also failed to repair a dent on my driver side door that was caused by the accident, a passing car clipped the driver of the other vehicle as she was standing beside of my vehicle, breaking off the passing vehicles mirror and slinging into my door (the driver that was clipped was okay). I also called specifically on two occasions to ask about the check engine light. Oh, we will take a look before you get it back they said. I called on a Thursday afternoon to check on the status of my vehicle because it was supposed to have been done the day before but there was an issue with a part. Oh, it will be ready to be picked up in the morning. Morning comes and goes, no phone call from them. I had to call yet again and they stated that it would be ready shortly. My car was finally ready for pickup around 3PM. I spoke with their new manager and reminded them about the check engine light. He acted like it was the first he had heard about it. (I guess they dont take notes and pass them along to the parties involved in the repairs). He stated that hed look into it, it may just need to be reset. Pick up my car, it is overcast and raining so I dont get a real good look at the work done. After further inspection the next day in the daylight, the rear end looked okay, they did a good job there. They did not repair the dent in the driver side door. And the check engine light came back on that day. They just cleared the light without doing what was requested of them, despite multiple attempts to have it taken care of. I am fully aware that whatever was the cause of the check engine light may not be covered by the insurance repair and made sure to mention that, but to please go ahead and take a look since they were going to have my vehicle for such a long time. This was a terrible experience, I should have gone to the shop I used years ago that was so great to work with, but this was only a mile or so from where we live and my brother-in-law recommended it. Oh, by the way, the paperwork I received when I picked up had an odometer reading on it. When I picked up my vehicle it had 1300 more miles on it than what was on that paperwork. Now grant it, there were a few days in between the estimate and the drop off, but I am pretty sure I didnt drive 1300 miles. The manager was supposed to look into the issue and call me back. Never did. Stay away from this place. If Service is King here, he died a while back and they havent crowned a new King yet.
I went to get a quote on the damage done to my vehicle. My appointment was scheduled and it started raining so the guy that was supposed to be quoting me wanted to know if I was going to get the repairs done there or not. All he was interested in was if I would be keeping my business there. Then I asked if they would work with me on the deductible payment. He couldnt give me a straight forward answer all he said was I just work here, and collect the payments Then let me know if I was going to get the work done there I could just drop it off the following week and he would send the insurance the quote. I didnt feel like I was helped at all or like I was given any type of service that they are supposed to be king for.

Biggest nightmare ever. DO NOT GO here for any work on your vehicle, it took longer than they said it would and now they are calling my insurance company for God knows why. To top it off, they damaged different spots of the vehicle unrelated to the accident we took it in for.I spoke to them today and turns out there is some discrepancy in accounting regarding our work order and are either asking my insurance for more money or us, claiming we owe them a deductible when we have receipts from them showing they owed us money for some cosmetic allowance.To top off this nightmare, they damaged the plastic clips that secure the plastic molding onto the wheel wells, and then scratched up the tint on the drivers side window. It was only when My spouse did the survey they pestered us to complete, that we finally heard from them. The regional GM called to speak with him about the negative survey and ended by telling my spouse he was going to issue the check for the money they owed us along with $30 to fix the tint they destroyed while the vehicle was in their care.Long story short, we will be filing a grievance with our insurance company to get this location removed from the USAA list. This entire mess (along with the hit and run accident that lead up to it) has been one nightmare after another. USAA has handled it with the utmost professional attitudes and helpfulness. The only silver lining to this particular storm, if you are active duty or a veteran in good standing, I strongly suggest looking into it.
I have had many issues with this repair shop...oh let me count the ways.1. They didn’t complete my repair as stated and, since it was Saturday, I had to come out of pocket for another rental since my insurance company was closed and I couldn’t get their approval for another one at that time. This took place in October 2018. It is now the end of February 2019 and I’m still trying to get reimbursed for this out of pocket expense since my insurance company is holding Service King liable for the rental cost because they didn’t have the repairs complete as agreed. I have been told by 2 different Service King employees, on numerous occasions, that it was being taken care of... obviously it hasn’t been.2. The repairs that they did to my vehicle have failed. They apparently tried to GLUE my front bumper in place and the glue did not hold. Now my bumper has fallen out of place on both the driver and passenger side so I have to take my car back to them so they can determine the warranty coverage ...and then be put in another rental. MEANWHILE, my car makes a really bad “rubbing” noise due to the failed glue job.3. When they had my vehicle the 1st time they had it for about 21 days (should I mention again that the repairs still weren’t done and I had to buy my own rental since it was Saturday when I was picking it up???)I give them 2 stars because they have all been friendly, but their work is garbage. And so is their follow through.Buyer beware...don’t waste your time and money!

Its been a few years, but heres what happened in 2012:I left my Ford Fusion with them for about 9 days for repairs to the rear left door - damages from an accident. I was out of town the whole time for Thanksgiving, so when I got back to Bartlett on a Sunday, I was expecting the car to be fixed and ready to go on Monday - I needed to drive back to Arkansas for college. I stayed home for an entire day, waiting for them to tell me that the repairs were done. I called them every hour or so to check because they kept reassuring me itll be done real soon. I ended up getting my car just as they were closing shop. I took it home, packed up my things, and just as I was leaving, I rolled down the windows so I could run the rain off. The all four windows lost power and would not go back up. I had to stay an extra night and rush over as soon as they opened to get yet another problem fixed. This experience left me with a feeling of apprehension when it comes to leaving my car to be handled by professionals. I dont recommend Service king at all.

They had my truck for almost 2 months when only supposed to have took a month. Their repairs was fine but paint was awful. They put scratches in where there wasnt even around the wrecked parts. After giving 3 chances to do right Im having to get their mistakes done right at another body shop. The manger said they would make right all the other times but enough is enough

Beware of this company it will write you one estimate and give the insurance another if you decide not to use their services. I will be seeking an attorney because i believe this is illegal.

Took my car to be repaired they fixed my car but got black paint or tar all over the side. Talked with them they said they would fix it but when I took my car back the manager claims it came from the road. Yeah right! Beware if you take your car there make sure you take pictures first so they wont screw you over.
